Abstract
一种柴油机的燃料喷射方法,它使用气态主燃料

成仅用液态燃料时发动机也能产生最大功率的形
式。引燃喷射包括水和液体燃料的混合物。
Description
本发明涉及一种使用气态主燃料进行主喷射、并用液态辅助燃料作引燃喷射来起燃主燃料的柴油机燃料喷射方法,这也就是通常所说的双燃料喷射。
现有的以一种气体和一种液体燃料工作的双燃料柴油机,其喷射方式是通过喷入相当于喷射泵最大喷射量的5-10%的液体燃料来起燃主燃料(气体燃料)的。喷射泵的设计应能在暂时没有气体燃料的情况下,仅用液体燃料也可使发动机产生最大功率。
液体燃料的最小喷射量由喷射泵及喷射器部件加工的几何精度来限定的。该精度确定了喷射量的最低限度(近似等效于最大输入能量的2%),若低于该值就不能保证各气缸的喷射量均匀以及足够起燃燃料的正常喷射量。液体燃料的最小喷射量还由喷射器喷嘴孔的尺寸来确定,这些孔的尺寸在满负荷状态下可以达到其最佳雾化效果,但对只为最大喷射量的百分之几的喷射量来说,这些喷孔就太大了,以至不能很好地雾化燃料。
经验表明,减少引燃喷射的燃料量能够减少废气中的一氧化碳和氧化氮。再者,液体燃料价格较高,也促使人们减少其用量。
本发明旨在把液体燃料的引燃喷射量减少到热力学上允许的最低程度,且喷射量的减少不取决于喷射泵的加工精度和喷嘴孔的尺寸大小,它是由通过向液体燃料中掺水来实现的。
本发明所述的是一种柴油机的燃料喷射方法,它使用气态主燃料进行主喷射,并用液态辅助燃料作引燃喷射来引燃主燃料,液态燃料通过喷射泵进行喷射,而该泵被设计成仅用液态燃料时,发动机也能产生最大功率的形式,在该方法中,引燃喷射包括水和液体燃料的混合物。
通过对下列非限制性实施例的描述,将会更好地理解本发明,并能看到其更多的优点。
双燃料发动机通常为其每个汽缸配置一个液体燃料喷射泵,每个汽缸均有各自的喷射器。气体燃料通过另一个独立的分配系统供入汽缸中。
在这种型式的发动机中,燃料通过喷射泵进行喷射,而喷射泵被设计成能够在仅用液体燃料时让发动机产生最大功率的型式。
以形成的引燃喷射能够起燃的比例来混合水与液体燃料,解决了泵的喷射量的均匀性问题,因为由泵喷射的混合物的量更加合理(如可以用泵喷射出最大喷射量的5-10%),而且雾化效果也会更好。
本发明的一个优点是:发动机无需作任何改进,燃料和水的混合物用公知的方法在发动机外部制备。
混合物中所含的液体燃料量可以减少到热力学所允许的最小量,与喷射泵的精度及喷射器喷孔的尺寸相适应,这个最小量很容易通过试验来确定。
混合物中液体燃料的含量相当于喷射泵最大喷射量的2-7%,这完全适合于发动机正常工作。
那么,引燃喷射量(即混合物的喷射量)可相当于喷射泵最大喷射量的5-10%。
Claims (5)
1、一种柴油机的燃料喷射方法,它使用气态主燃料进行主喷射,并用液态辅助燃料作引燃喷射来起燃主燃料,液态燃料通过喷射泵进行喷射,而该泵被设计成仅用液态燃料时可让发动机产生最大功率的型式,其特征是,引燃喷射包括水和液体燃料的混合物。
2、如权利要求1所述的喷射方法,其特征在于:混合物中所含的液体燃料量是热力学上所允许的最小量,并与喷射泵的精度及喷射器的尺寸相适应。
3、如权利要求1所述的喷射方法,其特征在于,引燃喷射的混合物的喷射量相当于喷射泵最大喷射量的5-10%。
4、如权利要求1所述的喷射方法,其特征在于:引燃喷射中的液体燃料量相当于喷射泵最大喷射量的2-7%。
5、如权利要求3所述的喷射方法,其特征在于:引燃喷射中的液体燃料量相当于喷射泵最大喷射量的2-7%。
