Abstract
本发明提供一种阵列基板,包括不具有触控信号传输功能的非传输触控信号线,且所述非传输触控信号线与数据线平行。通过将所述非传输触控信号线与扫描线进行连接,从而通过所述非传输触控信号线实现所述扫描线与扫描线驱动电路的电连接,进而能够将所述扫描线驱动电路可以同所述数据线驱动芯片设于所述基板的同一边框或相对的两个边框,使得其它的边框的宽度可以仅为0.1~0.3mm,进而实现至少两个边框的窄边框化。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种阵列基板、显示面板及显示设备。
背景技术
随着液晶面板技术的不断更新,面板正逐渐朝着轻薄化,高屏占比、超窄边框乃至无边框化发展。传统结构的LTPS面板通过阵列基板行驱动工艺(Gate Driver On Array,GOA)技术将扫描线驱动电路直接形成在阵列基板上,省出了栅极集成电路(IntegratedCircuit,IC)的绑点区域及扇出的布线空间,从而实现窄边框。但是,由于在所述液晶面板的阵列基板中,扫描线及数据线一般为垂直设置,因此,在设置扫描线驱动电路及数据线驱动电路时,为尽量减少边框走线减小边框的尺寸及保证所述面板对称的美观效果,一般将为扫描线加载扫描信号的扫描线驱动电路设置阵列基板的左右两个边框内,而将为数据线加载数据信号的数据线驱动芯片设于上边框或者下边框内。然而,所述扫描线驱动电路及数据线驱动芯片仍然会占据一定的宽度,从而制约所述面板的超窄边框或无边框设计。
进一步的,为了实现面板的轻薄化,直接将触控屏与液晶面板融合在一起(In-Cell),即将触控信号线形成于液晶面板的阵列基板上,从而减小面板的厚度。具体的,触控信号走线包括能够用于传输触控信号的传输触控信号走线及不传输触控信号的非传输触控信号走线(Dummy),但为了保证所述面板具有较好的光学效果,将所述非传输触控信号走线保存下来。
发明内容
本发明的提供一种阵列基板,进一步减小边框尺寸,实现边框的窄边框化。
本发明提供一种阵列基板,所述阵列基板包括基板、多条间隔平行设置的扫描线、多条间隔平行设置的数据线、多条间隔设置的触控信号线、数据线驱动芯片及扫描线驱动电路。所述多条扫描线设于所述基板表面。多条所述数据线也设于所述基板上,且多条所述数据线与多条所述扫描线垂直且不相连。多条所述触控信号线位于所述基板上,所述触控信号线与所述数据线一一对应且平行。多条所述触控信号线中包括数条非传输触控信号线,每条所述扫描线与至少一条所述非传输触控信号线进行电连接。所述数据线驱动芯片设有与多条所述数据线一一对应并电连接的引脚。所述扫描线驱动电路设有与所述非传输触控信号线电连接的引脚。所述基板包括四个边框,所述四个边框两两相对,所述扫描线驱动电路与所述数据线驱动芯片分别位于所述基板上相对的两个边框内或者位于同一边框内。
其中,所述多条扫描线、多条数据线与所述触控信号线位于不同层,所述多条扫描线、多条数据线与所述触控信号线依次层叠于所述基板上。
其中,所述基板上设有阵列排布的多个像素单元,每条所述数据线与一列所述像素单元相对应并与所述一列像素单元中的每个所述像素单元通过穿孔连接,所述扫描线与所述非传输触控信号线通过过孔连接。
其中,所述非传输触控信号线包括弯曲部及与所述弯曲部连接的直线部,所述直线部与所述数据线在垂直方向的投影重合,所述过孔位于所述弯曲部,所述弯曲部弯曲绕过所述穿孔。

本发明还提供一种显示器,所述显示器包括显示器本体及上述的显示面板,所述显示面板设于所述显示器本体上。本发明提供的所述阵列基板,通过将与所述数据线平行的所述非传输触控信号线与所述扫描线进行连接,从而通过所述非传输触控信号线实现所述扫描线与所述扫描线驱动电路的电连接,进而能够实现在边框走线尽量少的情况下,将所述扫描线驱动电路与所述数据线驱动芯片设于所述基板的同一边框或相对的两个边框,以实现未设有所述扫描线驱动电路与所述数据线驱动芯片的其它边框的进一步窄边框化。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。其中,附图仅用于示例性说明,表示的仅是示意图,不能理解为对本专利的限制。
请一并参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种阵列基板100。所述阵列基板100包括基板10及设于所述基板10上的多条间隔平行设置的扫描线20、多条间隔平行设置的数据线30、多条间隔设置的触控信号线40、数据线驱动芯片50、扫描线驱动电路60。本实施例中,所述扫描线20、数据线30及所述触控信号线40依次层叠于所述基板10上。所述扫描线20与所述数据线30交叉设置。本实施例中,所述扫描线20与所述数据线30垂直且不相连。
进一步的,所述阵列基板100还包括多个阵列排布于所述基板10上的像素单元70。每个所述像素单元70均位于所述扫描线20与所述数据线30的一个交叉点上。每个所述像素单元70包括像素电极及与所述像素电极电连接的像素开关。所述像素开关包括栅极、源极及漏极,所述漏极与像素电极电连接以实现所述像素电极与所述像素开关的连接。
所述基板10包括有效显示区11及包围所述有效显示区11的四个边框12。所述有效显示区11用于进行图像显示,所述边框用于走线或布置所述数据线驱动芯片50和/或所述扫描线驱动电路60。所述四个边框12包括一个左边框、一个右边框、一个上边框及一个下边框。所述左边框与所述右边框相对,所述上边框与所述下边框相对。
多条间隔平行设置的所述扫描线20设于所述基板10上。所述扫描线20与所述像素开关的所述栅极电连接,为所述像素单元70提供扫描电压,以实现所述像素开关的断开或闭合。
多条间隔平行设置的所述数据线30设于所述基板10上。多条间隔平行设置的所述数据线30与多条间隔平行设置的所述扫描线20垂直布置。本实施例中,所述数据线30与所述扫描线20位于不同层,且所述数据线30层叠于所述扫描线20上。可以理解的是,在其它实施例中,所述数据线30也可位于所述扫描线20的下方。所述扫描线30与所述像素开关的源极电连接。本实施例中,所述扫描线30与所述源极通过穿孔31进行电连接。当所述像素开关闭合时,所述像素开关的源极与漏极导通,通过所述数据线30为所述像素电极提供数据信号。
进一步的,本发明所述阵列基板100还包括多条间隔设置的触控信号线40。多条间隔设置的所述触控信号线40位于所述基板10上。所述触控信号线40与所述数据线30一一对应,且所述触控信号线40层叠于所述数据线30上。本发明中,多条所述触控信号线40中包括数条传输触控信号线41及数条非传输触控信号线42。所述传输触控信号线41用于传输触控信号,所述非传输触控信号线42不用于传输触控信号。现有技术中,所述非传输触控信号线42不用于传输触控信号但仍保留下来,其目的在于保证包括所述阵列基板100的面板具有较好的光学效果。本实施例中,所述传输触控信号线41与所述数据线30平行,且所述传输触控信号线40垂直方向的投影与所述数据线30重合,从而不增加所述像素单元70的开口率;所述非传输触控信号线42包括弯曲部45及与所述弯曲部45连接的直线部46,所述直线部46与所述数据线30平行且重合。可以理解的是,所述非传输触控信号线42也可以仅包括直线部,即所述非传输触控信号线42与所述传输触控信号线41结构相同,并与所述数据线30平行。
本发明中,每一条所述扫描线20均与至少一条所述非传输触控信号线42进行电连接,从而通过所述非传输触控信号线42将扫描电压传输中所述扫描线20。本实施例中,每条所述扫描线20与一条所述非传输触控信号线42电连接。所述阵列基板100还包括多个连接层44,多个所述连接层44与所述数据线30位于同一层并通过同一步骤形成。并且,每个所述连接层44位于所述非传输触控信号线42与所述扫描线20的连接处,且所述连接层44设于所述非传输触控信号线42与所述扫描线20之间。所述连接层44与所述非传输触控信号线42电连接,所述扫描线20与所述连接层44电连接,从而通过所述连接层44实现所述非传输触控信号线42与所述扫描线20的电连接。本实施例中,所述非传输触控信号线42与所述扫描线20通过过孔43进行电连接,所述过孔43包括第一过孔43a及第二过孔43b,所述连接层44通过所述第一过孔43a与所述扫描线20电连接,所述非传输触控信号线42通过所述第二过孔43b与所述连接层44相连,从而实现所述非传输触控信号线42与所述扫描线20通过过孔进行电连接。本发明中,所述连接层44通过所述第一第一过孔43a及第二过孔43b与所述非传输触控信号线42与所述扫描线20分别连接,以实现所述非传输触控信号线42与所述扫描线20的电连接,从而能够防止所述非传输触控信号线42与所述扫描线20之间的距离太大,若直接通过过孔实现电连接,所述过孔的深度过深而可能产生接触不良等问题。
进一步的,所述非传输触控信号线42与所述扫描线20电连接时所述过孔43位于所述非传输触控信号线42的弯曲部45,即所述非传输触控信号线42与所述扫描线20通过过孔电连接的位置在所述弯曲部45上,使得所述非传输触控信号线42与所述扫描线20电连接时,所述非传输触控信号线42绕开所述穿孔31,并使所述非传输触控信号线42与所述扫描线20电连接的位置垂直方向不与所述数据线30重合进而防止所述扫描线20与所述数据线30导通而短路的现象发生。可以理解的是,当所述非传输触控信号线42仅包括所述直线部46时,所述非传输触控信号线42与所述数据线30平行但在垂直方向的投影不与所述数据线30重合,从而保证所述非传输触控信号线42与所述扫描线20电连接的位置垂直方向不与所述数据线30重合,进而防止所述扫描线20与所述扫描线30导通而短路的现象发生。
所述数据线驱动芯片50包括多个引脚,每个所述引脚与所述多条间隔平行设置的数据线30一一对应并电连接。所述数据线驱动芯片50通过所述数据线30为所述像素电极提供数据信号。所述扫描线驱动电路60包括多个引脚,所述引脚与同所述扫描线20电连接的所述非传输触控线42电连接。本实施例中,所述扫描线20与所述非传输触控线42一一对应,且所述扫描线驱动电路60的引脚与所述非传输触控信号线42一一对应。在其它实施例中,一条所述扫描线与数条所述非传输触控信号线42进行电连接,同该条所述扫描线电连接的所述数条非传输触控信号线先并联,再与所述扫描线驱动电路60的一个引脚进行连接。所述扫描线驱动电路60通过非传输触控信号线42将扫描信号传输至所述扫描线,进而控制所述像素电极的开闭。本实施例中,为了保证所述阵列基板具有较好的外观效果,将所述数据线驱动芯片50设于所述下边框15上,所述扫描线驱动电路60设于所述上边框14上。从而使得所述左边框12及所述右边框13能够得到极限的压缩,进而实现所述左边框12及所述右边框13的超窄设计。可以理解的是,所述数据线驱动芯片50还可以设于所述左边框12上,所述扫描线驱动电路60设于所述右边框13上;或者,所述数据线驱动芯片50及所述扫描线驱动电路60均位于所述左边框12、右边框13、上边框14或下边框15中任意一个边框上,使得其它三个边框均能够实现超窄设计。
进一步的,本发明中,所述阵列基板100的制作方法及制程与现有技术相同,在此不进行赘述。但是,与现有技术不同的是,本发明通过改变形成所述数据线30的光罩的图案,在形成所述数据线30时,同时形成所述连接层44。并且,通过改变形成所述触控信号线40的光罩的图案,同时得到本实施例的所述传输触控信号线41及非传输触控信号线42。进而在不增加阵列基板的制程下,得到本发明所述阵列基板100。
本发明中,通过不具有触控信号传输功能的所述非传输触控信号线42与所述扫描线20进行电连接,并将所述非传输触控信号线42与所述扫描线驱动电路60进行电连接,从而通过所述非传输触控信号线42实现所述扫描线20与所述扫描线驱动电路60的电连接,进而能够实现将所述扫描线驱动电路60与所述数据线驱动芯片50能够分别设于所述基板10上相对的两个边框内或者位于同一边框内。从而能够实现除设置有所述扫描线驱动电路60和/或所述数据线驱动芯片50的所述边框的超窄边框化。本实施例中,除设有所述扫描线驱动电路和/或所述数据线驱动芯片外的其它边框的宽度为0.1mm-0.3mm。
本发明还提供一种显示面板,所述显示面板包括彩膜基板、上述的阵列基板100及设于所述彩膜基板与所述阵列基板100之间的液晶层。
本发明还提供一种显示器,所述显示器可以为手机、平板或电视、电脑等用于画面显示,并能够对其面板进行触控的显示设备。所述显示器包括包括显示器本体及上述的显示面板,所述显示面板设于所述显示器本体上。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施例,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种阵列基板,其特征在于,包括:
基板;
设于所述基板表面上的多条间隔平行设置的扫描线;
设于所述基板上的多条间隔平行设置的数据线,多条所述数据线与多条所述扫描线垂直且不相连;
多条间隔设置的触控信号线,多条所述触控信号线位于所述基板上,所述触控信号线与所述数据线一一对应且平行;多条所述触控信号线中包括通过同一制程得到的数条非传输触控信号线及数条传输触控信号线,所述传输触控信号线用于传输触控信号,每条所述扫描线与至少一条所述非传输触控信号线进行电连接;
数据线驱动芯片,所述数据线驱动芯片设有与多条所述数据线一一对应并电连接的引脚;
扫描线驱动电路,所述扫描线驱动电路设有与所述非传输触控信号线电连接的引脚;
所述基板包括四个边框,所述四个边框两两相对,所述扫描线驱动电路与所述数据线驱动芯片分别位于所述基板上相对的两个边框内或者位于同一边框内;
所述基板上设有阵列排布的多个像素单元,每条所述数据线与一列所述像素单元相对应并与所述一列像素单元中的每个所述像素单元通过穿孔连接,所述扫描线与所述非传输触控信号线通过过孔连接;所述非传输触控信号线包括弯曲部及与所述弯曲部连接的直线部,所述直线部与所述数据线在垂直方向的投影重合,所述过孔位于所述弯曲部,所述弯曲部弯曲绕过所述穿孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的阵列基板,其特征在于,所述多条扫描线、多条数据线与所述触控信号线位于不同层,所述多条扫描线、多条数据线与所述多条触控信号线依次层叠于所述基板上。
3.如权利要求2所述的阵列基板,其特征在于,所述扫描线与所述非传输触控信号线之间还设有多个连接层,每个所述连接层位于所述扫描线与所述非传输触控信号线的连接处,通过所述连接层连接所述扫描线及所述非传输触控信号线。
4.如权利要求3所述的阵列基板,其特征在于,所述数据线与所述连接层位于同一层并同一步骤形成。
5.如权利要求1所述的阵列基板,其特征在于,所述基板还包括有效显示区 ,所述四个边框包围所述有效显示区。
6.如权利要求5所述的阵列基板,其特征在于,除设有所述扫描线驱动电路和/或所述数据线驱动芯片外的其它边框的宽度为0.1mm-0.3mm。
7.一种显示面板,其特征在于,所述显示面板包括彩膜基板、权利要求1-6任一项所述的阵列基板及设于所述彩膜基板与所述阵列基板之间的液晶层。
8.一种显示器,其特征在于,包括显示器本体及权利要求7所述的显示面板,所述显示面板设于所述显示器本体上。
