背景技术
隐形眼镜护理液的主要成分是氯化钠和防腐剂等,主要用于对生物材料的清洗、消毒、去除蛋白等,对于配戴隐形眼镜的人来说,无疑是必不可少的。但部分消费者反映配带隐形眼镜后出现眼部发红,感觉不适等不良反应。其主要原因是配带者在隐形眼镜护理液的使用中存在一些误区造成的。
隐形眼镜护理液是隐形眼镜族每天都要用的,镜片表面的沉积物和病原菌必须先用护理液去除,这样接下来的杀菌保存才能有效进行。因为清洗不完全的镜片表面会残留沉积物,直接进行杀菌时,杀菌成份只会与沉积物结合,而无法与病原菌结合,如此一来,杀菌成份就不能发挥杀菌作用了。
研究发现,完整正确的清洁方式能够洗净镜片表面的沉积物,还可以杀死90%的病原菌。然而实际使用中,很多用户只是做简单的清洁处理,并没有用手揉搓,专家指出,这是十分错误的。因为用手揉搓镜片最有效清洁隐形眼镜最有效的方法就是利用“自己的手”、“镜片清洁液”、和“隐形眼镜专用、单次包装型生理食盐水”。正确的方法是将镜片清洁液滴在镜片,直接、用手指指腹来回搓洗镜片。搓洗后的镜片应该用生理食盐水再三地冲洗干净,最后再用生理食盐水完全滋润镜片。这整个清洁流程完成之后,才能接著进行杀菌。目前的隐形眼镜护理液还无法通过浸泡就达到去除蛋白沉积物的效果,因此还需研究出一种免搓洗隐形眼镜护理液。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是:针对传统隐形眼镜护理液无法通过浸泡,而需搓洗才可清除隐形眼镜上的蛋白沉积物的问题,提供了一种隐形眼镜护理液。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种隐形眼镜护理液,是由以下重量份数的原料组成:100~150份改性磷脂分散液,10~15份杀菌剂,10~30份保湿剂,3~5份渗透压调节剂,0.6~0.8份络合剂,80~100份生理盐水;
所述改性磷脂分散液具体改性过程为:
(1)将磷脂与溶剂按质量比为1:10~1:20混合溶解后,用氮气吹干,再经真空脱除残留溶剂,得预处理磷脂;
(2)将预处理磷脂与水按质量比为1:500~1:600混合后冷冻粉碎,再经解冻,得解冻液;
(3)将解冻液恒温搅拌反应后,水浴超声处理,即得改性磷脂分散液;
所述磷脂是由动物磷脂和植物磷脂按质量比为10:1~15:1混合而成。
所述杀菌剂是由氧氟沙星和质量分数为8~10%双氧水按质量比为1:20~1:30混合而成。
所述保湿剂是由聚氧乙烯和聚氧丙烯按质量比为1:1~1:3混合而成。
所述渗透压调节剂为葡萄糖、氯化钠、硼酸或硼砂中的任意一种。

本发明技术方案通过加入带负电荷的改性磷脂分散液,在使用过程中,隐形眼镜表面附带有眼泪中的蛋白质,蛋白质既带有正电荷又带有负电荷,其中所带负电荷可与带有正电荷的金属离子相互吸引,从而将分散的蛋白质连接,形成块状沉淀物而沉积在隐形眼镜表面,而带有负电的磷脂分子可以与金属离子表面正电荷作用,从而打破蛋白质之间的连接,且磷脂表面的负电荷可以继续与蛋白质中所带的正电荷发生作用,在沉积的蛋白质表面形成负电层,使蛋白质之间相互排斥,冲洗即可将镜片表面的蛋白质污垢有效去除,无须搓洗,提高隐形眼镜的佩戴舒适度和清晰度。
具体实施方式
按质量比为1:10~1:20将磷脂与溶剂混合倒入烧杯中,用玻璃棒搅拌溶解20~30min后,再用氮气以60~80mL/min速率持续吹干4~5h,随后于真空度为60~80kPa条件下,真空脱溶剂处理45~60min,得预处理磷脂;将所得预处理磷脂与水按质量比为1:500~1:600混合后冷冻粉碎,再经微波解冻5~10min,得解冻液,再将所得解冻液转入数显测速恒温磁力搅拌器,于温度为55~60℃,转速为300~500r/min条件下,恒温搅拌反应2~4h,再将恒温搅拌反应后的解冻液于温度为45~50℃,超声频率为45~55kHz条件下,水浴超声分散45~60min,得改性磷脂分散液;按重量份数计,依次取100~150份改性磷脂分散液,10~15份杀菌剂,10~30份保湿剂,3~5份渗透压调节剂,0.6~0.8份络合剂,80~100份生理盐水,用搅拌机以300~500r/min转速搅拌混合2~4h,得混合液,再将所得混合液紫外灭菌3~5h,即得隐形眼镜护理液。所述磷脂是由动物磷脂和植物磷脂按质量比为10:1~15:1混合而成。所述动物磷脂为蛋黄卵磷脂或肝脏卵磷脂中的任意一种。所述植物磷脂为大豆卵磷脂、芝麻卵磷脂或葵花籽卵磷脂中的任意一种。所述杀菌剂是由氧氟沙星和质量分数为8~10%双氧水按质量比为1:20~1:30混合而成。所述保湿剂是由聚氧乙烯和聚氧丙烯按质量比为1:1~1:3混合而成。所述渗透压调节剂为葡萄糖、氯化钠、硼酸或硼砂中的任意一种。所述络合剂为柠檬酸、氨基羧酸或1,3-二酮中的任意一种。所述生理盐水为质量分数为0.9%的氯化钠溶液。所述溶剂是由甲醇和氯仿按体积比为1:1混合而成。
实例1

按重量份数计,依次取15份杀菌剂,30份保湿剂,5份渗透压调节剂,0.8份络合剂,100份生理盐水,用搅拌机以500r/min转速搅拌混合4h,得混合液,再将所得混合液紫外灭菌5h,即得隐形眼镜护理液。所述杀菌剂是由氧氟沙星和质量分数为10%双氧水按质量比为1:30混合而成。所述保湿剂是由聚氧乙烯和聚氧丙烯按质量比为1:3混合而成。所述渗透压调节剂为葡萄糖。所述络合剂为柠檬酸。所述生理盐水为质量分数为0.9%的氯化钠溶液。所述溶剂是由甲醇和氯仿按体积比为1:1混合而成。
对比例:某品牌隐形眼镜护理液。
将实例1至4所得隐形眼镜护理液和对比例产品进行性能检测,具体检测方法如下:
将隐形眼镜经上述护理液浸泡过夜,无需搓洗,将浸泡后的护理液分别利用Bradford试剂进行定量测定。检测结果如表1所示:

由表1检测结果可知,本发明所得隐形眼镜护理液浸泡隐形眼镜后蛋白浓度高,无需搓洗,也可洗去隐形眼镜上的蛋白沉积物。
Claims (9)
1.一种隐形眼镜护理液,其特征在于:是由以下重量份数的原料组成:100~150份改性磷脂分散液,10~15份杀菌剂,10~30份保湿剂,3~5份渗透压调节剂,0.6~0.8份络合剂,80~100份生理盐水;
所述改性磷脂分散液具体改性过程为:
(1)将磷脂与溶剂按质量比为1:10~1:20混合溶解后,用氮气吹干,再经真空脱除残留溶剂,得预处理磷脂;
(2)将预处理磷脂与水按质量比为1:500~1:600混合后冷冻粉碎,再经解冻,得解冻液;
(3)将解冻液恒温搅拌反应后,水浴超声处理,即得改性磷脂分散液;
所述磷脂是由动物磷脂和植物磷脂按质量比为10:1~15:1混合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐形眼镜护理液,其特征在于:所述杀菌剂是由氧氟沙星和质量分数为8~10%双氧水按质量比为1:20~1:30混合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐形眼镜护理液,其特征在于:所述保湿剂是由聚氧乙烯和聚氧丙烯按质量比为1:1~1:3混合而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐形眼镜护理液,其特征在于:所述渗透压调节剂为葡萄糖、氯化钠、硼酸或硼砂中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐形眼镜护理液,其特征在于:所述络合剂为柠檬酸、氨基羧酸或1,3-二酮中的任意一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐形眼镜护理液,其特征在于:所述生理盐水为质量分数为0.9%的氯化钠溶液。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐形眼镜护理液,其特征在于:步骤(1)所述溶剂是由甲醇和氯仿按体积比为1:1混合而成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐形眼镜护理液,其特征在于:所述动物磷脂为蛋黄卵磷脂或肝脏卵磷脂中的任意一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐形眼镜护理液,其特征在于:所述植物磷脂为大豆卵磷脂、芝麻卵磷脂或葵花籽卵磷脂中的任意一种。
