Abstract
一种氟铃脲和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐复配微乳剂及其制备方法,涉及甘蓝甜菜夜蛾的防治技术领域。至少由3.4份氟铃脲、0.6份甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、0.3份吡唑解草酯、5份苯乙烯酚聚氧乙烯醚、2份蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、7份十二烷基苯磺酸钙、20份二甲苯和补足至100份的水制成。将原料抽入配制釜混合搅拌溶解,取样分析,合格后调制静置、包装、检测入库。本发明以17:3配比混用所复配的4%氟铃脲和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐复配微乳剂,可起到明显增效作用范围,而其它配比混用的制剂,均无法达到明显增效作用范围。

技术领域
本发明涉及甘蓝甜菜夜蛾的防治技术领域,具体是涉及一种氟铃脲和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐复配微乳剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,现有的用于甘蓝甜菜夜蛾防治的杀虫组合物,例如中国专利“CN 103960265A”公开了一种“叔肟虫脲乳油及其制备方法和防治小菜蛾和甜菜夜蛾的田间应用”,将叔肟虫脲加入到有机溶剂中,搅拌溶解,再加入乳化剂,搅拌10分钟即配制成叔肟虫脲乳油。田间小区试验结果表明:4%叔肟虫脲乳油具有很好的杀虫活性。另外,中国专利“CN102578114 A”公开了一种“含甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐与虫酰肼的复配农药组合物以及将该农药组合物用于防治甘蓝斜纹夜蛾、甜菜夜蛾以及玉米二点委夜蛾等的用途”,由甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐与虫酰肼组成,其中虫酰肼与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的重量比优选为24∶1-12∶1。
发明人经过长期试验验证,该上述几种杀虫组合物主要存在如下缺陷:
1)、通过对上述几种杀虫组合物公开的几种具体配比进行试验,发现对甘蓝甜菜夜蛾无法起到良好的防治效果。
2)、针对上述几种杀虫组合物所公开的几种剂型,经过试验验证发现均存在不同问题的缺陷。例如,制成的可湿性粉剂容易引起产品粘结,不易在水中分散悬浮,或堵塞喷头,在喷雾器中道理沉淀等现象,造成喷洒不匀,易使作物局部产生药害,其主要原因在于助剂和填料的选择均存在不同的缺陷。
3)、复配问题,通过对上述几种杀虫组合物公开的几种具体配比进行毒力试验、热贮稳定性试验以及共毒系数测定发现,均无法达到明显的加成增效作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种氟铃脲和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐复配微乳剂,该微乳剂设计合理,对甘蓝甜菜夜蛾的防治效果佳,且可实现氟铃脲和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的明显增效作用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种氟铃脲和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐复配微乳剂,至少由以下重量份的组分制成:
氟铃脲是新型酰基脲类杀虫剂,除具有其他酰基脲类杀虫特点外,杀虫谱较广,特别对棉铃虫属的害虫有特效,对舞毒蛾、天幕毛虫、冷杉毒蛾、甜莱夜蛾、谷实夜蛾等夜蛾科害虫效果良好,对螨无效。击倒力强,杀虫效果比其他酰基脲要迅速,具有较高的接触杀卵活性,可单用也可混用。施药时期要求不严格,可以防治对有机磷及拟除虫菊酯已产生抗性的害虫。是苯甲酰脲类昆虫生长调节剂,通过抑制昆虫几丁质合成而杀死害虫。具有杀虫活性高、杀虫谱较广、击倒力强、速效等特点。其作用机制是抑制壳多糖形成,阻碍害虫正常蜕皮和变态,还能抑制害虫进食速度。可防治棉花、果树上的鞘翅目、双翅目、鳞翅目、同翅目害虫,兼有杀卵活性。
甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐是一种微生物源低毒杀虫、杀螨剂,是在阿维菌素的基础上合成的高效生物药剂,具有活性高、杀虫谱广、可混用性好、持效期长、使用安全等特点,作用方式以胃毒为主,兼有触杀作用。其杀虫机制是阻碍害虫运动神经。不要在鱼塘、蜂场、桑园及其周围使用,药液不要污染池塘等水域。对蜜蜂有毒,不要在果树开花期使用。一般作物的安全采收间隔期为7天。
本发明的氟铃脲和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐复配微乳剂,其有益效果表现在:
1)、本发明制备的微乳剂在悬浮率、湿筛试验等以及热贮稳定性等方面均明显优于其他配比所制备的产品。
2)、通过实验验证,氟铃脲和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐以17:3配比混用所复配的4%氟铃脲和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐复配微乳剂,可起到明显加成增效作用范围,而其它配比混用的制剂,均无法达到明显加成增效作用范围。同时,不同配比的实际毒性并未随着理论毒性的增强而提升,实际毒性和理论毒性之间并无有规律性的变化。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种氟铃脲和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐复配微乳剂的制备方法,将原料抽入配制釜混合搅拌溶解,取样分析,合格后调制静置、包装、检测入库。
本发明的氟铃脲和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐复配微乳剂的制备方法,制备工艺较为简便,易于工业化生产。

以下将结合实施例,对本发明进行较为详细的说明。但是,实施例内容仅是对本发明所作的举例和说明,所属本技术领域的技术人员对所描述的具体实施例做各种各样的修改或补充或采用类似的方式替代,只要不偏离发明的构思或者超越本权利要求书所定义的范围,均应属于本发明的保护范围。
一、氟铃脲和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐复配微乳剂的制备,以及各实施例所制备的微乳剂的各项技术指标的检测结果、热贮稳定性试验结果。
实施例1
4%氟铃脲和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐复配微乳剂,各组分及其重量份如下:

制备方法:将原料抽入配制釜混合搅拌溶解,取样分析,合格后调制静置、包装、检测入库。

实施例1~6所制备的氟铃脲和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐复配微乳剂,产品各项技术指标的检测结果如表1所示,产品热贮稳定性试验结果如表2所示。

通过表1和2可以看出,实施例1和6制备的产品在悬浮率、湿筛试验等以及热贮稳定性等方面均明显优于其他实施例所制备的产品。
二、毒理学资料
氟铃脲:大白鼠急性经口LD50大于5000,大白鼠急性经皮LD50大于5000;大白鼠急性吸入LC50(4h)>2.5mg/L(达到的最大浓度)。
甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐:大鼠急性(雄/雌)经口、经皮LD50均>2000mg/kg,急性吸人大鼠(雄/雌)LC50>5400mg/m3。中高毒,制剂低毒(近无毒);中毒后早期症状为瞳孔放大,行动失调,肌肉颤抖,严重时导致呕吐。
三、氟铃脲和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐复配微乳剂的室内生物活性(毒力)测定。
1、引言
现就氟铃脲与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐复配微乳剂对甘蓝甜菜夜蛾的联合作用及最佳配比进行测试。
2、材料与方法
2.1、混用配方设计
以实施例1-6共6实施例制备的复配微乳剂进行试验。
2.2、供试昆虫
甜菜夜蛾从合肥市肥西县小庙镇拐岗村甘蓝田中随机采集甜菜夜蛾若虫,挑选生长发育正常,虫体活跃大小相对一致,生活力强的个体若虫作毒力测定试虫。
2.3、测定方法
先将药剂以丙酮为溶剂制成母液,贮藏于冰箱中备用。再将母液用丙酮稀释,设计成5-6个系列浓度。将甜菜夜蛾放入培养皿(1头/培养皿)中,用微量点滴仪将药液点滴于甜菜夜蛾胸部背面。在正式测定之前,先进行计量范围测定的预备试验。测定时,每个浓度处理20头幼虫,并用丙酮作空白对照。在26℃恒温箱中培养24小时后检查结果。根据总虫数死亡虫数计算死亡率,用对照死亡率进行校正。以死亡率值和剂量对数进行直线回归,计算LD50值,计算共毒系数(C.T.C)。
3、结果
3.1、氟铃脲与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐混用对甘蓝甜菜夜蛾幼虫的毒力
氟铃脲与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐以6种不同比列混用对甘蓝甜菜夜蛾幼虫的毒力测定,数据显示,在被测定的各个不同配比中,实施例6的毒力最高,LD50为3.88511/头;实施例1的毒力次之,LD50为2.70565/头,其他配比的毒力均不太理想(实施例2-5所示配比的LD50依次为5.87533/头、5.66651/头、5.36752/头、5.25866/头)。
3.2、氟铃脲与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐混用的联合作用反应
两种或两种以上药剂混用的联合作用反应用共毒系数(C.T.C)表示,联合作用反应分为三种类型,即拮抗作用(C.T.C<70)、相加作用(C.T.C70~150)和增效作用(C.T.C>150)。在被测定的6个混用制剂中,实施例1和6属于增效作用范围,共毒系数分别达到160.3、185.6,其它配比混用的制剂,均为相加作用(实施例2-5所示配比的共毒系数依次为80.2、88.5、77.6、73.5)。
综上所述,实施例1和6的复配比例的联合作用属于明显加成增效作用,而其他实施例的联合作用基本属于加成作用。同时,通过实施例6的实验可以看出,在复配微乳剂中添加了少量的氧化二氢桑根皮素后,可使氟铃脲和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的复配联合作用进一步提升。
