Abstract
本发明涉及一种石墨烯类膨胀型低烟防火涂料及其制备方法,属于功能涂料范畴。其特征是以水性成膜基体(100份),膨胀型阻燃剂(200份‑250份),钛白粉(20份‑30份),石墨烯类物质(10‑5‑10‑4),助剂(1份‑2份),水(200份‑250份),将这些物质按照一定配比混合研磨成涂料。本发明的效果在于燃烧初期,均匀致密发泡,后期形成了一种隔火隔热的包状炭层结构,耐燃时间长,机械强度大,耐水耐候性好,涂层表面光滑,制备工艺流程简单,便于操作。该防火涂料属于水性涂料范畴,低烟低毒,属于绿色环保涂料。该涂料可广泛用于木结构、钢结构,纤维织物等领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防火涂料的制备,尤其是一种石墨烯类膨胀型低烟防火涂料的制备。
背景技术
众所周知,木材与钢结构的应用已遍及各个行业,而火灾的发生大部分与木结构、钢结构本身的破坏密切相关,若在外表面附加一层保护膜,那么火灾就不易发生,为此,防火涂料的存在是相当有效且有意义的。
膨胀型防火涂料是由基体,阻燃体系、添加剂(颜料、填料)以及各种助剂组成。在高温火焰的作用下,涂料层熔融,发泡,膨胀,形成蜂窝状的包状炭化层结构,并放出难燃气体,冲淡氧气的浓度,起到隔火隔热的作用。而水性防火涂料,不仅满足国家环保的要求,而且价格低廉,性能显著,故而越来越受到研究者与厂商的重视。
本发明采用水性成膜物作为基体,钛白粉作为高温填料,在燃烧的过程当中,析出附着在炭层表面,起到隔火隔热的作用,在此是一种非常受欢迎的一种高温填料,而石墨烯类化学物质具有阻燃抑烟的作用,在国家越来越重视环境安全与人身安全的情况下,减少烟雾的产生,已势在必行,毕竟在火灾中死亡的人,85%以上都是因为毒烟而窒息死亡。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提高现有防火涂料的耐燃抑烟性能,提供一种优于传统防火涂料的石墨烯类膨胀型防火涂料。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
该防火涂料的组分及含量:
水性成膜基体(100份),膨胀型阻燃剂(200份-250份),钛白粉(20份-30份),石墨烯类物质(10-5-10-4),助剂(1份-2份),水(200份-250份)。
本发明水性成膜基体为丙烯酸乳液,水性聚氨酯,环氧树脂其中的一种。
本发明所述的膨胀型阻燃剂为三聚氰酸螺环磷酸酯、螺环磷酸酯酰胺其中的一种。
本发明所述的钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉,锐钛型钛白粉的其中一种。
本发明所述的助剂包含成膜助剂,分散剂,增稠剂,流平剂,消泡剂。
本发明所述的石墨烯类物质为石墨烯,氧化石墨烯或它们的复配物。
该发明包括以下步骤:
(1)按照以下组分配比备料:水性成膜基体(100份),膨胀型阻燃剂(200份-250份),钛白粉(20份-30份),石墨烯类物质(10-5-10-4),助剂(1份-2份),水(200份-250份)。
(2)将水,防火助剂,填料混合均匀,放入转速为1400r/min的研磨机中研磨30min,然后将水性成膜基体以及助剂加入,在搅拌仪中低速搅拌30min,过筛出料,制得石墨烯类膨胀型低烟防火涂料。
本发明的优点:
本发明所用到的水性成膜基体,为水性环保基料,对环境无污染。
本发明所用的高温填料钛白粉,会在燃烧过程当中析出,附着在炭层表面,提高炭化层强度,隔绝了热量的传导,延长了耐燃时间。
本发明所用的石墨烯类物质具有阻燃抑烟的效果,且用量极少,降低成本,添加入防火涂料后,烟释放量明显降低。
具体实施方式
实例一:
各组分含量:
硅丙乳液(100份),三聚氰酸螺环磷酸酯(200份),金红石型钛白粉(20份),石墨烯(0.03份),助剂(1份),水(200份)。
制备方法:
将水,防火助剂,填料混合均匀,放入转速为1400r/min的研磨机中研磨30min,然后将硅丙乳液以及助剂加入,在搅拌仪中低速搅拌30min,过筛出料,制得石墨烯类膨胀型低烟防火涂料。
实例二:
水性聚氨酯(100份),季戊四醇双磷酸酯蜜铵盐(200份),锐钛型钛白粉(25份),氧化石墨烯(1份),助剂(1份),水(230份)。
制备方法:
将水,防火助剂,填料混合均匀,放入转速为1400r/min的研磨机中研磨30min,然后将水性聚氨酯以及助剂加入,在搅拌仪中低速搅拌30min,过筛出料,制得石墨烯类膨胀型低烟防火涂料。
实例三:
环氧树脂(100份),螺环磷酸酯酰胺(230份),金红石型钛白粉(30份),石墨烯与氧化石墨烯复配物(1份),助剂(1份),水(250份)。
制备方法:
将水,防火助剂,填料混合均匀,放入转速为1400r/min的研磨机中研磨30min,然后将环氧树脂以及助剂加入,在搅拌仪中低速搅拌30min,过筛出料,制得石墨烯类膨胀型低烟防火涂料。

水性成膜基体(100份),膨胀型阻燃剂(200份-250份),钛白粉(20份-30份),石墨烯类物质(10-5-10-4),助剂(1份-2份),水(200份-250份)。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的石墨烯类膨胀型低烟防火涂料,其特征在于,所述的水性成膜基体为水性丙烯酸乳液,水性聚氨酯,水性环氧树脂其中的一种。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的石墨烯类膨胀型低烟防火涂料,其特征在于,所述的膨胀型阻燃剂为三聚氰酸螺环磷酸酯、螺环磷酸酯酰胺其中的一种。
4.根据权利要求书1所述的石墨烯类膨胀型低烟防火涂料,其特征在于,所述的钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉,锐钛型钛白粉其中的一种。
5.根据权利要求书1所述的石墨烯类膨胀型低烟防火涂料,其特征在于,所述的助剂包含成膜助剂,分散剂,增稠剂,流平剂,消泡剂。
6.根据权利要求书1所述的石墨烯类膨胀型低烟防火涂料,其特征在于,所述的石墨烯物质为石墨烯,氧化石墨烯或其复配物。
7.根据权利要求书1所述的螺环磷酸酯类膨胀型低烟防火涂料,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按照以下组分配比备料:水性成膜基体(100份),膨胀型阻燃剂(200份-250份),钛白粉(20份-30份),石墨烯类物质(10-5-10-4),助剂(1份-2份),水(200份-250份)。
(2)将水,防火助剂,填料混合均匀,放入转速为1400r/min的研磨机中研磨30min,然后将水性成膜基体以及助剂加入,在搅拌仪中低速搅拌30min,过筛出料,制得石墨烯类膨胀型低烟防火涂料。
