Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a concentrated feed for lactating sows, in particular to a formula of a concentrated feed for lactating sows suitable for wet mixing feeding and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent two years, with the continuous rising of market price of pork pigs and the strict enforcement of national breeding environmental protection policies, the whole pig industry is enabled to enter an orderly regulation state in an unordered blind way, and particularly, the support and the specification of various new national breeding policies play an important role in guiding the transformation of the whole pig industry to environmental protection, high efficiency and ecological health breeding. As the sows are locomotives of the whole breeding farm, the quantity of the sows and the breeding and production benefits thereof determine the productivity level and the profitability of the pig farm. Currently, the productivity of the boar farm in China is mainly limited by two factors: can be used for breeding sow for treating nutritional regulation and reproductive disorder diseases. At present, many pig farms in China are invaded by reproductive obstacle viruses such as blue ears, pseudorabies, circus and the like, and pay more attention to the aspects of disease treatment and prevention of antibiotics, so that the pig farms are neither scientific nor healthy and environment-friendly, and can pay less attention to the nutrient regulation of sows and even the simple feeding details.
In the aspect of nutrition regulation, because the sows are confined in the limit columns for a long time, less movement and weak gastrointestinal peristalsis are caused, few sows can reach the peak of food intake in the lactation period, and the food intake of the sows becomes one of the most key factors for restricting the productivity of the sows. If more than 10 piglets are worn by one sow, the lactation requirement can be barely met by taking 6 kg/day of feed. Gadd (1993) indicates that wet feeding of sows can increase feed intake by 52%, and the mortality rate of piglets is reduced from 2.25 to 1.15 on average, so that the weaning reseeding time is shortened, and therefore, wet dressing for lactating sows is very favorable. Through the popularization of the feed and the application technology and the obvious practical effect thereof, the current pig farm with more than eight pig breeds realizes that the feed intake of the sows fed by wet mixed feed is obviously improved, particularly in summer, the feed intake of the sows fed by the lactating sows can be obviously increased by using the wet mixed feed, the heat stress is reduced, the milk yield is increased, and the survival number of weaned piglets is 0.3 to 0.4.
However, in actual production, the feed for the lactating sows is not suitable for feeding with wet-mixed materials, and the design concept of the formula does not consider the taste change and nutrition release after water is added and stirring, so that most formulators do not notice or neglect the change of the current wet-mixed feeding mode of the breeding pigs, so that the problems that the feed is disconnected with the current practical application, the palatability is reduced instead after the wet mixing, and the like, and even the feed is not eaten are solved.
Therefore, in order to adapt to the application requirement of the wet-mixing feeding of the current sow feed, the changes of water-soluble nutrients and taste need to be fully considered, and a concentrated feed formula for the lactating sow, which has better wet-mixing food calling performance and can release feed nutrition, is innovated and developed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention mainly starts from the characteristics of physiological change, gastrointestinal digestion and microecological balance characteristics, water solubility of raw materials, flavor change after the feed is dissolved in water and the like of the sows in the perinatal period, and aims to provide the concentrated feed for the lactating sows, which can achieve balanced nutrition and excellent palatability after being matched, can obviously improve the feed intake and the digestibility of the sows and maintain the intestinal health of the sows.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the lactating sow concentrated feed formula suitable for wet mixing feeding.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

The conventional feed raw materials such as the expanded corn, the soybean meal, the expanded soybean, the imported steam fish meal and the like are common commercial products. The citric acid vinasse protein is a citric acid byproduct; the lard residue is a byproduct of lard extraction; the stone powder in the raw material components is calcium carbonate, which belongs to the general name in the industry.
In addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the lactating sow concentrated feed, which comprises the following steps:
1) accurately weighing lard residues and brown sugar according to a formula, transferring the raw materials into a conditioning device, adding saturated steam, controlling the conditioning temperature at 90-95 ℃, conditioning for 240 seconds, and then discharging the conditioned and cured materials into a cooler to be cooled to below 40 ℃;
2) accurately weighing the rest raw materials according to a formula, wherein the puffed corn and the soybean meal are firstly crushed by a crusher with a phi 1.0mm screen, and then the intermediate material after the thermal refining in the step 1) and all the rest raw materials are put into a mixer to be uniformly mixed;
3) and (6) packaging.
By means of the technical scheme, the invention has the advantages that:
1) adopts scientific puffing raw materials and proportion: after the corn and the soybean are puffed, the original low-solubility resistant starch component can be degraded into soluble reducing sugar, the protein is cured and denatured, and the crude fiber is degraded into digestible fiber, so that the digestibility of the carbohydrate, the protein and the crude fiber of the feed can be obviously improved, the water solubility and the food calling performance of the feed are enhanced, and the palatability, the nutrition hydrolysis and other characteristics of the feed after wet mixing are improved;
2) the brown sugar not only contains carbohydrate which can provide heat energy, but also contains malic acid, riboflavin, carotene, nicotinic acid and various trace elements such as manganese, zinc, chromium and the like. After the pig is fried and the brown sugar is subjected to high-temperature conditioning and mixing, the pig feed not only has food calling fragrance, but also can promote postpartum recovery of sows, and has the effects of enriching blood, tonifying qi, promoting lactation and the like;
3) the selected microecological additives such as enzyme preparation, viable bacteria preparation and the like are not subjected to a high-temperature conditioning process, so that the effective activity of the microecological preparation can be retained to the maximum extent, and the screening of the beneficial viable bacteria preparation fully considers the matching degree and the quantity of substrates (citric acid vinasse protein, yeast hydrolysate and the like) capable of promoting activation in the formula;
4) the citric acid residue protein has aromatic fermentation sour taste, strong palatability, contains rich amino acid, vitamins and various trace elements for promoting the growth and metabolism of animals, can promote the secretion of digestive juice of livestock, can promote the activation and intestinal colonization of various beneficial bacteria after being wet-mixed, has the inhibiting effect on harmful bacteria in intestinal tracts, and has the effects of preventing diseases, promoting growth and the like;
5) the invention designs a concentrated feed for lactating sows, the concentration ratio of which is 20%, and the feed is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: the concentrated feed (20%), the crushed corn (60%) and the common bean pulp (20%) are mixed into a complete compound feed for use. The formula design is optimized based on the taste of the feed after wet mixing and water dissolving (the water-material ratio is 1.5: 1), so that the palatability of the wet mixed feed for the sows is obviously improved, the feed intake is increased, the reasonable acidity and the beneficial bacterium activation substrate can be quickly activated after wet mixing, the adhesion area of gastrointestinal tracts and feed nutrient components is increased, and the digestibility of the feed nutrition and the attachment rate of beneficial microorganisms are effectively improved.

96 healthy multiparous sows with good body conditions are selected and randomly grouped, so that the average gestational age distribution is consistent. The trial was divided into group a (control dry feed group), group B (control wet mix group), group C (invention dry feed group) and group D (invention wet mix group), with 24 sows per group. After the lactation period, two birthing houses are used for testing, each birthing house has 48 heads, each group has 24 heads, and two sides of the two groups of sow feed provided by the control group (original lactating sow concentrated feed with the same proportion) and the invention group are separated to feed the two sow feeds, wherein one sow feed is compared with a dry powder feed, and the other sow feed is compared with a wet mixed feed.
The test was carried out in the Jiangxi test field of Guangzhou nongbao fodder Co., Ltd. for a period of time ranging from 25 days to 16 days at 4 months in 2015. The experiment starts from 95 days of pregnancy of the sow until the oestrus after weaning, and the experimental stages include a fetal period (95-114 days of pregnancy), a lactation period (1-25 days after delivery) and an oestrus period after weaning (7 days), and the whole process is 52 days.
The feeding management and environmental conditions of each stage are kept consistent. All the breeding operation specifications are arranged by delivery room workers according to the local specification, and the epidemic prevention system is operated according to the routine operation of a test field. The experimenter is responsible for assisting the experiment and data acquisition work, recording the feed intake of the sows of each group every day, observing and recording the state of the experimental pigs, finding out the diseases to be treated in time, recording the delivery data of the sows, the birth weight of piglets, the weaning weight of the piglets, the diarrhea number and the death number of the piglets and the like.
The feeding mode is as follows:
1) stage of attack (95 days of pregnancy-delivery): all experimental sows are fed for 2 tons every day, and the total feeding amount is 3.3kg every day;
2) lactation (delivery 1-25 days): feeding all experimental sows for 2 tons a day, feeding 1kg on the day of parturition, increasing 1kg a day, and increasing to 5kg on the 5 th day; feed was taken freely starting on day 6 of lactation until weaning.
3) Postweaning estrus (within 7 days post weaning): all experimental sows were fed 2 tons a day, weaned and not fed the same day, and then fed 3.5 kg/day.
The nutrition level of the feed adopted in the control test is basically consistent with that of the feed of the invention, and the feed is 20 percent of concentrated feed for lactating sows, and the formula of the feed comprises the following components:
170kg of corn, 100kg of puffed corn, 60kg of puffed soybean meal, 160kg of soybean meal, 80kg of fermented soybean meal, 100kg of imported steam fish meal, 80kg of emulsified fat powder, 38kg of stone powder, 47kg of calcium hydrophosphate, 70kg of glucose, 25kg of salt, 20kg of compound organic acidifier, 20kg of compound enzyme preparation and 30kg of premix. The dosage of the compound vitamin and the amino acid microelement in the premix compound is consistent with that of the invention.
The experimental group feed formulation of the present invention was the formulation of example 1. The recommended formulas of the two groups of complete materials are consistent, and the concentrated material (20%) is uniformly mixed with the crushed corn (60%) and the common soybean meal (20%) according to the percentage to prepare the complete material.
In the test, test comparison of dry powder and wet mixing materials is introduced into a comparison test of a control group and a feed group, wherein the wet mixing materials adopt water: the material is 1.5:1, and the other feeding conditions are consistent.
The test results are shown in Table 1.
