本发明公开了一种能效降低甘草黄酮类化合物中甘草酸及甘草次酸的方法,在醇提液中加入一定量大孔吸附树脂或离子交换树脂,搅拌5min,静置16h以上,过滤,滤液浓缩成浸膏,加碱液,静置24h以上,过滤,滤液加盐酸调节PH值为5,过滤,滤渣水洗至PH值为7,滤渣干燥即得成品。本发明降低了甘草次酸含量而不降低有效成分的含量,大大提高了产品合格率,合格率由原来的32%到98%。

技术领域
本发明涉及化学、化工技术领域,尤其涉及一种能效降低甘草黄酮类化合物中甘草酸及甘草次酸的方法。
背景技术
甘草黄酮类化合物具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗氧化、抗心律失常、保肝等作用。从甘草或甘草渣中提取甘草黄酮类化合物时,往往会提取出部分甘草酸及甘草次酸,甘草酸及甘草次酸被人体摄入后可能会引起水钠潴留等副作用,因此甘草酸及甘草次酸常常被列为甘草黄酮类化合物药品中的限量检查部分。
大孔树脂(macroporous resin)又称全多孔树脂,是以苯乙烯和丙酸酯为单体,加入乙烯苯为交联剂,甲苯、二甲苯为致孔剂,它们相互交联聚合形成了多孔骨架结构。树脂一般为白色的球状颗粒,粒度为20~60目,是一类含离子交换集团的交联聚合物,它的理化性质稳定,不溶于酸、碱及有机溶剂,不受无机盐类及强离子低分子化合物的影响。树脂吸附作用是依靠它和被吸附的分子(吸附质)之间的范德华引力,通过它巨大的比表面进行物理吸附而工作,使有机化合物根据有吸附力及其分子量大小可以经一定溶剂洗脱分开而达到分离、纯化、除杂、浓缩等不同目的。
离子交换树脂是带有官能团(有交换离子的活性基团)、具有网状结构、不溶性的高分子化合物。树脂中化学活性基团的种类决定了树脂的主要性质和类别,这些活性基团即是交换官能团,在溶液中能离解出某些阳离子(如H+或Na+)或阴离子(如OH-或Cl-),同时吸附溶液中原来存有的其他阳离子或阴离子。即树脂中的离子与溶液中的离子互相交换,从而将溶液中的离子分离出来。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能效降低甘草黄酮类化合物中甘草酸及甘草次酸的方法:
一种能效降低甘草黄酮类化合物中甘草酸及甘草次酸的方法,包括如下步骤:在醇提液中加入一定量大孔吸附树脂或离子交换树脂,搅拌5min,静置16h以上,过滤,滤液浓缩成浸膏,加碱液,静置24h以上,过滤,滤液加盐酸调节PH值为5,过滤,滤渣水洗至PH值为7,滤渣干燥即得成品。
优选的,大孔吸附树脂或离子交换树脂加入量为10克。
优选的,所述大孔吸附树脂的型号为ADS-7、ADS-F8或LX-16。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明降低了甘草次酸含量而不降低有效成分的含量,大大提高了产品合格率,合格率由原来的32%到98%。

一种能效降低甘草黄酮类化合物中甘草酸及甘草次酸的方法,包括如下步骤:
在醇提液中加入一定量大孔吸附树脂或离子交换树脂,搅拌5min,静置16h以上,过滤,滤液浓缩成浸膏,加碱液,静置24h以上,过滤,滤液加盐酸调节PH值为5,过滤,滤渣水洗至PH值为7,滤渣干燥即得成品。本发明降低了甘草次酸含量而不降低有效成分的含量,大大提高了产品合格率,合格率由原来的32%到98%。
通过上述方法在醇提液中加入8种(1:XDA-1、2:ADS-7、3:ADS-F8、4:XDA-8、5:LX-16、6:LX-162、7:LX-T19、8:LX-201)不同型号的树脂分别按自然数编号,1-6号树脂为大孔吸附树脂,7-8号树脂为离子交换树脂,树脂加入量均为10g,经1-8号树脂处理的最终产品甘草次酸分别降低14.7%、38.0%、30.1%、59.2%、51.6%、17.8%、69.3%、80.0%,但产品有效成分分别降低38.5%、22.9%、23.2%、62.8%、39.5%、19.7%、64.8%、80.1,综合考虑选取甘草次酸降低幅度大于有效成分减低幅度的树脂,因此优选2号、3号、5号树脂型号为最佳。

1.一种能效降低甘草黄酮类化合物中甘草酸及甘草次酸的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:在醇提液中加入一定量大孔吸附树脂或离子交换树脂,搅拌5min,静置16h以上,过滤,滤液浓缩成浸膏,加碱液,静置24h以上,过滤,滤液加盐酸调节PH值为5,过滤,滤渣水洗至PH值为7,滤渣干燥即得成品。
2.一种能效降低甘草黄酮类化合物中甘草酸及甘草次酸的方法,其特征在于,大孔吸附树脂或离子交换树脂加入量为10克。
3.一种能效降低甘草黄酮类化合物中甘草酸及甘草次酸的方法,其特征在于,所述大孔吸附树脂的型号为ADS-7、ADS-F8或LX-16。
