Abstract
The invention discloses an environment-friendly tin stripping liquid which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: sulfuric acid: 5-50%; oxidizing agent: 1-20%; complexing agent: 1-20%; accelerator: 1-20%; surfactant (b): 1-10%; water: and (4) the balance. The invention can replace nitric acid to deplate and clean electrotinning and chemical tinning, reduce nitrogen-containing waste water discharge and nitric oxide and nitrogen dioxide toxic gas discharge generated by using nitric acid, and avoid the problems of potential safety hazard and the like caused by using nitric acid.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an environment-friendly tin stripping solution for replacing nitric acid to clean and strip electrolytic tinning and chemical tinning, and belongs to the field of metal stripping.
Background
Since 1843, the patent of electroplating tin has been published, the technology of electroplating tin is advanced with the development of science and technology for over a hundred years, and is mainly used as a protective coating of steel metal at first. However, with the rise of the third industrial revolution in the middle of the 20 th century, the development of the electronic industry is rapidly advanced, and tin (and its alloy) plating is gradually applied to the electronic industries such as semiconductor devices, connectors, resistance capacitors and the like as a solder plating due to its excellent solderability.
At present, the industrialization of electrotinning is mature and widely applied in various departments. However, the deplating technology of electroplating tin and chemical tin plating has not been developed, and the nitric acid is still used to deplate and clean the tin metal on the jig or the product. It is presumed that the electrolytic tinning and chemical tinning needs to be deplated and cleaned by nitric acid every year in China, and the amount of the nitric acid used is as high as 100 million tons. Nitric acid is a volatile inorganic acid with strong oxidizing property and strong corrosiveness. In the using process of the nitric acid, the nitric acid can volatilize to form acid mist, so that the atmosphere is polluted; can decompose to form nitrogen dioxide yellow smoke and nitric oxide psychotoxic gas; the skin can be seriously burned to form scars when the skin is touched, so that the potential safety hazard is formed to the personal safety of field operators; and the wastewater contains a high concentration of total nitrogen. It is presumed that the discharge amount of nitric acid waste liquid and nitrogen-containing washing water generated after domestic use of a nitric acid and nitric acid tank is about 1000 million tons per year, which causes serious pollution to water resources.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows: the invention aims to provide an environment-friendly tin stripping solution which can be used for replacing nitric acid to deplate and clean electrotinning and chemical tinning, reduce nitrogen-containing wastewater discharge and nitric oxide and nitrogen dioxide toxic gas discharge generated by using nitric acid, and avoid the problems of potential safety hazard and the like caused by using nitric acid.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the environment-friendly tin stripping liquid comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
sulfuric acid: 5-50%;
oxidizing agent: 1-20%;
complexing agent: 1-20%;
accelerator: 1-20%;
surfactant (b): 1-10%;

Further, the oxidant is at least one of hydrogen peroxide, potassium permanganate, sodium permanganate, potassium hydrogen persulfate and sodium persulfate.
Further, the complexing agent is at least one of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, sodium sulfide, citric acid, tartaric acid, oxalic acid and dithiopropanol.
Further, the accelerator is at least one of ethanolamine, tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol, 1, 4-butanediol, n-propanol, cyclohexylamine, sodium phenolsulfonate, phenolsulfonic acid, cresolsulfonic acid and dipropylene glycol methyl ether.
Further, the surfactant is at least one of isooctylamine, n-butylamine, propyl naphthalene sulfonate, linear alkyl benzene sulfonate, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether ammonium sulfate, sodium lauryl sulfate, nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, diethanol amide, stearic acid monoglyceride, lignosulfonate, heavy alkylbenzene sulfonate, alkyl sulfonate and butyl naphthalene sulfonate.

In the invention, the oxidant plays a role of a corrosive agent under an acidic condition, the accelerator is added on the basis of sulfuric acid and the oxidant to accelerate the deplating speed of tin metal, meanwhile, the accelerator can also inhibit the decomposition of the oxidant so as to obtain a stable deplating speed, the complexing agent is added to complex tin ions in the solution to prevent the tin ions from precipitating, and the surfactant is added to increase the surface activity of the metal and improve the uniformity and stability of corrosion.
Preferably, the oxidant is at least one of hydrogen peroxide, potassium permanganate, sodium permanganate, potassium hydrogen persulfate and sodium persulfate.
Preferably, the complexing agent is at least one of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, sodium sulfide, citric acid, tartaric acid, oxalic acid and dithiopropanol.
Preferably, the accelerator is at least one of ethanolamine, tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol, 1, 4-butanediol, n-propanol, cyclohexylamine, sodium phenolsulfonate, phenolsulfonic acid, cresolsulfonic acid and dipropylene glycol methyl ether.
Preferably, the surfactant is at least one of isooctylamine, n-butylamine, propyl naphthalene sulfonate, linear alkylbenzene sulfonate, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether ammonium sulfate, sodium lauryl sulfate, nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, diethanol amide, stearic acid monoglyceride, lignosulfonate, heavy alkylbenzene sulfonate, alkyl sulfonate and butyl naphthalene sulfonate.
