The invention provides a 45% small conservation concentrated feed for protecting piglet intestinal tracts and improving piglet immunity and a preparation method thereof, wherein the 45% small conservation concentrated feed comprises the following components: 10-16% of whey powder, 6-10% of fish meal, 12-20% of fermented soybean meal, 20-30% of 46% peeled soybean meal, 12-20% of expanded soybean, 2-6% of soybean oil, 3-7% of sucrose, 3-7% of glucose, 0.4-0.8% of acidifier, 0.2-0.4% of enzyme preparation, 0.06-0.1% of flavoring agent, 0.2-0.4% of methionine iron, 0.2-0.6% of composite microecological preparation, 0.1-0.2% of antibacterial peptide, 0.8-1.5% of lysine, 0.5-1% of threonine, 0.4-0.9% of salt, 0.8-1.3% of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.8-1.3% of stone powder, 4% of premix and the like; wherein,
the acidifier consists of organic acid and inorganic acid, wherein the organic acid comprises lactic acid and fumaric acid, and the inorganic acid is orthophosphoric acid. The organic acid and the inorganic acid are used in a matching way, so that the pH value of the gastrointestinal tract of the piglet can be effectively adjusted, the activity of digestive enzyme is improved, and the digestion and absorption of nutrient substances are promoted; meanwhile, the acidic environment provides a suitable living environment for beneficial bacteria and maintains the microecological balance.
The enzyme preparation consists of xylanase, glucanase, protease and amylase, and improves the digestibility of the feed. The enzyme preparation can improve the utilization rate of the feed on one hand, and can prevent the undigested nutrient substances from decaying to the rear section of the large intestine to generate indole, amine, phenol and other substances to damage the intestinal mucosa on the other hand.
The flavoring agent comprises natural extract, lactone, ethyl maltol, ethyl lactate, sweetener, vanillin, synergist, etc., and can promote animal feeding and increase growth speed.
The compound microecological preparation consists of lactic acid bacteria, bacillus subtilis and saccharomycetes, and can maintain intestinal microecological balance, protect the integrity of intestinal tracts and improve the immunity of organisms.
The antibacterial peptide is a product obtained by carrying out deep fermentation, filtration, concentration and spray drying on silkworm antibacterial peptide genetic engineering bacteria, is rich in silkworm antibacterial peptide, has high-efficiency inhibition effect on highly pathogenic gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria, and can partially or completely replace antibiotics in feed. The product is green, efficient and safe, does not generate any drug resistance, thoroughly eliminates various hazards caused by feed antibiotics, and plays roles in resisting diseases, preventing diarrhea and promoting growth. The premix is 4201.
The preparation method of the 45% small conservation concentrate comprises the following steps:

Feeding the mixture after primary mixing into a crusher, and carrying out secondary superfine crushing by adopting a sieve sheet with the aperture of 0.8 mm;
the fifth step: mixing the raw materials twice
Adding fermented soybean meal, flour and other raw materials into the secondarily-crushed mixed raw materials, feeding the mixture into a horizontal single-shaft paddle type mixer through a computer batching system according to weight percentage, simultaneously pumping the soybean oil and other raw materials into a liquid adding system, and carrying out secondary mixing for 30-60s, wherein the variation coefficient of the mixing uniformity is below 5%;
and a sixth step: finished product package
The mixed micro powder is weighed, bagged and packaged by an automatic packaging machine. The grain diameter of the finished product reaches 90 percent and passes through 40 meshes, and the mixed variation coefficient is less than or equal to 5 percent.

the fourth step: twice superfine grinding of raw materials
The primary mixed mixture enters a crusher, and a sieve sheet with the aperture of 0.8mm is adopted for secondary superfine crushing;

The mixed micro powder is weighed, bagged and packaged by an automatic packaging machine. The grain diameter of the finished product reaches 90 percent and passes through 40 meshes, and the mixed variation coefficient is less than or equal to 5 percent.
Efficacy evaluation test
To verify the effect of this example, the product of this example was compared with a conventional 45% conservation concentrate in the market, and the test was carried out as follows:
1. test animal selection
360 healthy nursery pigs of the same variety and similar weight and about 35 days of age are selected and randomly divided into 2 treatment groups, each group has 18 repetitions, and each repetition has 10 repetitions.

2. Test daily ration

The test period is 15 days.
3. Feeding management
The pigsty was thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before the test. The automatic drinking device can drink water freely and illuminate naturally. The feeding mode and the immunization procedure are carried out according to the routine of a pig farm. The test swinery was maintained and managed by a specially-assigned person during the test period. Test pigs were weighed on an empty stomach in replicates at the beginning and end of the test, and food intake was recorded daily for each replicate.
4. Diarrhea, morbidity and mortality
Accurately recording the number of diarrhea heads, diarrhea scores, morbidity heads and mortality heads of each repeated group of piglets every day, and calculating the diarrhea rate, the diarrhea index, the morbidity and the mortality. The diarrhea score criteria are shown in table 1 below.

The diarrhea rate is the first diarrhea/(total number of pigs tested × number of test days) × 100%.

According to test results, the 45% small conservation concentrated feed can improve the feed intake and daily gain of piglets, reduce the feed-weight ratio, reduce the diarrhea rate of piglets, improve the survival rate, effectively improve the growth performance of piglets, build the physique and lay a firm foundation for later growth and fattening.
The method is characterized in that the commercial pigs are listed after the test period is statistically tracked, the vaccine and medicament costs are compared, the control group is 76.5 yuan/pig, the test group is 45.2 yuan/pig, the market-age control group is 180 days (105.1kg), and the test group is 175 days (106.4kg), so that the 45% small conservation concentrate can shorten the market-age of the fat pigs, reduce the cost of each pig, and increase the market weight. The above proves that the 45% small conservation concentrated feed provided by the invention replaces high antibiotics with the compound acidifier, the compound microecological preparation, the antibacterial peptide and the like, effectively maintains intestinal microecological balance, promotes immune system development, improves disease resistance, is free of high copper and high zinc, is green, safe and pollution-free, is high in overall health of swinery, reduces later-stage feeding medicines, lays a firm foundation for later-stage growth and fattening, and ensures green pork on a dining table.
