Abstract

本发明公开了一种简易式油管安装结构,包括:门架、油管安装板、卡板、油管边卡块、油管中卡块和螺钉;所述油管安装板固定在门架上;所述卡板呈U形,卡板通过螺钉将油管边卡块、油管中卡块固定在油管安装板上;所述油管边卡块一面上设有半圆孔,油管中卡块对称的两面上均设有半圆孔;所述油管边卡块有两个,两个油管边卡块分别贴合油管安装板和卡板设置,油管中卡块设置在两个油管边卡块之间。通过上述方式,本发明能够使得叉车起升门架上的油管布置较为集中有序,油管之间相互独立,互不干扰。

简易式油管安装结构
技术领域
本发明涉及油管安装结构领域,特别是涉及一种简易式油管安装结构。
背景技术
叉车起升门架是提升货物的机构,由内门架、外门架、货叉架、货叉、链轮、 链条、起升油缸和倾斜油缸等组成。目前叉车起升门架上的油管布置分散,没有秩序。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种简易式油管安装结构,能够使得叉车起升门架上的油管布置较为集中有序,油管之间相互独立,互不干扰,在工作状态下,油管不会被油管安装结构破坏,适用于多种尺寸的油管。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种简易式油管安装结构,包括:门架、油管安装板、卡板、油管边卡块、油管中卡块和螺钉;所述油管安装板固定在门架上;所述卡板呈U形,卡板通过螺钉将油管边卡块、油管中卡块固定在油管安装板上;所述油管边卡块一面上设有半圆孔,油管中卡块对称的两面上均设有半圆孔;所述油管边卡块有两个,两个油管边卡块分别贴合油管安装板和卡板设置,油管中卡块设置在两个油管边卡块之间。
优选的,所述油管安装板的边缘处设有螺纹孔,所述卡板、油管边卡块和油管中卡块上对应螺纹孔的位置设有通孔,螺钉穿过通孔伸入油管安装板的螺纹孔内。
优选的,所述油管边卡块一面上设有两个半圆孔,油管中卡块两面上均设有两个半圆孔,油管边卡块上的半圆孔与油管中卡块上的半圆孔相互对应设置。
优选的,所述油管边卡块和油管中卡块均为橡胶材质。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够使得叉车起升门架上的油管布置较为集中有序,油管之间相互独立,互不干扰。

请参阅图1至图3,本发明实施例包括:
一种简易式油管安装结构,包括:门架1、油管安装板2、卡板3、油管边卡块4、油管中卡块5和螺钉6;所述油管安装板2固定在门架1上;所述油管边卡块4一面上设有半圆孔,油管中卡块5对称的两面上均设有半圆孔;所述油管边卡块4有两个,两个油管边卡块4分别贴合油管安装板2和卡板3设置,油管中卡块5设置在两个油管边卡块之间。所述卡板呈U形,卡板3通过螺钉将油管边卡块、油管中卡块固定在油管安装板上;所述油管安装板2的边缘处设有螺纹孔,所述卡板3、油管边卡块4和油管中卡块5上对应螺纹孔的位置设有通孔,螺钉6穿过通孔伸入油管安装板的螺纹孔内。所述油管边卡块4一面上设有两个半圆孔,油管中卡块5两面上均设有两个半圆孔,油管边卡块上的半圆孔与油管中卡块上的半圆孔相互对应设置,两个半圆孔形成一个圆孔,能够将油管卡在圆孔内。半圆孔的数量和尺寸、卡板的尺寸可根据实际油管的数量和大小设计。油管边卡块4、油管中卡块5的材质为橡胶,当油管在油管卡板组件中运动时,油管不会被破坏。如果油管数量较少,油管中卡块可不安装,如图2所示。如果油管数量多,安装油管中卡块可以固定更多的油管,如图3所示。
本发明能够使得叉车起升门架上的油管布置较为集中有序,油管之间相互独立,互不干扰,在工作状态下,油管不会被油管安装结构破坏,适用于多种尺寸的油管。

1.一种简易式油管安装结构,其特征在于,包括:门架、油管安装板、卡板、油管边卡块、油管中卡块和螺钉;所述油管安装板固定在门架上;所述卡板呈U形,卡板通过螺钉将油管边卡块、油管中卡块固定在油管安装板上;所述油管边卡块一面上设有半圆孔,油管中卡块对称的两面上均设有半圆孔;所述油管边卡块有两个,两个油管边卡块分别贴合油管安装板和卡板设置,油管中卡块设置在两个油管边卡块之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的简易式油管安装结构,其特征在于:所述油管安装板的边缘处设有螺纹孔,所述卡板、油管边卡块和油管中卡块上对应螺纹孔的位置设有通孔,螺钉穿过通孔伸入油管安装板的螺纹孔内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的简易式油管安装结构,其特征在于:所述油管边卡块一面上设有两个半圆孔,油管中卡块两面上均设有两个半圆孔,油管边卡块上的半圆孔与油管中卡块上的半圆孔相互对应设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的简易式油管安装结构,其特征在于:所述油管边卡块和油管中卡块均为橡胶材质。
