and the output device is used for receiving the herbal fibers dried by the drying device and outputting the herbal fibers.
Preferably, the drying device further comprises a monitor for regulating and controlling the heating power of the heating device and monitoring the temperature and humidity of the air in the shell and the movement conditions of the plurality of groups of horizontal conveying devices.
Preferably, the drying device further comprises an exhaust device for exhausting hot water vapor formed by evaporating water contained in the fibers in the shell.

The input end of the uppermost horizontal conveyor 212 receives the herb fibers output from the output end of the input device 1, and each group of horizontal conveyors 212 includes a driving wheel 2121, a driven wheel 2122, and a drying conveyor 2123 engaged with the driving wheel 2121 and the driven wheel 2122. The adjacent drying conveyor 2123 has opposite conveying direction, and the input end of the lower drying conveyor 2123 protrudes from the output end of the adjacent upper drying conveyor 2123 in the opposite direction to the conveying direction thereof to receive the herb fibers falling from the output end of the adjacent upper drying conveyor 2123. The drying conveyor 2123 is preferably a hollow conveyor so that the herb fibers can be more sufficiently contacted with hot air.
By means of the movable drying equipment for the biological refined herbal fibers, the biological refined herbal fibers are heated by the heating device to evaporate redundant water in the process of reciprocating motion on the plurality of groups of horizontal conveying devices which are arranged up and down, and compared with the existing drying device, the movable drying equipment for the biological refined herbal fibers can greatly reduce occupied area.
In other embodiments, the biorefinery moving drying apparatus may also include 1 or 2 or other numbers of drying devices. The number of drying devices can be designed according to specific requirements. Due to the arrangement of the plurality of drying devices, the temperature of each drying device can be independently regulated and controlled, and different temperatures can have different influences on the quality of the herbal fibers.
The temperature of three drying device can be set to rise gradually in proper order, and herbaceous fibre can be from the lower drying device of temperature under the normal atmospheric temperature environment in advance, then get into the higher drying device of temperature, not only does benefit to the evaporation of moisture more, still can protect herbaceous fibre to prevent its damage.
The bio-refined herbal fiber moving type drying apparatus has a temperature of 90 + -5 deg.c in the housing 215 of the first drying device 21, a temperature of 100 + -5 deg.c in the housing of the second drying device 22, and a temperature of 110 + -5 deg.c in the housing of the third drying device 23. With the arrangement of the present embodiment, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a first conveyor 31 is provided between the first drying device 21 and the second drying device 22, and a second conveyor 32 is provided between the second drying device 22 and the third drying device 23. The structures of the first conveyor 31 and the second conveyor 32 are identical. Taking the structure of the first conveying device 31 as an example, as shown in fig. 1, the first conveying device 31 comprises a driving wheel 311, a driven wheel and a conveying belt 313 matched with the driving wheel 311 and the driven wheel 312, the input end of the first conveying device 31 is positioned below the output end of the lowest horizontal conveying device of the first drying device 21, and the output end of the first conveying device 31 is positioned above the input end of the uppermost horizontal conveying device of the adjacent second drying device 22. From the horizontal conveyor to the conveyor, the herbal fibers naturally fall from the conveyor to the next dryer without the aid of manpower or other mechanical forces.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the first drying device 21 further includes a monitor 211 for monitoring the temperature and humidity of the air in the housing 215 and the movement conditions of the plurality of groups of horizontal conveying devices. The monitor 211 may monitor various parameters related to the drying, such as the temperature and humidity of the air in the housing, so that the environment in the housing is maintained that is most conducive to drying and does not affect the quality of the herb fibers.
As shown in fig. 1, the first drying device 21 further includes an exhaust device 214 for exhausting hot water vapor formed by evaporating water contained in the fibers in the housing. The herbal fibers with water and oil can generate a large amount of water vapor in the drying process, if the water vapor stays in the shell, the air humidity is too large, the drying is hindered, the air exhausting device can regularly exhaust the water vapor or can be matched with the monitor, and under the control of the control device, the air exhausting device is automatically started when the humidity in the shell 215 reaches the set humidity. In this embodiment, the exhaust device 214 is disposed at the bottom of the housing 215.
As shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, the heating device 213 is an elongated or plate-shaped electric heating device disposed parallel to the horizontal conveying devices, and is located above the multiple sets of horizontal conveying devices.
The output device 4 receives the dried herbal fibers output from the drying device (the third drying device in this embodiment) and outputs the herbal fibers. The output device can be various common conveying devices.
In this embodiment, the present invention also provides a motion drying method of bio-refined herbal fibers, which dries the herbal fibers by the motion drying apparatus of bio-refined herbal fibers as described above.
