本发明涉及农药残留清洗领域,具体涉及一种果蔬农药残留清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
由于当今农业生产各种农药的大量使用,造成果蔬中残留农药超标,从而通过食物链进入人体,损害人体健康。虽然食品安全国家标准——食品中农药最大残留限量(GB2763-2014)规定了多种农药在谷物、果蔬等各类食品中的最大残留量,对果蔬农药的使用进行限制,但由于果蔬市场吞吐量大、流通渠道多、监管难度大、检测机构少、时效性差等原因,果蔬农药残留得不到有效的源头控制,残留超标现象仍然普遍存在。这就需要在果蔬上餐桌前进行有效的清洗,将农药残留降到最低,以保证饮食安全。然而,由于市场上果蔬洗涤剂价格较高或针对性不强等原因,大多数老百姓仍然习惯于用清水洗涤果蔬,殊不知这种方法并不能有效清洗掉残留农药。
现在市售的果蔬洗涤剂主要有三类:第一类是以表面活性剂为原料的所谓多功能洗涤剂,兼具餐具洗涤和蔬果洗涤的双重功能,如洗洁精等,价格便宜,但不是专门针对农药残留洗涤,而是以餐具洗涤功效为主,阴离子表面活性剂含量较高,泡沫大不宜漂洗,容易造成水体排放污染;第二类是含植物成分的果蔬洗涤剂,如蔬果清洗剂,安全环保,且洗涤效果较好,但价格较贵;第三类是具有生物活性的生物清洗剂,如比亚酶果蔬清洗剂,绿色安全,但价格高、洗涤速率较慢、且酶易失活。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种果蔬农药残留清洗剂及其制备方法,配方无污染,原料品种较少且易得,制备工艺简单,成本低廉,含阴离子、非离子和两性表面活性剂,并含有天然植物表面活性剂复配,兼具杀菌、络合重金属离子、润肤等功效,可有效清洗掉果蔬农药残留,去除果蔬表面的污垢,使果蔬达到安全食用标准。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种果蔬农药残留清洗剂,由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)13.0%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO)3.0%;椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5.0%;活性物含量为60%的茶皂素粉末1.5%;30%的过氧化氢3.8%;分子量为400的聚乙二醇5.0%;柠檬酸钠0.8%;甘油0.5%;凯松0.2%;食盐1.0%;水66.2%。
上述一种果蔬农药残留清洗剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、如权利要求1所述的质量百分比配方称取各原料;
S2、将所称取的茶皂素粉末溶于所称取的水中,并加入所称取的过氧化氢,密封情况下,加热至70℃,转速40r/min,脱色1小时,得脱色的茶皂素水溶液;
S3、在脱色后的茶皂素溶液中加入预先混合均匀的表面活性剂溶液,表面活性剂溶液混合时的加入顺序依次为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO)、椰油酰丙基甜菜碱,持续搅拌,转速根据实时溶解情况调整,待前者溶解完全才可以加入后者,加料时尽量使各种原料不粘于烧杯壁上,45℃的温度条件下搅拌40-50分钟;
S4、加入所称取的聚乙二醇、柠檬酸钠、凯松,密封情况下,继续搅拌5-10分钟;
S5、加入所称取的食盐继续搅拌,45℃的温度条件下搅拌5分钟,逐渐降低转速,关闭磁力加热搅拌器。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
采用天然茶皂素和安全无毒的表面活性剂混配,即提高了洗涤活性,又便于二次冲洗;茶皂素的添加增强了洗涤剂的功效,提高了洗涤效率;聚乙二醇的添加可以起到悬浮残留农药和污垢、润湿果蔬表面和增大洗涤剂的黏度的作用,赋予果蔬鲜亮光泽;柠檬酸钠的使用能够络合残留在蔬果中的重金属离子,降低对人体的危害,并且具有良好的pH调节及缓冲性能,将洗涤剂的pH控制为7左右。本发明配方无污染,原料品种较少且易得,制备工艺简单,成本低廉,含阴离子、非离子和两性表面活性剂,并含有天然植物表面活性剂复配,兼具杀菌、络合重金属离子、润肤等功效,可有效清洗掉果蔬农药残留,去除果蔬表面的污垢,使果蔬达到安全食用标准。

以下实施例中使用广州绿洲生化科技股份有限公司出品的农药残留速测卡判断洗涤效果。农药残留速测卡为一种有机磷酶簇反应测试卡,按照速测卡的使用方法,称取洗涤后的待测样品5克,滴两三滴洗脱液,晾五分钟后将样品与速测卡接触,再将速测卡对折,紧捏十分钟后观察颜色。若其有机磷农药含量高时,卡片显白色,当残留少于检测标准时显天蓝色,若有少许的残留,颜色会随残留量的增大而变浅。
实施例1
(1)先确定茶皂素脱色工艺,用30%的过氧化氢脱色,试验的结果为:茶皂素的质量∶过氧化氢的质量=1∶2.5
(2)确定聚乙二醇、柠檬酸钠、甘油、凯松、食盐等助剂的用量,经试验得其所占质量百分比分别为5%、0.8%、0.5%、0.2%、1%。
(3)以黄瓜等蔬菜为样品,乐果、乙酰甲胺磷为检测对象,用农残速测卡检验各配方的洗涤效果,设计配方优化正交试验,见表1

说明:农药残留速测卡显示的果蔬农残含量:天蓝≤天蓝略浅≤接近天蓝≤浅蓝≤蓝色偏白≤白色,速测卡的农残含量越低洗涤效果越好。
根据农残速测卡显示的颜色,可确定AES的量为13%,AEO的量为3%,椰油酰丙基甜菜碱为5%。在此基础上进一步确定茶皂素的量。
实施例2
茶皂素用量的优化配方试验
在以上正交试验的基础上,筛选出三种配方,按照100g标准配方称量,试验其清洗果蔬残留农药的效果,方法同上,结果如下表2示。

综上,试样2的检测效果最好,确定其为最优配方。
本具体实施的使用方法为:
将研制的果蔬农药残留清洗剂稀释成一定的配比(1∶200)于水中,搅匀,将待洗果蔬浸泡3-5分钟,再次换成清水冲洗掉残留在表面的泡沫,结束洗涤。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (2)
1.一种果蔬农药残留清洗剂,其特征在于,由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)13.0%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO)3.0%;椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5.0%;活性物含量为60%的茶皂素粉末1.5%;30%的过氧化氢3.8%;分子量为400的聚乙二醇5.0%;柠檬酸钠0.8%;甘油0.5%;凯松0.2%;食盐1.0%;水66.2%。
2.一种果蔬农药残留清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、如权利要求1所述的质量百分比配方称取各原料;
S2、将所称取的茶皂素粉末溶于所称取的水中,并加入所称取的过氧化氢,密封情况下,加热至70℃,转速40r/min,脱色1小时,得脱色的茶皂素水溶液;
S3、在脱色后的茶皂素溶液中加入预先混合均匀的表面活性剂溶液,表面活性剂溶液混合时的加入顺序依次为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO)、椰油酰丙基甜菜碱,持续搅拌,转速根据实时溶解情况调整,待前者溶解完全才可以加入后者,加料时尽量使各种原料不粘于烧杯壁上,45℃的温度条件下搅拌40-50分钟;
S4、加入所称取的聚乙二醇、柠檬酸钠、凯松,密封情况下,继续搅拌5-10分钟;
S5、加入所称取的食盐继续搅拌,45℃的温度条件下搅拌5分钟,逐渐降低转速,关闭磁力加热搅拌器。
