技术领域
本发明的一种高温高压重负荷耐辐射抗燃汽轮机油组合物属于涡轮机润滑剂领域。
背景技术
高温高压重负荷耐辐射抗燃汽轮机油必须具备难燃性,同时具备良好的冷却性、调速润滑性和氧化安定性、更高自燃点、抗挥发性、低蒸气压,没有易燃维持燃烧的分解产物,不会沿油流传递火焰。并具有若因分解产物形成的蒸汽燃烧,也不会引起整个液体着火燃烧。若火焰切断后,会自行停止燃烧。应具有良好的热安定性和热氧化安定性、抗腐蚀性、抗乳抗泡性、水解安定性、辐射安定性、材料相溶性和溶剂效应。能被广泛应用核电站或大型火电站的超临界大型蒸汽轮机组中。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有良好的热安定性和热氧化安定性、抗腐蚀性、抗乳抗泡性、水解安定性、抗辐射安定性、材料相溶性和溶剂效应的高温高压重负荷耐辐射抗燃汽轮机油组合物。
本发明采用如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种高温高压重负荷耐辐射抗燃汽轮机油组合物,采用质量比60%的烷基芳基磷酸酯和40%的油溶性聚醚复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

抗氧剂是质量比50%的二壬基二苯胺和50%的铜盐化合物T541复合。
抗泡剂是丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物T911。
抗锈剂是质量比50%的烷基磷酸咪唑啉盐T708和50%的烯基丁二酸酯复合;抗磨剂是磷酸三甲酚酯T306。
摩擦改进剂是磷酸酯T451A;金属钝化剂是3,7二异辛基硫氮杂蒽。
抗氧防腐剂是二烷基二硫代磷酸硫化氧钼MoDTP。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的组合物具有良好的热安定性和热氧化安定性、抗腐蚀性、抗乳抗泡性、水解安定性、抗辐射安定性、材料相溶性和溶剂效应。

5.如权利要求1所述的一种高温高压重负荷耐辐射抗燃汽轮机油组合物,其特征在于摩擦改进剂是磷酸酯T451A;金属钝化剂是3,7二异辛基硫氮杂蒽。
