背景技术

根据中医理论，针对口腔溃疡的发病机理，采用补益心脾、滋阴清热、泻火解毒、消炎止痛、祛湿敛疮的治法，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例100例，男57例，女43例，年龄15～65岁。
二、诊断依据：
1、以口腔粘膜出现单个或数个直径3～5mm的溃疡，灼热疼痛为主要症状；
2、起病较快，一般7天左右愈合，若此伏彼起，则病程延长。愈后常易复发；
3、口腔检查：口腔粘膜溃疡较表浅，圆形或椭圆形，数量少则1～2个，多则10余个，表面有淡黄色分泌物附着，溃疡周围粘膜大多充血；
4、应与狐惑病（白塞氏综合症）、复发性坏死性粘膜周围炎及疱疹性口腔炎相鉴别。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。五天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：
(1)痊愈：症状消失，溃疡面愈合，一年内不复发；
(2)显效：溃疡愈合或明显缩小，疼痛明显减轻或消失，半年内不复发；
(3)有效：溃疡缩小，疼痛减轻；
(4)无效：治疗前后无明显症状改善。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-5个疗程，痊愈78例，随访未见复发；显效12例，有效7例，无效3例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
韩某，女，36岁。就诊时症状表现为：口腔黏膜疼痛，有三到五处溃疡，直径约10-30mm，持续时间1天以上，分泌物增加，饮水和进食有碍，溃疡处有灼热感，舌边有齿印，舌苔薄白。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，口腔黏膜疼痛感减弱，溃疡个数减少，灼热感消失；继续服用3个疗程，上述症状完全消失，溃疡面愈合，无疼痛感，能正常进食和饮水，治愈。随访半年再未复发。
病例2：
岳某，男，47岁。自述口腔粘膜反复溃疡半年，曾采用多种方法治疗未见好转。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，症状明显减轻；继续服用2个疗程，症状消失，溃疡面愈合，治愈。随访至今再未复发。

1.一种治疗口腔溃疡的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：山茱萸10-30份、龙胆草5-25份、大九节铃5-20份、芦根5-25份、铜锤玉带草5-25份、四季青5-25份、两面针5-20份、龙眼肉5-25份、石斛5-25份、山竹子5-20份、仙人掌5-25份、滑石5-25份、一枝黄花5-25份、牛黄5-20份、西红花5-25份、马鞭草5-25份、白薇5-20份、丹参5-25份、穿心莲5-25份、地榆5-20份、大叶金花草5-25份、玄参5-25份、七角白蔹5-25份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗口腔溃疡的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：山茱萸20份、龙胆草15份、大九节铃10份、芦根15份、铜锤玉带草15份、四季青15份、两面针10份、龙眼肉15份、石斛15份、山竹子10份、仙人掌15份、滑石15份、一枝黄花15份、牛黄10份、西红花15份、马鞭草15份、白薇10份、丹参15份、穿心莲15份、地榆10份、大叶金花草15份、玄参15份、七角白蔹15份、甘草10份。
