Abstract
本发明公开了一种前排座椅可调节取暖装置，具有：导风管，导风管内部为空腔；出风口，设置在导风管上、与导风管的空腔连通；风扇，设置在导风管的空腔的一端；电热丝，设置在导风管的空腔内靠近风扇位置处；销轴，设置在导风管的两端，导风管通过销轴安装在前排座椅的底部，前排座椅的底部设有导向槽，销轴安装在导向槽内并能在导向槽内移动，销轴与导向槽过盈配合，通过在座椅底部安装取暖装置，电热丝发热，风扇将热风从导风管的空腔通过出风口吹出，对脚部进行取暖，在寒冷冬天后排乘客可以烘脚取暖。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车座椅技术领域，尤其涉及一种前排座椅可调节取暖装置。
背景技术
在寒冷的冬天，人体的脚部最容易变得冰冷，在汽车中也是如此，
在实现本发明的过程中，发明人发现现有技术至少存在以下问题：汽车中虽然有空调，但不容易给脚部取暖。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够在汽车中给脚部取暖的前排座椅可调节取暖装置。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明所采用的技术方案是：一种前排座椅可调节取暖装置，具有：
导风管，所述导风管内部为空腔；
出风口，设置在所述导风管上、与所述导风管的空腔连通；
风扇，设置在所述导风管的空腔的一端；
电热丝，设置在所述导风管的空腔内靠近所述风扇位置处；
销轴，设置在所述导风管的两端，所述导风管通过销轴安装在前排座椅的底部；
所述前排座椅的底部设有导向槽，所述销轴安装在导向槽内并能在导向槽内移动，所述销轴与导向槽过盈配合。
所述导风管为长筒形，所述出风口与所述导风管为一体式结构，出风口沿所述导风管长度方向设置，出风口的长度与导风管的长度相同。
所述销轴可转动地安装在所述前排座椅的底部。
所述前排座椅底部设有容纳所述导风管的凹槽。
上述技术方案中的一个技术方案具有如下优点或有益效果，通过在座椅底部安装取暖装置，电热丝发热，风扇将热风从导风管的空腔通过出风口吹出，对脚部进行取暖，在寒冷冬天后排乘客可以烘脚取暖。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚，下面将结合附图对本发明实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
参见图1-3，一种前排座椅可调节取暖装置，具有：
导风管，导风管内部为空腔；
出风口，设置在导风管上、与导风管的空腔连通；
风扇，设置在导风管的空腔的一端；风扇固定安装在空腔的端部。
电热丝，设置在导风管的空腔内靠近风扇位置处；电热丝环绕空腔的周向布置。
销轴，设置在导风管的两端，导风管通过销轴安装在前排座椅的底部；
前排座椅的底部设有导向槽，销轴安装在导向槽内并能在导向槽内移动，销轴与导向槽过盈配合。通过销轴在导向槽内移动，改变导风管和出风口的位置，适应不同体型的人的脚的位置的需求。
导风管为长筒形，出风口与导风管为一体式结构，出风口沿导风管长度方向设置，出风口的长度与导风管的长度相同，能够大范围地出风，起到烘脚效果。
销轴可转动地安装在前排座椅的底部，可以通过销轴转动导风管，从而改变出风口方向，适应脚摆放在不同位置使用。
前排座椅底部设有容纳导风管的凹槽，导风管收纳在前排座椅底部空间内，不占用车内空间。
上述技术方案中的一个技术方案具有如下优点或有益效果，通过在座椅底部安装取暖装置，电热丝发热，风扇将热风从导风管的空腔通过出风口吹出，对脚部进行取暖，在寒冷冬天后排乘客可以烘脚取暖。

1.一种前排座椅可调节取暖装置，其特征在于，具有：
导风管，所述导风管内部为空腔；
出风口，设置在所述导风管上、与所述导风管的空腔连通；
风扇，设置在所述导风管的空腔的一端；
电热丝，设置在所述导风管的空腔内靠近所述风扇位置处；
销轴，设置在所述导风管的两端，所述导风管通过销轴安装在前排座椅的底部；
所述前排座椅的底部设有导向槽，所述销轴安装在导向槽内并能在导向槽内移动，所述销轴与导向槽过盈配合。
2.如权利要求1所述的前排座椅可调节取暖装置，其特征在于，所述导风管为长筒形，所述出风口与所述导风管为一体式结构，出风口沿所述导风管长度方向设置，出风口的长度与导风管的长度相同。
3.如权利要求2所述的前排座椅可调节取暖装置，其特征在于，所述销轴可转动地安装在所述前排座椅的底部。
4.如权利要求3所述的前排座椅可调节取暖装置，其特征在于，所述前排座椅底部设有容纳所述导风管的凹槽。
