Abstract
本发明公开了一种分散绿染料组合物，按质量份数，其组成为：组分A：28-31份，组分B：43-47份，组分C：3-5份，组分D：18-25份，组分E：10-15份。本发明提供的分散绿色染料组合物，由于其挑选的组分都是高色牢度的产品，所以其应用于涤纶超细纤维和涤纶与氨纶混纺织物染色，在经过还原洗，色牢度即可达到4级以上，且产品中不含OEKO-TEX Standard100中含的禁用物质，符合环保要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及分散染料组合物制备领域，尤其涉及一种适用于涤纶和氨纶混纺织物染色的高牢度分散绿色染料组合物。
背景技术
近年来，各个国家及地区都相继出台了环保方面的各项法律法规，我国也确定了节约资源和保护环境的基本国策，对能耗大，排污大的染整行业提出了更高的要求，传统的高牢度分散染料应用于纯涤纶染色必须要经过至少一次的还原洗，应用涤纶和氨纶混纺织物至少需要两次还原洗才能达到牢度要求。
目前市场上的普通分散绿色主要为分散绿9，或者为分散蓝60和分散黄拼混而成，此类常规染料在100%普通涤纶上牢度尚可，但是在超细纤维或者涤纶加氨纶混纺织物时就完全不行，牢度很差，即使依靠多次还原洗牢度也提升不大（还原洗方式有两种①碱洗：加入保险粉及片碱；②酸洗：加入酸性还原洗净剂及醋酸），已经满足不了高端订单的要求！
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种染色性能佳，在涤纶超细纤维和涤纶氨纶混纺织物，染色后色牢度能达到4级以上，从而能满足高端订单要求的分散绿色染料组合物。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案：按质量份数，其组成为：组分A：28-31份，组分B：43-47份，组分C：3-5份，组分D：18-25份，组分E：10-15份；

所述的组分E为分散剂NNO。
所述的分散深蓝染料组合物，按质量份数，其优选组成为：组分A：28份，组分B：45份，组分C：4份，组分D：20份，组分E：12份。
所述的分散深蓝染料组合物，按质量份数，其优选组成为：组分A：30份，组分B：43份，组分C：3份，组分D：20份，组分E：15份。
本发明具有如下优点和效果：本发明提供的分散绿色染料组合物，由于其挑选的组分都是高牢度产品，所以其应用于超细涤纶和涤纶氨纶混纺织物染色，经过还原洗，色牢度能达到4级以上，且组分都是环保型产品，不含OEKO-TEXStandard100中含的禁用物质，能满足高端订单要求。

结合具体实施例作进一步的详细说明，使本发明的优点更为明显。应该理解，其中的内容只是用作说明，而绝非对本发明的保护范围构成限制。下列实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法，通常按照常规条件，或按照制造厂商所建议的条件进行。

按上述质量配比，将各个组分充分研磨搅拌均匀既得成品；将上述实施制得的分散绿色染料进行性能测试，测试方法如下：
取该成品0.5克，分散于500克冷水中，经充分搅拌后取8mL后与32mL水混合均匀，用醋酸调节PH=4.0，放入2克涤纶纤维进行染色，以3℃/min的升温速率升至130℃，保温30min后冷却至80℃，清洗取样，获得绿色染织物，经过还原清洗，查看其色光力度值，采用GB/T3921-1997、GB/T5718-1997、GB/T8426-1998法进行牢度测试，测试结果如下表所示：

根据上述测试结果，考虑不同配比的染料色光表现，选择实施例5为最佳配比：本发明所提供的分散绿色染料组合物，在涤纶超细纤维上经还原清洗，牢度表现优异，可达4级以上，且其不含OEKO-TEX Standard100中含的禁用物质，符合环保要求。
