Abstract

背景技术
生物质炉具是近几年迅速发展起来的一种家用炊事或取暖设备，他改变了传统炉具以煤炭为燃料的取暖方式，以秸秆、稻草等一切可燃生物质作燃料，在炉内既有明火燃烧也有气化成分，具有没有焦油，不冒黑烟，燃烧充分，热效率高，烟气排放低的优点，非常适合农村家庭使用。但是，现有的生物质炉具的炉膛上都没有进风孔，使得炉膛中的燃料燃烧不充分，而且这种不充分的燃烧产生大量的可燃性气体及粒状碳黑直接外排，存在污染环境的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种生物质炉，具有燃烧更充分，能源的利用率更高，同时烟气排放更低的优点。
为此，所采用的技术方案为：一种生物质炉，包括炉体及炉体内的炉膛，所述炉膛的上、中、下部分的壁厚上均开有若干圈通风孔。
所述炉膛由不锈钢材料制成。
所述炉膛上端安装有助燃护圈。
本实用新型通过炉膛的上、中、下部分的壁厚上均开的若干圈通风孔使得煤或生物质固体燃料直接燃烧产生大量的可燃性气体及粒状黑碳得到充分彻底燃烧，可消除黑烟，提高燃料的热能转换率，具有节约燃料成本，保护环境等特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
参照图1，一种生物质炉，包括炉体6及炉体内的由不锈钢材料制成的炉膛7，该炉膛7下方为燃烧室12，炉膛7和燃烧室12均设置在炉体6内，炉体6设置在炉座底板14上，灰斗15设置在炉座底板14下方且其通过炉齿13和燃烧室12连通，燃烧室12上端和所述炉膛7下端之间设置进烟火圈10，所述炉膛7上端安装有助燃护圈8；该助燃护圈8和灶窝4焊接为一体后焊接在炉体6的内壁上，炉体6下部的两侧开有进风孔11，从该进风孔11进来的空气在炉膛7及燃烧室12外壁和炉体6内壁之间的通风空间9中被预热并从炉膛7的上、中、下部分的壁厚上均开的若干圈通风孔5中进入炉膛7内和从燃烧室12壁上的进风孔进入燃烧室12内，使燃烧室12内的燃料得以充分燃烧而且从燃烧室进入炉膛内的可燃性气体及粒状碳黑也达到充分彻底燃烧；使火力增大且低排放。所述炉膛7上端安装有助燃护圈8，使炉膛上端外围形成进风口，空气被聚集且预热后通过进风孔11进入炉膛，使炉膛上方的可燃性气体及粒状碳黑达到进一步充分彻底燃烧。

1.一种生物质炉，包括炉体（6）及炉体内的炉膛（7），其特征在于：所述炉膛（7）的上、中、下部分的壁厚上均开有若干圈通风孔（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物质炉，其特征在于：所述炉膛（7）由不锈钢材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物质炉，其特征在于：所述炉膛（7）上端安装有助燃护圈（8）。
