Description
本发明涉及氟铃脲及其结构相关化合物作为杀白蚁剂的应用。
等翅目昆虫白蚁几乎全都生活在植物性物质的纤维中。它们能对其寄主中的其它材料造成相当大的危害,包括对建筑结构的损坏,对食物如生长的农作物,草原,森林(特别是树木的幼苗),家庭物品,贮藏的食物,由纤维组成的物质如木材,纸,棉花,纤维材料等的毁坏。上述物品受危害的程度因品种而异。
对结构或其它材料的危害可以通过使用对白蚁具有杀虫活性的化合物而得以阻止或减少。这些化合物通常被直接施用于寄主物质中白蚁本身或寄主物质的组成部分,如在木材用于建筑物之前用药剂处理或将药剂施用于建筑物周围的土壤。
大部分商业上可提供的杀虫剂不具备有效地防治白蚁所要求的生物和物化性能(如对白蚁长期的防治活性),虽然氯代烃类的艾氏剂的效果已被证实。但由于对氯代烃类化合物越来越多的限制条件,所以要求杀白蚁剂要兼具必要的杀白蚁活性和持效性以及对哺乳动物低毒的特性。
报道有些酰基脲类化合物是能有效地防治白蚁。例如美国专利No.4833158公开卡死克是一个杀白蚁剂;还发现除虫脲也可作为杀白蚁剂。
已报告对哺乳动物低毒的化合物氟铃脲(Hexaflumuron)(N-(((3,5-二氯-4-(1,1,2,2-四氟乙氧基)苯基)-氨基)-羰基)-2,6-二氟甲苯酰胺)具有杀虫活性,可防治鳞翅目,鞘翅目,双翅目,直翅目,同翅目,缨翅目和蜱蟥目的害虫(美国专利No.4468405)。现已发现,作为一个杀蚁剂,氟铃脲和其它结构相关的化合物比结构不相关的酰基脲类化合物如除虫脲具有更令人惊奇的效果。
式中R1和R2分别是氢,C1-C3-烷基或C1-C3烷氧基,氯,溴或氟;X1和X2分别是氯,氟,溴,氢或C1-C3-烷基;和R是一个含氟的C1-C4卤代烷氧基基团。
式Ⅰ化合物的制备方法是已知的通用方法。
使用式Ⅰ化合物作为杀白蚁剂其优点和令人惊奇的效果在于:在使用量相当低的情况下的防治效果和即使在高浓度下的独特的非驱除效应。已知处理白蚁的方法要求使用相对大量的杀蚁剂,形成一个化学浓度较高的物理屏障杀死一些白蚁,并阻止由未用药处理地方的其它白蚁移入,造成用药处理过场所的再侵染。本发明是让大量的白蚁通过逗留,接触和携带走少量,但为有效量的非驱除性的杀白蚁化合物而得以有效地消灭白蚁群体。
为了使式Ⅰ化合物便于应用于需要的场所,或便于贮存,运输或管理,化合物通常与载体和/或表面活性剂一起加工。
本文中的载体是指与式Ⅰ化合物(有效成分)加工后便于在靶标场所使用,或便于贮存,运输或管理的任何物质。载体可以是固体或液体,也包括通常为气体,但可压缩成液体的物质。通常使用的或已知的在加工杀虫剂组合物中所用的任何载体均可使用。
本发明的组合物含0.0001-99.9%(重量)的有效成分。虽然有效成分含量低至0.0001%在有些情况下也可以使用,但本发明优选的有效成分含量为0.001-10.0%(重量)。
适合的固定载体包括天然的和合成的粘土和硅酸盐,如天然硅石类的硅藻土;硅酸镁类如滑石;硅酸铝镁类如活性白土和蛭石;硅酸铝类如高岭土、蒙脱土和云母;碳酸钙;硫酸钙;硫酸铵;合成水合氧化硅和合成的硅酸钙或硅酸铝;元素类如碳和硫;天然和合成的树脂类如香豆酮树脂,氯化聚乙烯,苯乙烯聚合物和共聚物;固体聚氯苯酚;沥清;蜡;琼脂;和固体肥料类如过磷酸盐。纤维素类物质如木材,锯木屑。琼脂或MethocelR,以及那些本身对白蚁有吸引性或至少无驱除作用的固体载体也是特别合适的和可优选的。不同固体的混合物也常常是合适的。例如由木粉与琼脂加工成含固体的,潮湿的混合物也应是合适的。
合适的液体载体包括水;醇,例如异丙醇和乙二醇;酮,例如丙酮,甲乙酮,甲基异丁基酮,异佛尔酮和环己酮;醚;芳香烃或脂肪烃,例如苯,甲苯和二甲苯;石油馏分,例如煤油和轻矿物油;氯代烃,例如四氯化碳,全氯乙烯和三氟乙烷;极性的有机溶剂,例如二甲基甲酰胺,二甲基乙酰胺,二甲基亚砜和N-甲基吡咯烷酮。不同液体的混合物常常也是合适的,例如异佛尔酮与一个极性有机溶剂如N-甲基吡咯烷酮,固体与液体载体的混合物也是合适的。
农药组合物常常以浓缩物的形式加工和运输,在使用前再由使用者进行稀释。少量具有表面活性剂作用的载体的存在便于这一稀释过程。所以在这样一个组合物中使用至少一个表面活性剂载体是合适的。比如,组合物含有至少2个载体,其中至少有一个是表面活性剂。
表面活性剂可是一个乳化剂,分散剂或润湿剂;它可是非离子型或离子型的。合适的表面活性剂的例子包括丙烯酸和木质素磺酸的钠盐或钙盐;分子中含有至少12个碳原子的脂肪酸或脂肪胺或酰胺与环氧乙烯和/或环氧丙烷的缩合物;聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯,山梨醇,蔗糖或季戊四醇;这些与环氧乙烯和/或环氧丙烷的缩合物;脂肪醇或烷基酚的缩合产物,例如对辛基酚和对辛基甲酚与环氧乙烷和/或环氧丙烷的缩合产物;这些缩合产物的硫酸酯或磺酸酯;碱金属或碱土金属的盐,优选钠盐,或在分子中含至少10个碳原子的硫酸酯或磺酸酯,例如月桂基硫酸钠,仲烷基硫酸钠,亚磺酸化椰子油的钠盐,和烷基芳基磺酸钠如十二烷基苯磺酸盐;和环氧乙烷聚合物和环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的共聚物。
农药组合物可以加工成可湿性粉剂、粉剂、颗粒剂、毒饵,溶液,乳油,乳液,悬浮浓缩物和烟雾剂。
可湿性粉剂通常含25,50或75%(重量)的有效成分,通常除固体惰性载体外还含有3-10%(重量)的分散剂,如果必要还含0-10%(重量)的稳定剂和/或其它添加剂如渗透剂或粘结剂。
粉剂通常加工成类似于可湿性粉剂组合物的粉状浓缩物,但不含分散剂。在田间使用时可用固体载体进一步稀释成含有效成分0.5-10%(重量)的组合物。
颗粒剂通常制备成颗粒大小在10和100目(1.676-0.152毫米)之间,例如可用凝聚或浸渍技术制造。通常,颗粒剂含有0.01-75%(重量)的有效成分和0-10%(重量)的添加剂如稳定剂,表面活性剂、缓释剂和粘合剂。所谓“干的可流动的粉剂”是由有效成分浓度较高的较小的颗粒剂所组成的。在实践中特别有意义的是在水中可分散的颗粒剂。这些都是干的,基本上无粉尘的硬颗粒,在处理中能抗摩损,可使粉尘的形成减小到最小的程度。在与水接触时,颗粒剂很易分散形成稳定的颗粒状活性物质的悬浮液。这样的剂型含90%(重量)或更多的细分散状的活性物质和3-7%(重量)用作润湿剂、悬浮和粘合剂的表面活性剂混合物,和1-3%(重量)用作重悬浮剂的细的分散状载体。
毒饵的制备,例如可将细的分散状的纤维物质如锯木屑和足够产生需要结果数量的有效成分混合;例如用大约0.001%(重量)至大约20%(重量)的有效成分,通过加入大约1%至5%以水为基质的粘结剂如琼脂形成膏状混合物。膏状混合物是被包裹在如中空的木质管状套内。毒饵是本发明的一个更可取的实例。
树木或木材可用已知的方法用有效成分浸渗,它包括加压处理的方法如Lowery空室法和满室法,真空处理,热和冷浴处理,热处理,和冷浸泡处理。树木或木材表面处理也可用已知的技术如用有效成分或其合适的组合物进行涂刷、浸渍、喷雾或短时间浸泡木材,其用量和方法对熟练的操作人员来说是很容易的。
例如,木材处理主要有两种方法:通过真空和加压处理浸渗木材和表面处理如涂抹、喷雾或浸渍。在浸渗法中,所制备的浓缩物含有1-65%w/v的有效成分,5-50%溶剂,必要时可用复合溶剂,和0-20%w/v的其它添加剂如渗透剂。处理时,在一个盛有木材的容器内抽真空。然后将浓缩物加到容器中,继之加压迫使浓缩物进入到木材内。容器卸压后,取出处理过的木材。作表面处理,可借助简单的涂刷或喷雾或最好用浸渍的方法使浓缩物涂在木材的表面。在这些处理方法中所用的溶剂可包括聚乙二醇;和芳香族溶剂等,因为它们对木材具有渗透能力。
乳油通常除了溶剂(有时为复合溶剂)外含有10-50%w/v有效成分,2-20%w/v乳化剂,和0-20%w/v的其它添加剂如稳定剂、渗透剂和防腐剂。
悬浮浓缩物通常被混合以便得到一个稳定的,不沉淀的可流动的产物,它通常含有10-75%(重量)的有效成分,0.5-15%(重量)的分散剂,0.1-10%(重量)的悬浮剂如保护性胶体和摇溶剂,0-10%(重量)的其它添加剂如消泡剂、防腐剂、稳定剂,渗透剂和粘结剂,和水或一个有效成分基本上不能溶在其中的有机液体;某些有机固体物质或无机盐可以存在并溶在剂型中,它们可以防止沉淀或作为水的抗冻剂。
水分散液和乳液是通过用水稀释可湿性粉剂和浓缩物而得到的组合物。所说的乳液可以是油包水或水包油的类型,可象稠蛋黄酱一样。
根据处理场所和处理方法的需要,杀白蚁剂组合物也可以含有其它成分,如具有除草、杀虫或杀菌作用的活性化合物。
用式1化合物防治白蚁的方法包括使用该化合物,更为方便地是使用含有式1化合物和上述的一个载体的组合物于需要处理的白蚁所在的场所或区域,例如已被白蚁侵染或攻击的土壤或木材或是将药剂施用于需要被保护以免白蚁危害的地方。当然,有效成分使用量应足以起到防止白蚁侵染的作用。其用量与许多因素有关,它包括所用的载体,使用的方法和条件,药剂在使用的场所是成为膜状或是呈分散的颗粒状或是作为毒饵,膜的厚度和颗粒的大小,白蚁危害的程度等因素。
对这些因素作适当的考虑并作出合适的决定,使用必要剂量的有效成分于需要保护的场所是属于那些熟练技术人员的业务技术范畴内的事。通常,在被保护场所的本发明化合物的有效剂量——即白蚁通道内的剂量——是相当于组合物总重量的0.001至1.0%,虽然在有些情况下,有效成分浓度可低至0.0001%或高至2%(占组合物总重量的百分比)。
本发明的一个具体的实例是用式1化合物防治土壤中的白蚁,从而取得间接地保护在处理区土壤中竖立的木结构建筑或是处理区土壤所包围的或处理土壤区域内的农作物,草地,树林(特别是树木的幼苗)和其它纤维材料物质。通过在土壤中施用具有杀白蚁作用的有效剂量的式1化合物可取得防治土壤中的白蚁的效果。对于这一种使用方式,土壤中有效成分的用量为每公顷大约0.01克至大约10公斤。根据所用的组合物,每公顷用量从大约0.01克至大约1公斤可很好地抑制土壤中的白蚁,其用量又以每公顷大约0.1克至100克为佳。式1化合物可以很方便地加工供使用,使用方法包括用化合物浸渗的木桩,毒饵、含固体稀释剂的颗粒剂或粉剂,或者是悬浮浓缩物。这样的制剂通常含化合物大约0.001至50%(重量)。如果此制剂用物理方法使其拌合到上层土壤,或施用于土表可取得有效的防治效果。
式1化合物也可作浸液应用——那就是化合物于一个合适的溶剂或液体稀释剂中形成为一个溶液或分散液。这样的浸液其制备方法是用水稀释一个含式1化合物,一个乳化剂,和最好含一个有机溶剂如异佛尔酮和/或N-甲基吡咯烷酮的浓缩物。式1化合物可用带施、沟施或边缘复盖技术施用,也可以混合或不混合使用。
本发明的另一个应用实例是式1化合物直接应用在被保护或被处理材料的表面或里面。例如木材的处理可以在它们用于建筑结构或建筑物之前,正在建筑期间或之后进行,这样可以保护木才免受白蚁的危害,或对已经发生了的白蚁侵染进行防治。为了处理木材,组合物可含有一个渗透剂,它是为了便于有效成分能够渗入木材内至一有效的深度,这样可以避免因木材的浅表层的磨损而产生一个没有有效成分的表面,从而使白蚁往木材内的渗透受到药剂的阻挡。
已知可作为木材渗透剂物质的例子包括链烷烃类,例如低芳香的白色酒精,2-乙氧基乙醇和甲基异丁基酮。优选的渗透剂是2-乙氧基乙醇或甲基异丁基酮,任选的与异佛尔酮和/或N-甲基吡咯烷酮有关的化合物。在这样的木材处理中使用“抗开花剂”是很有用的,它可以阻止药剂的有效成分向表面转移(“开花”),适合于作“抗开花剂”的物质是邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和邻二氯苯。
木材处理用的组合物必要时也可含有杀菌剂(阻止病菌如干腐病和湿腐病的攻击),和/或者为了将木材保护与木材的油漆结合起来,组合物中也可加入颜料。在本文中,木材的油漆是被理解为不仅仅是使用着色复盖(普通为白色),而且也包括使用天然的木材色彩,这样可以使风化的木材恢复其外观(例如用这种方法处理房屋外部用的红松)。
用药剂处理木材的表面或内部的实际应用可使用常规技术进行,它包括在药液中浸泡木材,用喷雾或涂刷的方法将药液涂在木材表面,和将药液注射到木材内。
在处理木材时有效成分的浓度应足以取得所要求的杀白蚁效果。但是被处理木材吸收的药剂的总量是受到木材对药剂的吸收性能的限制,所采用的处理方法(浸泡,涂刷或注射)其用量也不同;所以制备制剂时其有效成分的浓度应按处理木材所需要的浓度。药剂可以是水溶液,它可以用稀释常规杀虫剂乳油的方式得到,或是非水溶液,如未稀释的乳油。乳油中的有机溶剂可是前面提到的溶剂中的一个。
对于处理特定类型木材必要的参数和特殊的处理方法可以根据所确定的常规使用技术由在这方面熟练的技术人员作出决定。通常,在木材中化合物的有效作用剂量可以低至0.1ppm,而最大剂量是基于对费用的考虑,而不是考虑其生物效验。

试验装置由带旋塞的玻璃罐组成(直径6厘米,高6.5厘米),在罐中放置2个相隔1.5厘米体积为8厘米3的木块(pinus spp.),木块用经丙酮洗涤过并用18毫升无离子水润湿的75厘米3的砂子复盖。一个木块事先用氟铃脲或除虫脲的丙酮溶液处理,药液浓度范围从1-1000ppm(重量/体积)。
在每一个试验装置中放入100只工蚁(至少为三龄的个体无差别的幼虫)和5只兵蚁(C.formosanus)。白蚁是预先从三个群体中收集的。试验装置置于28±1°之下。6周和9周之后将每个处理的三个试验装置打开,对存活的白蚁计数,并记录羽化受到抑制的白蚁。每个样本重复处理3次,每个重复代表一个不同的白蚁群体。试验结果归纳在表1中。

这个数据表明氟铃脲相对于除虫脲来说具有惊人的更好的杀白蚁效果。6周后用六氟莫农处理组白蚁死亡率65-92%,而用除虫脲处理组死亡率为15-35%。9周后用氟铃脲处理组在浓度为1000ppm时白蚁死亡率高率99-100%,而除虫脲处理组在同样浓度下白蚁死亡率最高为52%。例2:含氟铃脲的毒饵对C.formosanus和R.flavipes的效果
用浓度为0;31.3;62.5;125;500;1000;2000;4000;和8000ppm(有效成分重/干的饵料重)的氟铃脲的丙酮溶液浸泡纤维粉(粉碎的南方黄松锯木屑,pinus sp.)处理R.flavipes;用浓度为0;125;250;500;1000;2000;4000;8000和16000ppm的药液处理C.for-mosanus。将水和琼脂溶液加到干的纤维粉中得到一个含78%的水和琼脂的饵料基质。试验装置是由带玻璃旋塞的罐子(直径6厘米,高6.5厘米)组成,在罐中放置2个相距大约1厘米的塑料容器(直径1.9厘米,高2.4厘米),并用经75毫升丙酮洗涤后用18毫升无离子水润湿的砂子复盖。在塑料容器边上距离底部0.5厘米处钻8个孔(内径0.238厘米)允许白蚁可从此洞进入。一个容器装有用药处理过的饵料,另一只容器装有未用药处理的饵料基质。在使用前测定每个容器中饵料的湿重。每一个浓度用27只试验装置。每个试验装置内放入100只工蚁(用C.formosanus供试的放入10只兵蚁,对于R.flavipes放入1只兵蚁)并置于28±1℃之下。每个蚁种的试验重复9次,供试的白蚁是在三个不同日期取自三个群体。在3,6和9周后打开每个处理的9个试验装置。对存活的白蚁及那些羽化受到抑制的白蚁进行计数。从塑料容器取出剩余的饵料并重新称重。通过配对的试验比较药剂处理的饵料和未用药剂处理的饵料两者之间被消耗的差异。结果如图1、2所示。
这些试验结构表明,即使在最低浓度下(对R.flavipes是31.3ppm和62.5ppm,对C.formosanus是125ppm)白蚁在6周获得了抑制羽化所需的足够剂量的氟铃脲,在9周获得了致死所需的足够剂量的氟铃脲。从此结果可得知抑制羽化和致死的临界浓度值是低的(对于R.flavipes可能小于10ppm,对于C.formosanus小于100ppm)。制止摄食的浓度临界值对于R.flavipes和C.for-mosanrs分别是>4000ppm和>8000ppm。例3:氟铃脲饵料组合物

用氟铃脲的丙酮溶液浸泡松和云杉的锯木屑得到浓度为500-5000ppm的饵料(有效成分干重/锯木屑干重),挥发掉饵料中的丙酮。饵料基质由20%用药剂处理的锯木屑和80%的琼脂或MethocelR溶液(2%)组成。在饵料投放点有一个塑料管(直径2.9厘米,高16.5厘米,一头封闭,一头敞开)用大约80克的饵料充入管内,管壁事先钻了6排孔(孔径0.238厘米)。
饵料是放置在地面已知R.flavipes或C.formosanus蚁种要觅食的地方,按月检查饵料消耗的情况。
A.种植园门和门框的白蚁侵染情况:
3个毒饵于1991年2月放置。到1991年4月在放毒饵的邻近地区未发现白蚁活动。毒饵总的消耗量为26克:有效成分消耗量是3.87毫克。由于在那个时间没有白蚁活动,所以可以得出结论:在2个月内消耗掉3.87毫克有效成分,使整个蚁群超过400000白蚁被消灭了。
B.在种植园中树木和倒下的原木的白蚁侵染情况:于1991年4月投放11处毒饵。1991年6月在这一区域未发现白蚁。在3个月时间内(4月至6月)122克毒饵被消耗掉(含有效成分20毫克)消灭了大约730000只R.flavipes白蚁。
C.在种植园中结构白蚁的侵染:从1987年以来,在一栋二层单元楼(大约1500平方米)持续发生结构白蚁(R.flavipes)群体的侵染。居民报告尽管从1986年以来每年和传统的杀白蚁剂进行处理,但连续5年每年春季都有白蚁从建筑结构中爬出。在1991年8月投入了27个毒饵,到1991年9月白蚁的活动减少,其毒饵消耗量减至为0.1克/毒饵/天。投放更多的毒饵,到91年11月没有发现白蚁活动。在4个月期间(8月至12月),一共用了69个毒饵,毒饵被消耗掉2997克(含有效成分1539毫克),消灭R.flavipes白蚁超过2.5百万只。
D.在种植园中结构白蚁的侵染:
1987年在发现了结构白蚁(C.formosanus)侵染严重之后虽然重复使用土壤杀白蚁剂处理并蒸煮,在整个1989年1991年,白蚁活动仍然很猖獗。甚至在冬季月份,这个白蚁群体的活动也未减少。在1991年5月投放了8个毒饵,在1个月之内90%以上的毒饵被消耗掉。从5月至7月白蚁活动只稍稍减少。但是从1991年11月起没有发现白蚁活动。在投放毒饵的6个月期间(5月-11月)共投放了89个毒饵,被消耗的毒饵重3405克(含有效成分742毫克),消灭白蚁大约2.4百万只(C.formosanus)。例5:加压处理木材的溶液

加压处理木材是将要处理的木材放入一个合适的容器内,容器抽真空,加入上面所述的溶液或一个在油和水中的稀释液,容器加压一段合适的时间,容器卸压后从容器内取出木材。
以相似的方式,例如上面所述的溶液可用于在溶液中浸泡要处理的木才,涂刷或喷洒溶液于木材的表面并让木材干燥。
对于一个在这方面技术熟练的人员来说,在不脱离本发明的精神和范畴的前提下对这里所叙述的本发明可以作出不同的修改。
Claims (4)
1.一种处理白蚁所在场所的方法,它包括使用有效量的(N-(((3,5-二氯-4-(1,1,2,2-四氟乙氧基)苯基)-氨基)羰基)-2,6-二氟苯甲酰胺(氟铃脲)化合物于该场所。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其中所说的场所包括土壤或木材。
3.根据权利要求2的方法,其中的土壤和木材是用含有效量本化合物和一载体的组合物处理。
4.根据权利要求3的方法,其中所说的载体包括木头。
