Description

车辆的传动系统

US 5,991,683A公开了一种用于混合动力车辆的传动系统,包括第一电动机和第二电动机以及内燃机,其中第一电动机连接到行星齿轮的太阳轮,而第二电动机刚性地驱动连接到行星齿轮的行星齿轮架。第二电动机还刚性地驱动连接到内燃机。行星齿轮架的齿圈作用在车辆的驱动轴上。在两电动机之间没有离合元件。这显著限制传动系统的应用范围。具体来说,第二电动机不能与内燃机或行星齿轮脱开。

因此,本发明的目的是提供一种适用于带有増程器的混合动力车辆的传动系统,其中应当能够经由内燃机驱动构成的増程器进行临时直接驱动。还应能够短暂地使用増程器来支持电力驱动。传动系统应需要尽可能少的空间。
这根据本发明来实现,即,使得可切换的第一离合器布置在内燃机与第二电动机之间,其中较佳地可切换的第二离合器布置在第二电动机与行星齿轮之间。
因此,内燃机可与第二电动机脱开,于是第二电动机可独立于内燃机运行,以支持能量回收工作或用于驱动诸如空调压缩机的辅助单元。
由于第二电动机可通过第二离合器与行星齿轮脱开,所以还能够经由内燃机和第二电动机独立于其余传动系统对蓄电单元充电。但到其余传动系统的驱动连接可通过闭合第一和第二离合器来形成,借助于第一和第二离合器,内燃机以及第二电动机可用于支持驱动动力。
第一电动机可驱动连接到较佳地由齿圈构成的第一行星齿轮元件。较佳地由行星齿轮架构成的第二行星齿轮元件作用在车辆的驱动轴上。
在本发明的第一实施例中设置成第二电动机连接到第二行星齿轮元件。第二电动机和内燃机可直接用于支持驱动轴的驱动。这允许不中断牵引而进行换挡,因为仅第二电动机可短暂地提供换挡过程期间用于进行驱动的扭矩。

第一离合器9闭合,以启动内燃机4,并在启用内燃机4时对蓄电单元充电。当需要扭矩支持或需要内燃机4加速时,第一离合器9也可关闭。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于车辆、尤其是带有増程器的电动车辆的传动系统(1),所述传动系统包括第一电动机(2)、第二电动机(3)以及内燃机(4),所述第一电动机(2)借助于行星齿轮(5)驱动连接到所述车辆的至少一个驱动轴(8),所述行星齿轮(5)包括第一、第二和第三行星齿轮元件(5a,5b,5c),所述第二电动机(3)经由所述行星齿轮连接到所述第一电动机(2),所述内燃机(4)连接到所述第一电动机(2),其特征在于,可切换的第一离合器(9)布置在所述内燃机(4)与所述第二电动机(3)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的传动系统(1),其特征在于,可切换的第二离合器(10)布置在所述第二电动机(3)与所述行星齿轮(5)之间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的传动系统(1),其特征在于,所述第一电动机(2)连接到较佳地由齿圈构成的第一行星齿轮元件(5a)。
4.如权利要求1至3中的一项所述的传动系统(1),其特征在于,较佳地由行星齿轮架构成的第二行星齿轮元件(5b)能连接到所述驱动轴(8)。
5.如权利要求1至4中的一项所述的传动系统(1),其特征在于,所述第二电动机(3)能连接到所述第二行星齿轮元件。
6.如权利要求1至4中的一项所述的传动系统(1),其特征在于,所述第二电动机(3)能连接到所述第一行星齿轮元件(5a)。
7.如权利要求1至6中的一项所述的传动系统(1),其特征在于,所述第一行星齿轮元件(5a)和所述第二行星齿轮元件(5b)通过可切换的第三离合器(11)可转动地彼此刚性连接。
8.如权利要求1至7中的一项所述的传动系统(1),其特征在于,较佳地由太阳轮构成的所述第三行星齿轮元件(5c)能由制动装置(12)保持。
9.如权利要求1至8中的一项所述的传动系统(1),其特征在于,至少一个辅助单元、较佳地是空调压缩机(14)尤其较佳地借助于传动级能驱动连接到所述第二电动机(3)。
