Abstract
本发明提供了一种脱除人参提取物中残留农药霜霉威的方法,与现有技术相比,本发明针对人参提取液中的霜霉威的性质,通过石油醚和乙酸乙酯的混合溶剂先萃取后,再用LX‑N1、LX‑N2型号大孔树脂和40‑60目中性氧化铝混合物过滤,经过处理后,人参总皂苷回收率80~85%,霜霉威<0.01ppm。本发明提供的方法操作简单、成本低,而且人参总皂苷回收率高,不造成不必要的损失。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于药用植物提取物的处理方法领域,具体涉及脱除人参提取物中残留农药霜霉威的方法。
背景技术
人参的别称为黄参、地精、神草、百草之王,是闻名遐迩的“东北三宝”之一。人参自古誉为“百草之王”“滋阴补生,扶正固本”之极品,含多种皂甙和多糖类成分,浸出液可被皮肤缓慢吸收且无不良刺激,能扩张皮肤毛细血管,促进皮肤血液循环,增加皮肤营养,调节皮肤的水油平衡,防止皮肤脱水、硬化、起皱,人参活性物质抑制黑色素的还原性能,使皮肤洁白光滑,能增强皮肤弹性,使细胞获得新生,是护肤美容的极品。将人参直接浸入50%甘油,10日后甘油搓脸,或将人参煎成浓汁,每日往洗脸水倒一点,用含人参的甘油搓脸或人参水洗脸,能让皮肤相当滋润。
但是人参生长周期较长,且人参具有较大的比表面积与土壤直接接触,因此,其中农药残留量较高,而人参提取物是经过进一步浓缩后的产物,其中的农药残留更高。
霜霉威是一种具有局部内吸作用的低毒杀菌剂,属氨基甲酸酯类。对卵菌纲真菌有特效。其残留在土壤中被人参吸收,通过提取后,浓度高,对人体有危害。
现有技术中对人参中的残留农药进行净化和脱除的方法,这些方法对脱除人参中有机氯农药有一定效果,但存在操作压力高、设备投资大、运行成本高、人参皂苷损失等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种脱除人参提取物中残留农药霜霉威的方法,操作简单、成本低,而且人参总皂苷回收率高,不造成不必要的损失。
本发明提供的一种脱除人参提取物中残留农药霜霉威的方法,包括以下步骤:
1)人参提取液用石油醚和乙酸乙酯的混合溶剂萃取,取下层料液;
2)然后过滤;
3)过滤液浓缩、干燥、即得。
步骤1)中所述人参提取液的制备方法为:
将人参粉碎后,加入水中,加热煮沸第一次提取2.5-3.5h;滤渣再加入水中,加热煮沸第二次提取1.5-2.5h;合并两次提取料液。
进一步的,人参粉碎,过40-60目筛。
进一步的,第一次提取时人参和水的质量比为1:7-10;第二次提取人参和水的质量比为1:5-8。进一步的,所述真空浓缩是在60℃条件下;真空浓缩后滤液体积为人参质量的1.5-2.5倍L/kg。
进一步的,步骤1)中,石油醚和乙酸乙酯的混合溶剂中石油醚和乙酸乙酯的体积比为1:1-2;
步骤1)中提取液和石油醚和乙酸乙酯的混合溶剂的体积比为1:1-2。
步骤1)中人参提取液用石油醚和乙酸乙酯的混合溶剂萃取8-10次。
步骤2)中所述过滤具体为:
萃取后的下层料液与过滤介质混合,常温搅拌,抽滤。
进一步的,所述过滤介质为LX-N1、LX-N2型号大孔树脂和40-60目中性氧化铝按照质量比1.5:1.5:2~2:2:1的混合物。
进一步的,步骤2)中下层料液与过滤介质的用量比为1.5-2.5L:50g。
进一步的,步骤2)中常温搅拌24h。
与现有技术相比,本发明针对人参提取液中的霜霉威的性质,通过石油醚和乙酸乙酯的混合溶剂先萃取后,再用LX-N1、LX-N2型号大孔树脂和40-60目中性氧化铝混合物过滤,经过处理后,人参总皂苷回收率80~85%,霜霉威<0.01ppm。本发明提供的方法操作简单、成本低,而且人参总皂苷回收率高,不造成不必要的损失。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种脱除人参提取物中残留农药霜霉威的方法,包括以下步骤:
1)取人参根须原料1kg,粉碎成40-60目,放置到15L的圆底烧瓶中,加入7-10L水,加热,自煮沸开始计时,提取3小时,过滤,收集料液;滤渣再加入5-8L水,加热,自煮沸开始计时,提取2小时,过滤,收集料液,合并两次提取料液,在60℃条件下真空浓缩,得到人参提取液体积1.5-2.5L;
2)用体积比石油醚:乙酸乙酯=1:1.5的混合溶剂等体积常温萃取人参提取液8次,取下层料液;
3)然后向获得的下层料液中加入LX-N1、LX-N2型号大孔树脂和40-60目中性氧化铝混合物50g(LX-N1、LX-N2型号大孔树脂和40-60目中性氧化铝的质量比为1.5:1.5:2),常温搅拌24h,抽滤,得滤液;
4)滤液于60℃浓缩,干燥,即可。
人参总皂苷回收率80~85%,霜霉威<0.01ppm。
实施例2
一种脱除人参提取物中残留农药霜霉威的方法,包括以下步骤:

3)然后向获得的下层料液中加入LX-N1、LX-N2型号大孔树脂和40-60目中性氧化铝混合物50g(LX-N1、LX-N2型号大孔树脂和40-60目中性氧化铝的质量比为2:2:1),常温搅拌24h,抽滤,得滤液;
4)滤液于60℃浓缩,干燥,即可。
人参总皂苷回收率80~85%,霜霉威<0.01ppm。
Claims (3)
1.一种脱除人参提取物中残留农药霜霉威的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
1)人参提取液用石油醚和乙酸乙酯的混合溶剂萃取,取下层料液;
2)然后过滤;
3)过滤液浓缩、干燥、即得;
步骤1)中,石油醚和乙酸乙酯的混合溶剂中石油醚和乙酸乙酯的体积比为1:1.5;
步骤1)中提取液和石油醚和乙酸乙酯的混合溶剂的体积比为1:1-2;
步骤1)中所述人参提取液的制备方法为:
将人参粉碎后,加入水中,加热煮沸第一次提取2.5-3.5h; 滤渣再加入水中,加热煮沸第二次提取1.5-2.5h;合并两次提取料液;
第一次提取时人参和水的质量比为1:7-10;第二次提取人参和水的质量比为1:5-8;
步骤2)中所述过滤具体为:
萃取后的下层料液与过滤介质混合,常温搅拌,抽滤;
所述过滤介质为LX-N1、LX-N2型号大孔树脂和40-60目中性氧化铝按照质量比1.5:1.5:2~2:2:1的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的脱除人参提取物中残留农药霜霉威的方法,其特征在于,步骤1)中人参提取液用石油醚和乙酸乙酯的混合溶剂萃取8-10次。
3.根据权利要求1所述的脱除人参提取物中残留农药霜霉威的方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中下层料液与过滤介质的用量比为1.5-2.5L:50g。
