Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于机动车的混合动力传动机构,其具有:主轴;电动机动力传递机构;电动机驱动轴,所述电动机驱动轴能被电动机驱动,并且电动机驱动轴经由电动机动力传递机构与主轴传递动力地连接;内燃机驱动轴,内燃机驱动轴为曲轴或不可相对转动地与曲轴连接,内燃机驱动轴至少局部地布置在主轴与电动机驱动轴之间的区域中;和内燃机动力传递机构,内燃机动力传递机构布置成相邻于电动机动力传递机构,电动机动力传递机构限定一个平面,电动机动力传递机构被匹配用于在垂直于主轴的所述平面内将动力从电动机驱动轴传递到主轴,并且内燃机驱动轴与所述平面交叉。此外本发明涉及一种具有这样的混合动力传动机构的混合动力机动车。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车、尤其是用于机动脚踏车的混合动力传动机构,电动机的扭矩和内燃机的扭矩可以传入到所述混合动力传动机构中。本发明还涉及一种混合动力机动车。
背景技术
由汽车技术、例如由US 2013/0345008 A1已知混合动力传动机构。随着在机动脚踏车中使用混合动力驱动装置,为此也需要混合动力传动机构。然而,机动脚踏车中的有限的结构空间不允许在机动脚踏车中使用由汽车技术已知的混合动力传动机构。因此,对结构构造较小的并且因而也适合机动脚踏车的混合动力传动机构存在需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种混合动力传动机构。所述目的通过如下所述的混合动力传动机构实现。
按照本发明的一种实施例,提供一种用于机动车的混合动力传动机构,其包括:主轴;电动机动力传递机构;电动机驱动轴,所述电动机驱动轴能被电动机驱动,并且所述电动机驱动轴经由电动机动力传递机构与主轴传递动力地连接;内燃机驱动轴,所述内燃机驱动轴为曲轴或者能不可相对转动地与曲轴连接,其中,所述内燃机驱动轴至少局部地布置在主轴与电动机驱动轴之间的区域中;和内燃机动力传递机构,所述内燃机动力传递机构布置成相邻于电动机动力传递机构,所述电动机动力传递机构限定一个平面,其中,所述电动机动力传递机构被匹配用于在垂直于主轴的所述平面内将动力从电动机驱动轴传递到主轴,所述内燃机驱动轴与所述平面交叉,并且所述电动机动力传递机构为齿轮传动装置,其中,所述电动机动力传递机构包括三个齿轮,一个第一齿轮固定在电动机驱动轴上,一个第二齿轮固定在主轴上并且一个布置在第一和第二齿轮之间并且啮合到第一和第二齿轮中的第三齿轮可转动地支承在内燃机驱动轴上。这个实施例具有更紧凑的构造方式和更有效地将电动机连接在内燃机上的优点。由此,也可以减少二氧化碳排放。
按照本发明的另一实施例,电动机动力传递机构被匹配用于在平面内传递动力并且内燃机驱动轴与所述平面交叉。
按照本发明的另一实施例,提供一种混合动力传动机构,其中,电动机动力传递机构为齿轮传动装置,一个齿轮固定在电动机驱动轴上,一个齿轮固定在主轴上以及一个布置在它们之间的齿轮可转动地支承在内燃机驱动轴上。
按照本发明的另一实施例,电动机动力传递机构为皮带传动装置。
按照本发明的另一实施例,内燃机动力传递机构为被匹配用于在平面内传递动力的齿轮传动装置,所述平面平行于电动机动力传递机构的平面。
按照本发明的另一实施例,内燃机动力传递机构包括离合器和齿轮传动装置。
按照本发明的另一实施例,混合动力传动机构此外包括用于驱动电动机驱动轴的电动机,其中,所述电动机关于电动机动力传递机构布置在与内燃机动力传递机构相对置的一侧。
按照本发明的另一实施例,混合动力传动机构此外包括布置成平行于主轴的副轴。
此外,本发明涉及一种具有按照前述实施例之一所述的混合动力传动机构的混合动力机动车。
按照另一实施例,所述混合动力机动车为混合动力机动脚踏车。

具体实施方式
图1是按照一种实施例的按照本发明的混合动力传动机构的示意性的三维视图并且图2是其示意图。混合动力传动机构尤其是用于在混合动力机动脚踏车、例如混合动力摩托车或混合动力轻便摩托车中(即既具有内燃机又具有用于推进的电动机的两轮车)使用。
混合动力传动机构包括主轴1和副轴2。在此,在传动机构领域内的技术人员将主轴理解为经由该轴传入驱动力的那个轴,而将副轴理解为经由该轴输出驱动力的那个轴、例如在摩托车的链条传动装置的小齿轮上。换言之,来自内燃机或者电动机的用于推进机动车的动力流从主轴指向副轴。参考附图,主轴1和副轴2能绕其各自的纵轴线转动地支承并且优选布置成互相平行的。主轴1与副轴2经由包括两个齿轮的齿轮传动装置3连接。副轴2与驱动元件4(例如链轮)传递扭矩地连接,所述驱动元件将驱动力进一步传递到机动车的一个或多个驱动轮上。
内燃机驱动轴5为机动车的未示出的内燃机的曲轴或者内燃机驱动轴例如以曲轴延伸部的形式不可相对转动地与曲轴连接。内燃机驱动轴5优选平行于主轴1定向并且关于所述主轴布置在副轴2的相对置的一侧。
用于借助电能提供车辆驱动力的电动机6驱动电动机驱动轴7。电动机驱动轴7尤其是平行于内燃机驱动轴5定向并且这样布置使得内燃机驱动轴5布置在电动机驱动轴7与主轴1之间的区域内。由电动机6提供的扭矩能从电动机驱动轴7经由电动机动力传递机构8传递到主轴1上。在所示的情况下,电动机动力传递机构8包括三个齿轮9、10和11,这些齿轮形成一个齿轮传动装置。固定在电动机驱动轴7上的齿轮9啮合到可转动地支承在内燃机驱动轴5上的齿轮10中并且该齿轮又啮合到固定在主轴1上的齿轮11中。在此,齿轮10在直径方面小于齿轮9并且小于齿轮11。代替齿轮传动装置,电动机动力传递机构8也可通过皮带传动装置、例如多V形带传动装置构成,在所述皮带传动装置中,固定在电动机驱动轴7上的皮带轮经由皮带将驱动力进一步传到固定在主轴1上的皮带轮上。同样可设有链条传动装置,在所述链条传动装置中,皮带被链条替代并且皮带轮被链轮替代。
内燃机驱动轴5延伸穿过电动机动力传递机构8布置所在的平面。在内燃机驱动轴5的被引导穿过的端部上,由机动车内燃机提供的并且能施加到内燃机驱动轴5上的驱动力可以从内燃机动力传递机构12进一步传到主轴1上。内燃机动力传递机构12优选包括齿轮传动装置(包括两个齿轮13和14)以及离合器15。齿轮13固定在内燃机驱动轴5的端部上并且小于与该齿轮配合作用的(即啮合到该齿轮中的)布置成能绕主轴1的转动轴线转动的齿轮14。因此,视对离合器15的操纵而定,内燃机驱动轴5和主轴1可经由内燃机动力传递机构12传递扭矩地耦合。
内燃机动力传递机构13关于电动机动力传递机构8布置在与电动机6相对置的一侧。然而,正如在图1中用虚线示出并且配有附图标记6a和7a的那样,电动机6a和电动机驱动轴7a也可以(关于电动机动力传递机构8)布置在与内燃机动力传递机构12相同的一侧。
通过所描述的混合动力传动机构的紧凑性,可实现良好地集成到机动脚踏车中。

主轴(1);
电动机动力传递机构(8);
电动机驱动轴(7),所述电动机驱动轴能被电动机(6;6a)驱动,并且所述电动机驱动轴经由电动机动力传递机构(8)与主轴(1)传递动力地连接;
内燃机驱动轴(5),所述内燃机驱动轴为曲轴或者不可相对转动地与曲轴连接,其中,所述内燃机驱动轴(5)至少局部地布置在主轴(1)与电动机驱动轴(7)之间的区域中,和
内燃机动力传递机构(12),所述内燃机动力传递机构布置成相邻于电动机动力传递机构(8),所述电动机动力传递机构(8)限定一个平面,
其中,所述电动机动力传递机构(8)被匹配用于在垂直于主轴(1)的所述平面内将动力从电动机驱动轴(7)传递到主轴(1),
所述内燃机驱动轴(5)与所述平面交叉,并且
所述电动机动力传递机构(8)为齿轮传动装置,其中,所述电动机动力传递机构(8)包括三个齿轮(9、10、11),一个第一齿轮(9)固定在电动机驱动轴(7)上,一个第二齿轮(11)固定在主轴(1)上并且一个布置在第一和第二齿轮之间并且啮合到第一和第二齿轮中的第三齿轮(10)可转动地支承在内燃机驱动轴(5)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力传动机构,其中,所述内燃机动力传递机构(12)为被匹配用于在平面内传递动力的齿轮传动装置,所述平面平行于电动机动力传递机构(8)的平面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合动力传动机构,其中,所述内燃机动力传递机构(12)包括离合器(15)和齿轮传动装置。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合动力传动机构,其中,所述混合动力传动机构还包括用于驱动电动机驱动轴(7)的电动机(6),其中,所述电动机(6)关于电动机动力传递机构(8)布置在与内燃机动力传递机构(12)相对置的一侧。
