Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于连接铝合金暖气片和铁制水管的暖气丝头,该丝头能有效地克服铁和铝相接触产生电位差而加快金属腐蚀的缺陷,且有足够的螺纹强度,便于暖气的安装和维修。该种丝头选用6063铝材料做为压铸或铸造本体,以钢铁制成的管内螺纹件作为予埋件,经铸造或压铸而成,其中管内螺纹件是用钢管或铁管在其外表面上加工有左旋矩形螺纹,然后再涂上硅酸盐涂层后制成的。该丝头可用于各种铝合金暖气片同水管的连接上。
Description
本发明属于一种水暖器材,特别是铝合金暖气片上用于连接进、排水管的丝头。
随着铝合金挤拉技术的不断提高,新兴的铝合金暖气片将取代传统的铸铁暖气片。铝合金大多选用6063铝合金材料挤压成型材,采用氩弧手工焊接成整体,丝头采用同样的材料,加工有管螺纹焊接而成。由于丝头用铝合金制成,而与之相连的进、排水管是铁制的,铝和铁直接接触所形成的电位差会加速丝头的腐蚀,国内外有关技术理论规定:“严格避免铝和铁及铜在实际应用中进行直接接触…”。除此而外,铝合金丝头强度同钢铁丝头比,强度较低,实际应用时,丝头的螺纹容易损坏,造成连接处渗露。所以,目前铝合金暖气片的推广受到影响。
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种能有效克服铝合金丝头因电化学电位差而易腐蚀的缺陷,并且强度高、不易损坏的丝头。
本发明提供的铝合金丝头由6063铝材料压铸或铸造而成,其中铸造时以钢铁制成的管内螺纹件作为予埋件,并且在管内螺纹件的外表面上涂有硅酸盐层,铸造完成后丝头的铝合金外壳同内部的管内螺纹件之间就有一层硅酸盐的涂层作为绝缘层,防止铁铝直接接触。
这种丝头的耐腐蚀性是铸铁暖气片丝头的46.6倍,耐压为15-19KG/CM2,有效地连接铝合金暖气片和铁制的水管。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明:
如图3、4所示,首先在管内螺纹件2的外表面上加工出左旋矩形螺纹3,然后在管内螺纹件2上涂上硅酸盐层,这层硅酸盐应有效地绝缘管内螺纹件2和本体1,如图1所示。最后将涂有硅酸盐的管内螺纹件2予埋在用6063制成的本体1中,经压铸或铸造后制成这种丝头,如图1、2所示。
Claims (2)
1、一种用于铝合金暖气片上的丝头,由6063铝合金材料作为压铸或铸造本体(1),钢铁制成的管内螺纹件(2)作为予埋件,经压铸或铸造而制成,其特征在于所述的管内螺纹件的外表面上涂有一层硅酸盐涂层。
2、如权利要求1所述的用于铝合金暖气片上的丝头,其特征在于所述的管内螺纹件(2)的外表面上有螺纹。
