Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a nutritional food for protecting heart and promoting liver health.
Background
In the modern society, the heart is overloaded due to the pressure of work, life and the like and the unscientific life style. If the body is in an extreme fatigue state or excessive smoking, drinking, or the heart suffers from certain diseases or is in a poor mood, etc., the heart is possibly injured by certain strong harmful factors to cause sudden stop, which causes great loss to the society and families. Cardiovascular diseases are the most common frequently encountered diseases, especially coronary heart disease. With the improvement of living standard, the improvement of dietary structure and the aging of population, the incidence of coronary heart disease is gradually increased. At present, most of the medicines for treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in the market are western medicines, and have certain defects, such as easy generation of drug resistance, capability of causing arrhythmia as a medicine for treating arrhythmia, and even strong toxic and side effects of some medicines.
The liver is the largest and most important detoxifying organ of the human body and has a powerful defense detoxifying function on toxins produced by in vitro and body metabolism. The liver is the most sensitive and fragile. Insufficient sleep, obesity, hyperglycemia, excessive drinking, smoking, staying up all night, drug abuse and greasy food can aggravate the burden of the liver to damage the liver, and further the liver is changed into chronic liver injury and hepatitis, and finally the liver cancer is developed. Liver disease has become a "fierce" that seriously harms human health. Liver function is damaged, and can cause diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease and atherosclerosis accompanied by fat metabolism disorder.
Traditional Chinese medicine has enjoyable progress in the aspects of researches such as heart protection, liver health promotion and the like, but has certain defects, particularly shown in that single traditional Chinese medicine is more researched, and compound prescription is less researched; there are fewer comprehensive studies of the various mechanisms that work together.

Experimental example 2 trial eating experiment of population
The nutritional food for protecting the heart and promoting the liver health prepared in example 6 was used as an experimental sample to perform a human feeding trial experiment.
The traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis of the discomfort of the cardiac region is taken as a subject inclusion standard: weakness of limbs, chest distress, chest pain, palpitation, tachycardia, and heart rate greater than 90 times/min.
