Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于治疗腰、颈椎间盘突出的治疗腰颈突症中药胶囊。它是选用纯中药按比例混合提纯出粉剂后制成胶囊，其组分及各组分的重量百分比为乌蛇、独活、木瓜、牛膝、川芎各4-5，杜仲、狗脊、熟地、黄芪、鸡血藤各8-10，炒乳香、炒没药、僵蚕、炙甘草、蜈蚣各2.5-3.5，细辛0.8-1.5，白芍13-15。它具有组方得当、剂量合理、标本兼治，病人无痛苦、无毒副作用，治愈率高等优点。
Description
本发明涉及一种治疗腰椎间盘突出、颈椎间盘突出的治疗腰颈突症中药胶囊，属于一种中成药。
腰椎间盘突出和颈椎间盘突出症为常见症和多发症。目前治疗这类的病多采用手术治疗，药物溶解，口服腰痛宁类药物及局部牵引等方法，手术治疗部分患者易复发且并发椎间关节炎、腰椎不稳、粘连及瘢痕等所致腰痛或坐骨神经痛等，故手术疗法一般不易采用；药物溶解法需要麻醉，操作程序复杂，病人痛苦大，偶见并发症，因此也很少采用，单纯牵引对少数患者也能暂时缓解症状，但对减少因椎间盘突出压迫局部神经根的炎症水肿状况作用不大。口服腰痛宁类药物多是以治标为本，且有一定的毒副作用，停药后症状极易复发，不能痊愈。
本发明的目的在于克服背景技术中的不足之处而提供一种即治标又治本、无毒副作用、病人无痛苦、治愈率较高的治疗腰颈突症中药胶囊。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：它是选用纯中药按比例混合提纯成粉剂装胶囊，每粒0.5g，组分及重量百分比为乌蛇、独活、木瓜、牛膝、川芎各4-5，杜仲、狗脊、熟地、黄芪、鸡血藤各8-10，炒乳香、炒没药、僵蚕、灸甘草、蜈蚣各2.5-3.5，细辛0.8～1.5，白芍13-15，它的各原料重量百分比为：乌蛇、独活、木瓜、牛膝、川芎各4.6，杜仲、狗脊、熟地、黄芪、鸡血藤各9.3，炒乳香、炒没药、僵蚕、灸甘草、蜈蚣各3.1，细辛1.2，白芍13.8。
药理：杜仲、狗脊、熟地，具有补肝肾、强筋骨、壮腰膝作用；牛膝、川芎、乌蛇、炒乳香、炒没药、木瓜具有活血行气，消肿生肌，祛风止痛作用；黄芪具有补气生阳、利水退肿之功效；鸡血藤、僵蚕、蜈蚣、细辛有通络、祛风散寒止痛的作用；白芍能养阴敛阳；甘草有调和诸药之功效，诸药和成后具有补肾壮骨、活血通络、祛风散寒、消肿止痛、改善脊神经根及局部组织水肿等，以达到治疗因腰颈椎间盘突出症引起的颈、腰、腿疼痛、麻木，肢体活动受限等神经根压迫症状并有稳固颈椎、腰椎、周围轫带、肌肉正常功能之功能，从而达到即治标又治本之功效。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点：
1、即治标又治本，随访未发现复发现象；
2、组分独特，配比合理，具有补肾壮骨、活血通络、祛风散寒、消肿止痛之功
效，服用方便，病人无痛苦；
3、无毒副作用，经急、慢毒理鉴定均无毒级和无蓄积毒性；
4、总有效率高，经临床1000余例观察统计总有效率达95.7％，治愈率62％。
典型病例：
例1、肖××，女，46岁，河北省遵化市郝各庄人。
主因：腰腿痛半年，腰及下肢的活动受限，曾多次在本地几家医院治疗无效。于1996年8月12日，用担架抬入我院诊室。检查：腰椎4～5节，腰5～骶1节棘上韧带压痛明显，椎旁扣压征阳性，以右侧明显，右侧直腿抬高试验及加强试验阳性。腰部CT：腰4-5，腰5-骶1，椎闻盘向右突出，压迫脊神经根。
诊断：腰椎间盘突出症。收入住院．
治疗：主要口服治疗腰颈突症中药胶囊，一次5粒，一日三次，配合骨盆牵引等辅助疗法。3天症状缓解，7天自己步行出院，带药45天量，自服。随访至今未复发，并做一般家务及轻度田间劳动。
例2、韩××，男，48岁，河北省玉田县水泥厂工人，患腰椎间盘突出症多年，多方求治无效，于1997年3月6日来我院门诊就医，经CT等检查，确诊为腰椎间盘突出症，门诊治疗，口服治疗腰颈突症中药胶囊。一个疗程(一个月)症状缓解，腰腿活动自如，临床治愈，随访至今未复发。
例3、贺××，男，58岁，唐山建设集团一公司工程师。主因：颈部疼痛，活动受限．于1996年6月3日来诊，经X光片，CT片，诊断为颈椎间盘突出，颈椎病等。经口服治疗腰颈突症中药胶囊两个月，症状缓解，临床治愈，随访至今未复发。
下面结合实施例详述本发明：按下述比例选用纯中药混合提纯，浓缩制成粉剂，每100Kg可提纯成8-10Kg粉剂，装胶囊制成，每粒0.5g。
组成及配比见下表：
以1000公斤中药为例
服用方法：一日三次，每次5粒，一个月为一疗程，一般2-3疗程可治愈。

1、一种治疗腰颈突症中药胶囊，其特征在于它是由下列重量百分比的中药原料混合提纯成粉剂装胶囊而成：乌蛇、独活、木瓜、牛膝、川芎各4-5，杜仲、狗脊、熟地、黄芪、鸡血藤各8-10，炒乳香、炒没药、僵蚕、灸甘草、蜈蚣各2.5-3.5，细辛0.8-1.5，白芍13-15。
2、根据权利要求1所述的治疗腰颈突症中药胶囊，其特征在于各原料的重量百分比为：乌蛇、独活、木瓜、牛膝、川芎各4.6，杜仲、狗脊、熟地、黄芪、鸡血藤各9.3，炒乳香、炒没药、僵蚕、灸甘草、蜈蚣各3.1，细辛1.2，白芍13.8。
