技术领域
本发明涉及水性着色领域,特别涉及一种分散型水性通用色片。
背景技术
用于纺织印花及染料、合成革材料和建筑内外墙上的涂料大多采用油性色浆,然而油性色浆因其自身易挥发甲醛、偶氮等有毒气体对环境造成了一定破坏,对人体也具有毒害性。因此,人们提出使用水性色浆对纺织、合成革进行涂料着色。但是,现在市场上的水性色浆,因其水基很难与各种纺织品、合成革制品的树脂类相融合,导致一种色浆只能对一种产品上色,水性色浆难以在各种纺织品、合成革材料和建筑内外墙中通用,互换性差。而采用去离子水作为基体制造的水性通用色浆,一定程度上解决了上述问题。但是,因色粉不容易在去离子水溶剂中分散,故现有的去离子水溶剂水性通用色浆的色粉含量不高,因而浓缩性不高,着色力也相比油性色浆差。
因此,如何实现一种保存期长,能够通用于纺织品、合成革材料或建筑内外墙体,着色力强,不会造成环境污染的分散型水性通用色片及其制备方法是业内亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种分散型水性通用色片,该色片保存期长,能够通用于纺织品、合成革材料或建筑内外墙体,着色力强,不会造成环境污染的分散型水性通用色片及其制造方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为,一种分散型水性通用色片,由以下质量比的各组分组成:丙烯酸分散树脂20~40%、色粉60~80%,其中,丙烯酸分散树脂包括以下质量份数的各组分:
所述丙烯酸分散树脂各组分经皂化反应而成的聚合物,即为丙烯酸分散树脂。
一种制作分散型水性通用色片的方法,包含以下步骤:
(1)将皂化反应所述丙烯酸分散树脂、色粉依次添加到捏合锅内,并进行初步捏合成胶体;
(2)将上述胶体于捏合机中进行高速捏合;
(3)将高速捏合后的胶体经过加热至125℃的斜背式三滚机的热压固化后,放置常温冷却,形成色块,将色块粉碎后即可得到分散型水性通用色片。
采用上述技术方案,由于采用丙烯分散树脂与色料结合,延长了分散型水性通用色片的保存期,并且拓宽了该色片的适用范围,使其能够通用于纺织品、合成革材料或建筑内外墙体,着色力强,另外由于该分散型水性通用色片生产时只需经过丙烯分散树脂与色料的捏合、固化,不需使用去离子水为载体,工艺流程简单,生产成本低,并且不会造成环境污染。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
由于本发明中的丙烯酸分散树脂中制备时,即使各组分的的添加比例不同,但反应后生成的丙烯酸分散树脂,其性质接近,因此只以以下质量份数的各组分皂化反应生成的丙烯酸分散树脂作下实施例中的丙烯酸分散树脂进行说明。
本发明的实施例中,色粉可以采用不同颜色进行测试,而采用不同的色粉只会造成颜色的不同,如可以采用酞青蓝色粉、酞青绿色粉、碳黑色粉等,不同的颜色并不会对其除颜色外的其他特性产生影响,而为了使不同的实施例与对比例间具有可比性,以下实施例、对比例的色粉均采用碳黑色粉,防腐剂和消泡剂均为常用的类型,如消泡剂可为有机消泡剂、有机硅消泡剂和聚醚型消泡剂等常用类型,而防腐剂为常用的工业级防腐剂即可,防腐剂并不参与体系的反应,因此对防腐剂的种类并无具体的限制,在此仅以CTAC防腐剂进行说明。
实施例1
按质量比取碳黑色粉75%、丙烯酸分散树脂25%,并将其依次添加到捏合锅内进行初步捏合,捏合完成后形成胶体,再将胶体与高速捏合机内捏合2小时,高速捏合后再将胶体通过加热至125℃斜背式三滚机上进行热压固化,并将其常温冷却,形成色块,而将色块粉碎后即可形成分散型水性通用色片。
实施例2
按质量比取碳黑色粉70%、丙烯酸分散树脂30%,并将其依次添加到捏合锅内进行初步捏合,捏合完成后形成胶体,再将胶体与高速捏合机内捏合2小时,高速捏合后再将胶体通过加热至125℃斜背式三滚机上进行热压固化,并将其常温冷却,形成色块,而将色块粉碎后即可形成分散型水性通用色片。
实施例3
按质量比取碳黑色粉80%、丙烯酸分散树脂20%,并将其依次添加到捏合锅内进行初步捏合,捏合完成后形成胶体,再将胶体与高速捏合机内捏合2小时,高速捏合后再将胶体通过加热至125℃斜背式三滚机上进行热压固化,并将其常温冷却,形成色块,而将色块粉碎后即可形成分散型水性通用色片。
实施例4
以碳黑色粉为色料,按质量比取酞青蓝色粉60%、丙烯酸分散树脂40%,并将其依次添加到捏合锅内进行初步捏合,捏合完成后形成胶体,再将胶体与高速捏合机内捏合2小时,高速捏合后再将胶体通过加热至125℃斜背式三滚机上进行热压固化,并将其常温冷却,形成色块,而将色块粉碎后即可形成分散型水性通用色片。
对比例
目前,传统色片由以下质量份数的原料制成:碳黑色粉1250~5600份;苯乙烯-丙烯酸树脂2100~3700份;乙醇胺300份;水5000份。制备时,首先按上述的质量份数称取各原料;接着将苯乙烯-丙烯酸树脂、乙醇胺和水倒入球磨机的料缸中,研磨5~20分钟,使其充分的混合溶解,制得乳液;然后将原色粉倒入料缸中,采用球磨机研磨2~2.5小时分散,使乳液与原色粉充分混合,制得浆状物;最后,将浆状物采用干燥机进行干燥,得到固体的水性色片。
以上实施例与对比例进行测试时,着色力、分散性以及粘度采用的测试配方为:60g去离子水加上40g色片,同时均采用市售实验室高速分散机(型号:KFS-400W)以速度4000RPM进行分散2小时,最后测试结果如下所示:
着色力又称着色强度,是指某一颜料与基准颜料混合后形成颜色强弱的能力,着色力测定方法通常采取与标准样品相比较,用其差别比值确定,以百分数表示。
分散性主要以1000目滤网过滤,通过判定是否有残留物来对比其分散性的高低。
经测试,本发明的分散型水性通用色片相较对比例产品的粘度至少高10%,同时色粉含量比对比例色片高,从而着色力比对比例更好,另外,本发明的颗粒细度小于5μm,有利色粉在体系中分散,且色粉在体系中保持时间长。
以上结合本发明的实施方式作了详细说明,但本发明不限于所描述的实施方式。对于本领域的技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明原理和精神的情况下,对这些实施方式进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,仍落入本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种分散型水性通用色片,其特征在于,由以下质量比的各组分组成:丙烯酸分散树脂20~40%、色粉60~80%,所述丙烯酸分散树脂包括以下质量份数的各组分:
丙烯酸乙酯30~32份
丙烯酸丁酯10~12份
甲基丙烯酸甲酯4~5份
甲基丙烯酸1份
甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯1份
双丙酮丙烯酰胺0.4~1份
乙二酰肼0.1~0.3份
三乙醇胺1份
过硫酸钾0.2份
软脂酸丁酯1.5份
表面活性剂2~3份
消泡剂0.05份
水40~45份
所述丙烯酸分散树脂各组分经碱皂化而成的聚合物,即为丙烯酸分散树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分散型水性通用色片,其特征在于,所述的丙烯酸分散树脂包括0.01质量份数的防腐剂。
3.一种制作权利要求1所述的分散型水性通用色片的方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
(1)将皂化反应合成的所述丙烯酸分散树脂、色粉依次添加到捏合锅内,并进行初步捏合成胶体;
(2)将上述胶体于捏合机中进行高速捏合;
(3)将高速捏合后的胶体经过加热至125℃的斜背式三滚机的热压固化后,放置常温冷却,形成色块,将色块粉碎后即可得到分散型水性通用色片。
