Description

Environment-friendly nitre tank agent
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of industrial cleaning, in particular to an environment-friendly nitrate tank agent which is used for replacing nitric acid, cleaning and maintaining a chemical nickel plating tank and removing nickel slag deposited and precipitated in the chemical nickel plating tank.
Background
The history of chemical nickel plating is short, and the actual application of the chemical nickel plating to the industry in foreign countries is only in the late 70 s and early 80 s. In 1844, a. wurtz found that metallic nickel could be deposited by hypophosphite reduction from an aqueous solution of metallic nickel salt. In 1944, the discovery by the U.S. national institute of standards a.brenner and g.riddell, clarified the catalytic properties of the formed coating, and discovered a method of depositing non-powdered nickel.
With the recent 40 years of development, electroless nickel plating has become a well-established industrial surface treatment technology and is widely used in various industrial sectors. The industrialized production of the electroless nickel plating in China starts late, but the development is very rapid in recent years. According to the statistics of the fifth chemical plating year published article, more than 300 manufacturers exist, but the number should be very conservative. It is presumed that the total annual market size of electroless nickel plating in China should be around 300 billion yuan and increase at a rate of 10% to 15% per year.
The chemical nickel plating industrialization is well-established and widely applied in various departments. However, no significant progress has been made in cleaning and maintaining nickel plating baths, and until now, the nickel layer and nickel slag deposited in the baths are cleaned by nitric acid. It is speculated that the chemical nickel plating bath in China uses nitric acid for cleaning and maintaining the nitrate bath, and the used nitric acid is as high as 150 million tons. Nitric acid is a volatile inorganic acid with strong oxidizing property and strong corrosiveness. In the using process of the nitric acid, the nitric acid can volatilize to form acid mist, so that the atmosphere is polluted; can decompose to form nitrogen dioxide yellow smoke and nitric oxide psychotoxic gas; the skin can be seriously burned to form scars when the skin is touched, so that the potential safety hazard is formed to the personal safety of field operators; and the wastewater contains a high concentration of total nitrogen. It is presumed that the discharge amount of nitric acid waste liquid and nitrogen-containing washing water generated after domestic use of a nitric acid and nitric acid tank is about 900 ten thousand tons per year, which causes serious pollution to water resources.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows: the invention aims to provide an environment-friendly nitrate tank agent which can be used for replacing nitric acid to clean and maintain chemical nickel plating equipment, and solves the problems of nitrogen-containing wastewater discharge, nitric oxide and nitrogen dioxide toxic gas discharge, potential safety hazards caused by the use of nitric acid and the like caused by the use of nitric acid.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the environment-friendly nitro-compound bath agent is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight:
inorganic acid: 5-50%;
oxidizing agent: 3-30%;
water: the balance;
wherein: the inorganic acid is sulfuric acid; the oxidant is at least one of hydrogen peroxide, potassium permanganate, sodium permanganate, potassium hydrogen persulfate and sodium percarbonate;
preferably, the environment-friendly nitro-acid bath agent also comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
complexing agent: 1-10%;
a stabilizer: 1-10%;
corrosion inhibitor: 1-10%;
wherein: the complexing agent is at least one of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, sodium sulfide, citric acid, tartaric acid, oxalic acid, dithiopropanol and thioglycolic acid; the stabilizer is at least one of sodium silicate, magnesium silicate, fatty acid magnesium salt, polyacrylamide, malic acid and sodium citrate; the corrosion inhibitor is at least one of mercapto benzothiazole, methyl benzotriazole, 1-phenyl-5-mercapto tetrazole, silicate, molybdate and tungstate.
The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that:
1. the sulfuric acid and the auxiliary complex thereof are used for replacing nitric acid to clean and maintain the chemical nickel plating equipment, so that the waste gas pollution and the discharge of nitrogen-containing waste water generated when a nitric acid nitrate tank is used are reduced;
2. the invention is a nitrate tank cleaning and maintaining agent of a sulfuric acid system, has no toxicity, no pollution, no flammability and no explosion, and meets the environmental protection standards and import and export requirements of various countries in the world.
