Provided is a refrigerator, which can improve visual aesthetic property and can simply and reliably install a glass plate on the surface of a front door. Description
The invention is a divisional application of the invention patent application with the name of 'refrigerator' and the Chinese patent application number of 201310316419.3 filed by the applicant at 27/08/2012.
Technical Field
Embodiments of the present invention relate to a refrigerator.
Background
The refrigerator is frequently used during cooking, and is installed in a relatively conspicuous place such as a center of a kitchen for convenience in use in the kitchen. Therefore, the appearance, particularly the surface of the front door, needs to be always clean and easy to clean.
According to such necessity, a glass plate is mounted on a surface of the front door of the refrigerator in such a manner that the surface of the front door is covered with the glass plate, so that the surface of the front door of the refrigerator is easily cleaned.
If the front door of the refrigerator is covered with the glass plate, the front door of the refrigerator can be easily cleaned and always kept beautiful and clean, but it is difficult to reliably and neatly mount the glass plate on the surface of the front door of the refrigerator, and various studies have been made on the mounting method thereof, and a method which is relatively simple and can be integrally mounted has been desired.
Japanese patent application laid-open publication No. 2011-58787 and the like disclose a shape in which the surface of a front door of a refrigerator is covered with a glass plate.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a refrigerator capable of improving visual appearance and easily and reliably attaching a glass plate to a front door surface.
The refrigerator of the embodiment is characterized by comprising: a glass plate covering the front of the door for opening and closing the front opening; and a plurality of door frame covers that support the glass plate at an end of the glass plate, the door frame covers including: a first door frame cover which covers and supports the end of the glass plate; and a second door frame cover for supporting the glass plate with a part of the end exposed.
Further, the refrigerator of the embodiment is characterized by comprising: each opening and closing door of each chamber, and each chamber forms a refrigerator; each glass plate, cover the front of the above-mentioned every opening and closing door; and upper, lower, left, and right door frame covers that support upper, lower, left, and right end portions of the respective glass plates, the left and right door frame covers including: the first door frame cover is abutted with one end part of the left and right sides of the glass plate; and a second door frame cover which is separable from the other left and right end portions of the glass plate and covers the peripheral edge of the end portion, the upper and lower door frame covers including: the third door frame cover is abutted against one end part of the upper part and the lower part of the glass plate; and a fourth door frame cover which is separable from the other end portion of the glass plate above and below and covers the end portion peripheral edge.
According to the embodiment, the refrigerator can be provided, and the glass plate can be simply and reliably installed on the surface of the front door while the visual appearance is improved.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, an embodiment (hereinafter, referred to as an embodiment) for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing the whole of a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In the refrigerator 1 shown in fig. 1, a refrigerating chamber 3 is provided at the uppermost part, and a front opening of the refrigerating chamber 3 is provided with a half door composed of a left door 3a and a right door 3b larger than the left door 3 a.
Further, the refrigerator 1 is provided with a vegetable compartment 7 at a lower side of the refrigerating compartment 3. An ice making compartment 8 and an upper freezing compartment 9, also called a switching compartment, are provided side by side right and left directly below the vegetable compartment 7, and the upper freezing compartment 9 can be changed to any cooling state from cold storage to freezing. A freezing chamber 10 is provided at the lowermost portion directly below the ice making chamber 8 and the upper freezing chamber 9.
That is, concave grips 3ab and 3bb for hooking fingers are provided on the inner sides of the lower ends of the left door 3a and the right door 3b, respectively. Similarly, concave grips 7b, 8b, 9b, and 10b for hooking fingers are provided in the longitudinal direction of the upper ends of the drawer doors 7a, 8a, 9a, and 10a, respectively.
As shown in fig. 1, the outer surfaces of the left door 3a and the right door 3b that are opened in two opposite directions are entirely covered with glass (glass) plates 13 and 14. Similarly, the outer surfaces of the drawer doors 7a, 8a, 9a, and 10a6 are entirely covered with the glass plates 17, 18, 19, and 20. These glass plates 17, 18, 19, and 20 are made of a transparent or translucent colored glass material, but may be made of acrylic resin, for example. Thus, the surface of each door is easy to clean, and the appearance can be always kept beautiful and clean.
The innermost sides of the doors 3a, 3b, 7a, 8a, 9a, 10a of the refrigerating compartment 3, the vegetable compartment 7, the ice-making compartment 8, the upper freezing compartment 9, and the freezing compartment 10, which face the inside of the compartment, are formed by inner panels formed of, for example, steel sheets. A vacuum heat insulating member is disposed in a space between the inner panel and the glass panel, and a foamed heat insulating member made of urethane foam or the like is filled therein to improve heat insulating performance. The foamed heat insulating member is bonded to the inner surface of the glass panel to fix the glass panel to the inner panel, and the foamed heat insulating member and 4 door frame covers (door キャップ) which will be described later are fixed to the glass panels 17, 18, 19 and 20 so as not to fall off.
Fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing only one right door 3b of the side-by-side doors of the refrigerating compartment 3 of the refrigerator 1 shown in fig. 1. The left and right doors 3a, 3b constituting the split doors of the refrigerating compartment 3 of the refrigerator 1 shown in fig. 1, and the drawer doors 7a, 8a, 9a, 10a of the vegetable compartment 7, ice making compartment 8, upper freezing compartment 9, and freezing compartment 10 are basically the same in structure as the right door 3b of the refrigerating compartment 3 shown in fig. 2, and therefore the following description will be made by taking the right door 3b of the refrigerating compartment 3 as a representative.
The right door 3b of the refrigerating compartment 3 shown in fig. 2 has a glass plate member 21, and the glass plate member 21 is provided so as to cover the entire front surface of the right door 3b, and constitutes a glass plate 13 (fig. 1) on the outer surface. In fig. 2, the side where glass plate member 21 is provided is the front side of right door 3b, and the side opposite to glass plate member 21 and facing the inside of refrigerating compartment 3 is the rear side of right door 3 b. Further, an upper door frame cover 31, a lower door frame cover 33, a left door frame cover 35, and a right door frame cover 37 for holding the glass plate material 21 from the upper, lower, left, and right sides are provided on the upper, lower, left, and right outer peripheral portions of the glass plate material 21, respectively, and the glass plate material 21 is fixedly held by the upper, lower, left, and right door frame covers 31, 33, 35, and 37.
Further, a door inner assembly 25, which is a rectangular frame, is provided inside the glass plate 21 so as to extend along the outer periphery of the glass plate 21, and the right door 3b is integrally and integrally assembled by the door inner assembly 25. A rectangular frame 27 is provided inside the door inner assembly 25, that is, inside the refrigerator compartment 3. Although not shown, an inner panel made of, for example, a steel plate or the like is attached to the frame 27, and a space between the inner panel and the glass plate 21 is filled with a foamed heat insulating member made of urethane foam or the like. This improves the heat insulating performance, and the foamed heat insulating member adheres to the inner surface of the glass plate material 21 to fix the glass plate material 21, so that the glass plate material 21 is fixed without falling off or warping.
Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the right door 3b taken along the line indicated by the arrow a-a in fig. 1. More specifically, the front portion of the right door 3B, which is formed by the glass plate material 21 of the right door 3B and the left and right door frame covers 35 and 37, is shown in a cross-sectional view taken along the line indicated by the arrow B-B in fig. 2 in a state where the left and right door frame covers 35 and 37 are held in contact with the glass plate material 21.
As shown in fig. 3, the left door frame cover 35 has a corner portion 35a recessed in an L shape at an end portion extending forward (downward in fig. 3), and an end face 21b of the left end portion 21a of the glass plate material 21 is abutted on a vertical surface 35b extending downward of the corner portion 35 a. The horizontal portion 35c of the corner portion 35a extending in the lateral direction is in contact with the back surface 21c of the glass plate material 21, and is specifically fixed by the double-sided tape 41. The corner 35a of the left door frame cover 35 is formed in an arc shape at the tip of a projection 35d constituting a vertical surface 35 b. The arc-shaped tip 35e is located rearward of the front face 21d of the glass plate material 21 without protruding therefrom. That is, the front face 21d of the glass plate 21 is positioned forward of the front end 35e of the left door frame cover 35. Further, the corner portion 35a of the left door frame cover 35 constitutes a left-right direction abutting portion.
Further, the protruding portion 35f constituting the horizontal portion 35c of the corner portion 35a of the left door frame cover 35 extends and protrudes along the back surface 21c of the glass plate material 21, the double-sided tape 41 is bonded between the horizontal portion 35c of the protruding portion 35f and the back surface 21c of the glass plate material 21 as described above, and the back surface 21c of the glass plate material 21 and the horizontal portion 35c of the left door frame cover 35 are bonded and fixed by the double-sided tape 41.
The corner portion 21e on the front side of the lower end portion of the end face 21b of the glass plate material 21, i.e., the left end portion 21a of the glass plate material 21, which is in contact with the vertical face 35b of the protruding portion 35d of the left door frame cover 35, is subjected to corner cutting, so-called C-cut (cut). The C-plane cut may be a cut based on corner cutting alone, or may be ground to have a circular arc after the cut.
Then, the front end 35e of the projecting portion 35d of the left door frame cover 35 extends to project to the middle of the C-cut corner 21 e. That is, the front end 35e of the projecting portion 35d of the left door frame cover 35 is formed so as to terminate at a position behind half or less of the corner portion 21e of the C-cut, that is, at a position half or less, and not to extend further. This exposes the corner 21e of the glass plate material 21 with the C-cut surface, thereby preventing water from being retained in the corner and preventing "mold" from being generated in the corner.
More specifically, by positioning the front end 35e of the left door frame cover 35 at a position rearward of the front face 21d of the glass plate 21 so that the corner 21e of the glass plate 21 with the C-cut out surface is exposed, adhesion of water droplets generated between the protruding portion 35d of the left door frame cover 35 and the end face 21b of the glass plate 21 due to cooling of the cold air in the refrigerator compartment 3 is prevented. Thereby, the part can be maintained in a dried state, and thereby the part can be prevented from generating "mold".
Further, by exposing the corner portion 21e of the glass plate material 21 and cutting off the C-plane, the end portion of the glass plate material 21 can be made to look beautiful, the visual beauty can be improved, and the commercial value of the refrigerator 1 can be improved. Further, the glass plate material 21 can be prevented from being damaged by the C-plane cut-out structure.
As shown in fig. 3, the other right door frame cover 37 of the right door 3b has an approximately コ -shaped engaging portion 37a that constitutes a right-left engaging portion at an end portion extending forward (downward in fig. 3). The right end portion 21f of the glass plate material 21 is bitten into the bite portion 37a so as to be covered.
The bite portion 37a includes: a short front side extension 37b, the back side of which is in contact with the front side 21d of the glass plate 21; a long rear side extension portion 37c, the front side of which is fixed to the rear side 21c of the glass plate 21 by bonding via a double-sided tape 43; and a connecting portion 37d connecting a right end of the front extension portion 37b and a right end of the rear extension portion 37 c. In other words, the right end portion 21f of the glass plate 21 is sandwiched between the front side extension 37b and the rear side extension 37c and fixed by the double-sided tape 43.
Further, a gap 45 is formed between the inner surface of the coupling portion 37d of the bite portion 37a and the end surface 21g of the right end portion 21f of the glass plate material 21. The gap 45 is a gap that allows the size of the glass plate material 21 to be adjusted. Namely, the following shape is obtained: even if the glass plate material 21 has a lateral length that varies for manufacturing reasons or the like and the glass plate material 21 becomes longer than a predetermined size, the gap 45 can absorb the increase. Thus, the glass plate material 21 can be reliably attached between the protruding portion 35d of the left door frame cover 35 and the connecting portion 37d of the right door frame cover 37.
Although not shown in fig. 3, a foamed heat insulating member made of urethane foam or the like is filled inside the glass plate material 21, thereby improving the heat insulating performance of the right door 3 b. The foamed heat insulating member is bonded to the inner surface of the glass plate material 21 to fix the glass plate material 21 to an inner panel, not shown, and the foamed heat insulating member, the left door frame cover 35, the right door frame cover 37, the upper door frame cover 31, and the lower door frame cover 33 fix the glass plate material 21 so as not to fall off, that is, not to come off, and prevent the glass plate material 21 from warping to the front surface side. The upper door frame cover 31, the lower door frame cover 33, the left door frame cover 35, and the right door frame cover 37 have reinforcing portions for supporting the glass plate material 21, whereby the glass plate material 21 is reinforced.
As shown in fig. 3, the glass plate material 21 is held by the left door frame cover 35 and the right door frame cover 37 in the left-right direction, whereas as shown in fig. 2, the glass plate material 21 is fixedly held by the upper door frame cover 31 and the lower door frame cover 33 in the up-down direction. The upper door frame cover 31 and the lower door frame cover 33 in the vertical direction have an engaging portion similar to the engaging portion 37a of the right door frame cover 37 shown in fig. 3, and the glass plate material 21 is held by the upper door frame cover 31 and the lower door frame cover 33 in the vertical direction by the engaging portion. Note that the configuration of the engaging portion of the upper door frame cover 31 and the lower door frame cover 33 is the same as the engaging portion 37a of the right door frame cover 37 shown in fig. 3, and the description thereof is omitted.
In fig. 3, the corner portion 35a constituting the left-right direction contact portion is provided at the left end portion 21a of the glass plate material 21, and the biting portion 37a constituting the left-right direction biting portion is provided at the right end portion 21f of the glass plate material 21. For example, the corner portion 35a may be provided on the right door frame cover 37 corresponding to the right end portion 21f of the glass plate material 21, and the biting portion 37a may be provided on the left door frame cover 35 corresponding to the left end portion 21a of the glass plate material 21. That is, the corner portion 35a may be provided on one of the right and left sides of the glass plate material 21, and the biting portion 37a may be provided on the other side of the glass plate material 21.
Here, when referring to the door of the entire refrigerator 1 shown in fig. 1, the door frame cover having the corner portion having the same structure as the corner portion 35a to be the abutting portion is referred to as an abutting door frame cover, and the door frame cover having the bite portion having the same structure as the bite portion 37a is referred to as a bite door frame cover. The door frame cover at the left end of the left door 3a of the side-by-side door of the refrigerator 1 is a bite door frame cover, and the door frame cover at the right end of the left door 3a is a butt door frame cover. As described above, the split right door 3b has the door frame cover at the left end portion abutting against the door frame cover, and the door frame cover at the right end portion biting into the door frame cover. Accordingly, the abutting door frame covers having the C-cut-out portions are positioned at the opposite end portions of the left door 3a and the right door 3b of the split doors to be opposed to each other, whereby the visual appearance of the front center of the refrigerator 1 is improved and the appearance thereof is beautiful. The upper side door frame cover and the lower side door frame cover of both the split left door 3a and the split right door 3b are all bite-in door frame covers.
The drawer doors 7a, 9a, 11a, and 13a of the vegetable compartment 7, ice making compartment 9, upper freezer compartment 11, and freezer compartment 13 are configured such that one of the door frame covers in the left-right direction is in contact with the door frame cover, and the other door frame cover is in engagement with the door frame cover. In addition, all the door frame covers in the vertical direction are undercut door frame covers.
In the refrigerator 1 configured as described above, the front surface of the split door configured by the left door 3a and the right door 3b is entirely covered with the glass plate material 21, and one of the left and right end portions of the glass plate material 21 is held by the abutting door frame cover and the other is held by the biting door frame cover. The foamed heat insulating member made of urethane foam or the like is filled inside the glass plate 21 to improve the heat insulating performance of the door. The foamed heat insulating member is bonded to the inner surface of the glass panel 21 to fix the glass panel 21 to the inner panel, thereby preventing the glass panel 21 from being detached and preventing the glass panel 21 from warping to the front surface side.
The corner 21e on the front surface side abutting against the door frame cover is cut out by C-plane, and the front end 35e of the protruding portion 35d of the left door frame cover 35 is formed so as to extend to a position less than half the center of the corner 21e cut out by C-plane and not to further extend. This exposes the corner 21e of the glass plate material 21 with the C-cut, thereby preventing water from being retained in the corner and preventing mold from being generated in the corner. Further, by cutting out the C-plane so as to expose the corner portion 21e of the glass plate material 21, the end portion of the glass plate material 21 can be made to look beautiful, the visual beauty can be improved, and the commercial value of the refrigerator 1 can be improved. Further, the glass plate material 21 can be prevented from being easily broken.
Further, a gap 45 is formed between the inner surface of the coupling portion 37d of the bite portion 37a of the right door frame cover 37 and the end surface 21g of the right end portion 21f of the glass plate material 21. Even if the size of the glass plate material 21 is uneven or increased for manufacturing reasons or the like, the gap 45 can absorb the uneven size, and the glass plate material 21 can be reliably attached between the protruding portion 35d of the left door frame cover 35 and the connecting portion 37d of the right door frame cover 37.

The new embodiment can be implemented in other various forms, and various omissions, substitutions, and changes can be made without departing from the scope of the invention. Claims (2)
1. A refrigerator, characterized by having:
a side-by-side combination door for opening and closing a front opening of a chamber of a refrigerator;
a glass plate covering front surfaces of left and right doors constituting the split door; and
left and right door frame covers provided to cover left and right end surfaces of the glass plate of the left and right doors,
the left door and the right door are respectively doors which open the other ends in the right direction and the left direction by rotating with one ends in the left direction and the right direction as supporting points,
the left and right door frame covers of the left door and the right door are respectively arranged to cover the left and right side end faces of the glass plate, and are exposed without covering a part of the front face side of the other end side of the left and right end faces of the glass plate, and the front face side and the rear face side of the part of the one end side are covered by the door frame covers,
the glass plate is disposed between the door frame cover on the one end side and the door frame cover on the other end side,

the door frame cover on the other end side has a support surface that is in contact with and supported by an end portion of the glass plate,
the front end of the support surface of the door frame cover is formed in a shape with an arc.
