本发明涉及一种燃气炉炉头。
背景技术
目前使用的燃气炉炉头,燃气燃烧不充分,未充分燃烧的燃气中含有的焦油等物质未经分解直接排放到大气中,燃气为充分利用,既浪费能源又造成环境污染。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种使燃气充分燃烧的燃气炉炉头。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的燃气炉炉头包括火头,还包括催化介质分气片、分气片罩和催化介质丝网;所述催化介质分气片置于火头上方,所述分气片罩置于催化介质分气片上,所述催化介质丝网置于分气片罩上且与催化介质分气片离开形成一个空间。
采用本发明的结构,由于催化介质丝网置于分气片罩上且与催化介质分气片离开形成一个空间,燃气在催化介质分气片上燃烧和第一次裂解,尚未裂解的燃气中的物质经过催化介质丝网时再一次燃烧和裂解,这样燃气就能充分燃烧;同时,燃气在催化介质丝网和催化介质分气片上燃烧,催化介质丝网与催化介质分气片之间形成一个高温空间,尚未裂解的燃气在经过该高温空间时更加速裂解,使燃烧更充分,燃气得到充分利用,既节约能源又减少环境污染。

所述催化介质分气片为蜂窝状,还可以是能够使燃气与催化介质分气片充分接触的其他形状。所述催化介质分气片和催化介质丝网的催化介质可以是含镍基的催化介质,还可以采用其他催化介质。

1.一种燃气炉炉头,包括火头(1),其特征在于:还包括催化介质分气片(3)、分气片罩(2)和催化介质丝网(4);所述催化介质分气片(3)置于火头(1)上方,所述分气片罩(2)置于催化介质分气片(3)上,所述催化介质丝网(4)置于分气片罩(2)上且与催化介质分气片(3)离开形成一个空间(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃气炉炉头,其特征在于:所述催化介质分气片(3)为蜂窝状。
