本发明公开了一种环保型防火涂料及其制备方法。本发明的一种环保型防火涂料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚丙烯酸酯乳液20%~40%、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐10%~20%、聚磷酸铵2%~8%、纳米硼酸锌2%~8%、季戊四醇15%~20%、钼酸钠2%~6%、氢氧化镁2%~15%、蒙脱土2%~15%、铝钛复合偶联剂0.1%~1%、硬酯酸钙0.1%~1%。本发明的有益效果是,本发明以聚丙烯酸酯乳液作为成膜剂、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐为脱水发泡剂、聚磷酸铵和纳米硼酸锌为阻燃剂,并添加其它适量助剂,使制得的物料具有很好的阻燃、抑烟、防腐、耐热、高粘结强度、耐老化等性能,而且不含有卤素成份,无卤、无毒和满足环保要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及防火涂料技术领域,具体地说是一种环保型防火涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
防火涂料是用于可燃性基材表面,能降低被涂材料表面的可燃性、阻滞火灾的迅速蔓延,用以提高被涂材料耐火极限的一种特种涂料。随着科学技术的发展以及工业大型化、建筑高层化的需要,防火涂料的应用也越来越广泛,人们对其要求也越来越高,低成本、高性能、耐老化、环保性好的防火涂料成为社会日益关注的课题,而且代表着防火涂料的一种新的发展方向,具有很好的应用前景和意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种低成本、高性能、耐老化和使用效果好的环保型防火涂料及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种环保型防火涂料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚丙烯酸酯乳液20%~40%、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐10%~20%、聚磷酸铵2%~8%、纳米硼酸锌2%~8%、季戊四醇15%~20%、钼酸钠2%~6%、氢氧化镁2%~15%、蒙脱土2%~15%、铝钛复合偶联剂0.1%~1%、硬酯酸钙0.1%~1%。
本发明的一种环保型防火涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按质量百分数配比称取各组分;
(2)、将氢氧化镁、蒙脱土和铝钛复合偶联剂加入筒料温度在80℃~120℃的混合机中,并于转速3000~4500转/分钟下搅拌10~60分钟,冷却至温室,出料待用;
(3)、在反应器中加入聚丙烯酸酯乳液、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐、聚磷酸铵、纳米硼酸锌、季戊四醇、钼酸钠和硬酯酸钙,并加入步骤(2)得到的物料,使充分研磨搅拌和混合均匀后,出料、并密封包装,即得本发明的一种环保型防火涂料。
本发明的有益效果是,与现有技术相比,本发明以聚丙烯酸酯乳液作为成膜剂、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐为脱水发泡剂、聚磷酸铵和纳米硼酸锌为阻燃剂,并添加其它适量助剂,使制得的物料具有很好的阻燃、抑烟、防腐、耐热、高粘结强度、耐老化等性能,而且不含有卤素成份,无卤、无毒和满足环保要求;本发明提供的制备方法简单、易工业化和无污染清洁生产,成本也较低,可用于钢结构、混凝土、木材表面的防火涂覆,具有较好的使用效果和广阔的应用前景。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的优选实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
一种环保型防火涂料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚丙烯酸酯乳液26%、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐20%、聚磷酸铵5%、纳米硼酸锌8%、季戊四醇15%、钼酸钠6%、氢氧化镁8%、蒙脱土10%、铝钛复合偶联剂1%、硬酯酸钙1%。
其制备方法为:(1)按质量百分数配比称取各组分;(2)、将氢氧化镁、蒙脱土和铝钛复合偶联剂加入筒料温度在80℃~120℃的混合机中,并于转速3000~4500转/分钟下搅拌10~60分钟,冷却至温室,出料待用;(3)、在反应器中加入聚丙烯酸酯乳液、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐、聚磷酸铵、纳米硼酸锌、季戊四醇、钼酸钠和硬酯酸钙,并加入步骤(2)得到的物料,使充分研磨搅拌和混合均匀后,出料、并密封包装,即得本发明的一种环保型防火涂料。

1.一种环保型防火涂料,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚丙烯酸酯乳液20%~40%、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐10%~20%、聚磷酸铵2%~8%、纳米硼酸锌2%~8%、季戊四醇15%~20%、钼酸钠2%~6%、氢氧化镁2%~15%、蒙脱土2%~15%、铝钛复合偶联剂0.1%~1%、硬酯酸钙0.1%~1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型防火涂料,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按质量百分数配比称取各组分;
(2)、将氢氧化镁、蒙脱土和铝钛复合偶联剂加入筒料温度在80℃~120℃的混合机中,并于转速3000~4500转/分钟下搅拌10~60分钟,冷却至温室,出料待用;
(3)、在反应器中加入聚丙烯酸酯乳液、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐、聚磷酸铵、纳米硼酸锌、季戊四醇、钼酸钠和硬酯酸钙,并加入步骤(2)得到的物料,使充分研磨搅拌和混合均匀后,出料、并密封包装,即得本发明的一种环保型防火涂料。
