Abstract
本发明公开了一种文物保护用无酸内衬纸的制造方法,包括使用漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆、漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆经分别打浆、配浆及辅料加入、湿纸页抄造、干燥、压光工艺步骤,制得的碱性无酸内衬纸定量为12‑25g/m2,松厚度不小于1.5cm3/g,水分为5.0‑8.0%,碳酸钙含量:0.4‑14.0%;白度(ISO)大于88%,裂断长纵向大于3000m,铁离子含量小于50ppm,铜离子含量小于5ppm;本发明方法制得的无酸内衬纸具有纸质轻柔、细腻,pH值呈碱性,木素含量和金属离子含量极低,可完全满足不含蛋白质的文物制品的内衬包装要求。本发明生产工艺简单,成本低,易于大规模生产。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种文物保护用无酸内衬纸的制造方法,可用于保存纸类、棉类、麻类、陶瓷等不含蛋白质的文物制品,属于造纸技术领域。
背景技术
无酸纸不含酸性物质,呈中性或碱性,用于文物保存时可有效降低自身和外部环境对文物造成的酸性破坏,延长文物寿命。无酸内衬纸是一种使用时直接与文物接触的内衬保护材料,在文物保存中起到非常重要的保护作用。无酸内衬纸根据文物保护的要求可分为有缓冲剂和无缓冲剂两大类。有缓冲剂(含碳酸钙等碱性物质)的无酸内衬纸呈碱性,可有效中和文物或外部环境中的酸性物质,保护文物,主要用于保存纸类、棉类、麻类、陶瓷等不含蛋白质的文物制品。无缓冲剂的无酸内衬纸呈中性,主要用来保存含蛋白质的文物制品,如羊毛、皮革、丝及其它含蛋白质的纺织品、纸制品等。
中国专利申请CN200810022635.6公开了一种“文物保护专用无酸纸和制备方法”,通过浆料疏解、化学品加入、抄纸、干燥等步骤获得无酸纸。然而该专利申请中所限定的碱性缓冲剂用量上限偏低,制得的无酸纸难以满足较强酸性环境下文物的保存。另外,该专利申请仅表明了成纸的浆料组分含量比例,没有描述对相关原料的处理要求及最终的成纸性能要求(光学性能、强度性能、金属离子含量等),按照该方法无法制备出符合文物保存用的无酸内衬纸。该专利申请未获专利授权许可。文献1(徐文娟,吴来明,戴红旗,馆藏文物包装用无酸纸的性能研究,文物保护与考古科学,26(4):25-29)对文物包装用纸质材料进行了研究,并试制了含有缓冲剂的无酸纸板,但并没有对无酸内衬纸进行研究和试制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种文物保护用无酸内衬纸的制造方法,可用于保存纸类、棉类、麻类、陶瓷等不含蛋白质的文物制品,有助于延长文物寿命。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种文物保护用无酸内衬纸的制造方法,包括使用漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆、漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆经分别打浆、配浆及辅料加入、湿纸页抄造、干燥、压光等工艺步骤,其特征在于:
(1) 浆料重量配比:漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆:漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆为(50~100):(0-50);
(2) 浆料打浆后打浆度:漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆20-45°SR;漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆25-55°SR;
(3) 辅料对绝干浆用量为:(a) 施胶剂烷基烯酮二聚体重量比0~0.25%; (b) 阳离子淀粉重量比0~1.5%;(c)碳酸钙填料重量比0.5~15.0%;
(4) 湿纸页抄造
将上述原料用去离子水配置成浆料,经过净化、除气、筛选等工序处理后,进行湿纸页抄造;调节纸机抄造工艺参数,上网浓度:0.1-0.3%;浆网速比:0.98-1.10;操作车速30-800m/min;抄制定量12-25 g/m2的湿纸页;湿纸页经压榨部脱水后进干燥部;
(5) 干燥压光
对压榨部进入的湿纸页进行干燥,控制烘缸表面温度在55-120℃,出干燥部纸页干度≥92%。出干燥部后的纸页进入压光区,对纸页进行压光整饰,压光温度控制在45-110℃,压光压力控制在40-100kN/cm;经过压光后,对纸张进行卷取;即可制得用于保存不含蛋白质类文物制品的无酸内衬纸;
(6) 制得的碱性无酸内衬纸的特性:
定量为12-25g/m2,松厚度不小于1.5cm3/g,水分为5.0-8.0%,碳酸钙含量:0.4-14.0%;白度 (ISO)大于88%,裂断长纵向大于3000m,铁离子含量小于50ppm,铜离子含量小于5ppm;
其中所述步骤(1)中漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆和漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆的卡伯值小于3;所述步骤(2)、(3)、(4)中的打浆用水,辅料稀释和熬制用水,抄纸用水均为去离子水;所述步骤(4)中的抄造纸机可以采用圆网纸机、长网纸机或叠网纸机中的任意一种。
本发明具有如下优点:
(1)浆料无需使用价格昂贵且难于处理的棉浆、麻将等特种纤维,原料来源广、成本低;化学品使用少,污染负荷低。
(2)制得的无酸内衬纸纸质轻柔、细腻,pH值呈碱性,木素含量和金属离子含量极低,可完全满足纸类、棉类、麻类、陶瓷等不含蛋白质类文物制品的内衬包装要求。
(3)本发明生产工艺简单,成本低,易于大规模生产。
具体实施方式
下面根据具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1:
漂白硫酸盐马尾松浆(卡伯值<3)和漂白硫酸盐桉木浆(卡伯值<3)分别在去离子水中打浆至32-36°SR和38-42°SR,然后按70:30重量比进行配浆;在成浆池中分别加入1.2kg/吨浆烷基烯酮二聚体施胶剂、10kg/吨浆玉米阳离子淀粉、80kg/吨浆高纯轻质碳酸钙填料;成浆池中浆料经冲浆泵送入一级三段锥形除渣器进行净化除渣,然后进入除气罐进行脱气处理;之后经压力筛筛选后送入单圆网纸机流浆箱;调整上网浓度为为0.15 %,浆网速比为0.98,车速为60 m/min,抄制定量为14-16g/m2的湿纸页;湿纸页经压榨后进干燥部;干燥部烘缸表面温度控制在70~120℃对纸页进行干燥处理,至纸页干度≥93%;出干燥部纸页进入压光区进行轻微压光处理,压光温度控制在50-60℃,压光压力控制在55-60kN/cm;经过压光后,对纸张进行卷取,即可制得定量为14-16 g/m2,水分为6.0-7.0%,松厚度为1.7-1.8 cm3/g,白度 (ISO)大于88%,碳酸钙含量6-7%,裂断长纵向大于3000m,铁离子含量小于20ppm,铜离子含量小于5ppm的用于包装不含蛋白质的文物制品的无酸内衬纸。
实施例2:
漂白硫酸盐马尾松浆(卡伯值<3)和漂白硫酸盐桉木浆(卡伯值<3)分别在去离子水中打浆至28-30°SR和32-34°SR,然后按50:50重量比进行配浆;在成浆池中分别加入1kg/吨浆烷基烯酮二聚体施胶剂、12kg/吨浆玉米阳离子淀粉、50kg/吨浆高纯轻质碳酸钙填料,浆料经一级三段锥形除渣器进行净化除渣,然后进入除气罐进行脱气处理;之后进入压力筛进行筛选后送入长网纸机流浆箱,调整上网浓度为为0.25%,浆网速比为0.99,车速为300 m/min,抄制定量为22-24 g/m2的湿纸页;出网部后湿纸页经压榨后进干燥部;干燥部烘缸表面温度控制在60~120℃对纸页进行干燥处理,至纸页干度≥93%;出干燥部纸页进入压光区进行压光处理,压光温度控制在60-90℃,压光压力控制在50-60kN/cm;经过压光后,对纸张进行卷取,即可制得定量为22-24g/m2,水分为6.0-7.0%,松厚度为1.8-1.9 cm3/g,白度 (ISO)大于88%,碳酸钙含量4-4.5%,裂断长纵向大于3000m,铁离子含量小于20ppm,铜离子含量小于5ppm的用于包装不含蛋白质的文物制品的无酸内衬纸。
实施例3:
漂白硫酸盐马尾松浆(卡伯值<3)在去离子水中打浆至32-35°SR,以去离子水稀释配浆;在成浆池中分别加入0.8 kg/吨浆烷基烯酮二聚体施胶剂、10kg/吨浆马铃薯阳离子淀粉、120 kg/吨浆高纯轻质碳酸钙填料;浆料经净化除渣、脱气、压力筛选后送入夹网纸机流浆箱,调整上网浓度为为0.22%,浆网速比为1.01,车速为300 m/min,抄制定量为18-20g/m2的湿纸页;出网部后湿纸页经五辊三压区复合压榨后进干燥部;干燥部烘缸表面温度控制在70~115℃对纸页进行干燥处理,至纸页干度≥93%;出干燥部纸页进入压光区进行压光处理,压光温度控制在60-80℃,压光压力控制在50-60kN/cm;经过压光后,对纸张进行卷取,即可制得定量为18-20 g/m2,水分为6.0-7.0%,松厚度为1.6-1.7 cm3/g,白度 (ISO)大于88%,碳酸钙含量9-10%,裂断长纵向大于3000m,铁离子含量小于20ppm,铜离子含量小于5ppm的用于包装不含蛋白质的文物制品的无酸内衬纸。

Claims (1)
1.一种文物保护用无酸内衬纸的制造方法,包括使用漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆、漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆经分别打浆、配浆及辅料加入、湿纸页抄造、干燥、压光工艺步骤,其特征在于:
(1) 浆料重量配比:漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆:漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆为(50~100):(0-50);
(2) 浆料打浆后打浆度:漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆20-45°SR;漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆25-55°SR;
(3) 辅料对绝干浆用量为:(a) 施胶剂烷基烯酮二聚体重量比0~0.25%; (b) 阳离子淀粉重量比0~1.5%;(c)碳酸钙填料重量比0.5~15.0%;
(4) 湿纸页抄造
将上述原料用去离子水配置成浆料,经过净化、除气、筛选等工序处理后,进行湿纸页抄造;调节纸机抄造工艺参数,上网浓度:0.1-0.3%;浆网速比:0.98-1.10;操作车速30-800m/min;抄制定量12-25 g/m2的湿纸页;湿纸页经压榨部脱水后进干燥部;
(5) 干燥压光
对压榨部进入的湿纸页进行干燥,控制烘缸表面温度在55-120℃,出干燥部纸页干度≥92%;
出干燥部后的纸页进入压光区,对纸页进行压光整饰,压光温度控制在45-110℃,压光压力控制在40-100kN/cm;经过压光后,对纸张进行卷取;即可制得用于保存不含蛋白质类文物制品的无酸内衬纸;
(6) 制得的碱性无酸内衬纸的特性:
定量为12-25g/m2,松厚度不小于1.5cm3/g,水分为5.0-8.0%,碳酸钙含量:0.4-14.0%;白度 (ISO)大于88%,裂断长纵向大于3000m,铁离子含量小于50ppm,铜离子含量小于5ppm;
其中所述步骤(1)中漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆和漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆的卡伯值小于3;所述步骤(2)、(3)、(4)中的打浆用水,辅料稀释和熬制用水,抄纸用水均为去离子水;所述步骤(4)中的抄造纸机采用圆网纸机、长网纸机或叠网纸机中的任意一种。
