技术背景
现有齿轮齿廓都是曲面,其线接触高压强的动力传递方式,限制了其载荷能力在齿根弯曲应力许可值内进一步提高,不能满足某些工程需要。
发明内容
为满足小尺度大载荷齿轮动力传动的需要,本发明提供一种齿轮低副,它包括齿轮、齿轮副,齿轮、齿条副,齿条、齿轮副。齿轮、齿轮副包括两相互啮合的齿轮,其中一齿轮为活齿轮,该活齿轮的活齿两端有耳轴,齿廓为平面,另一齿轮的齿廓为平面;齿轮、齿条副包括相互啮合的齿轮、齿条,其中齿轮为活齿轮,其活齿两端有耳轴,齿廓为平面;齿条、齿轮副包括相互啮合的齿轮、齿条,其中齿条为活齿条,其活齿两端有耳轴,齿廓为平面。所述活齿轮的轮盘为沟槽轮盘,所述活齿条的条杆为沟槽条杆,它们的沟槽两壁均布活齿耳轴轴承。所述活齿在活齿轮盘或活齿条杆的沟槽中摆动迎合啮合齿,使两齿面贴合滑动传力,其活动齿耳轴抗剪许用应力远大于线接触许用应力,能显著提高齿轮承载能力,增大齿轮模数可以大幅缩小齿轮尺度。

具体实施方式
齿轮、齿条副实施例。如附图所示,活齿轮盘1为两片相同的盘片同轴固接而成,其周边均布活齿耳轴轴承。活齿3在该两盘片接合过程中安放在该两盘片之间的沟槽2中。活齿3的齿形要求:活齿3的耳轴尽量置于其齿端顶部,齿条4的齿厚和齿高满足其与活齿轮啮合时,活齿3轴心低于啮合齿齿顶,以保障两齿齿面传力时良好贴合,合理传力。在活齿轮盘沟槽2中复有油毡作为活齿3的阻尼,减少过度摆动和振动噪声。活齿轮盘沟槽2的深度满足活齿在离心力作用下停在最佳初始啮合角度。

1.齿轮低副,它包括有齿轮、齿轮副,齿轮、齿条副,齿条、齿轮副,其特征在于;所述齿轮、齿轮副两只相互啮合的齿轮,其中一只为活齿轮,另一只齿轮的齿廓为平面;所述齿轮、齿条副相互啮合的齿轮和齿条,其齿轮为活齿轮;所述齿条、齿轮副相互啮合的齿条和齿轮,其齿条为活齿条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的活齿轮和活齿条,其特征在于;其活齿两端有耳轴,齿廓为平面;活齿轮盘为沟槽轮盘,活齿条杆为沟槽条杆,所述沟槽两壁上均布活齿耳轴轴承。
