本发明涉及一种低克重条盒纸原纸及其生产方法和应用,先将漂白阔叶木化机浆浆板和漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆浆板混合后碎解,得到浆料A;将浆料A进行脱水并磨浆,得到浆料B;调节浆料B的浓度为0.5~1.0%,得到浆料C;再加入浆料C质量分数2.25~6.15%的助剂,混合均匀得到浆料D;利用浆料D依次进行上网成形、脱水、压榨和干燥,得到低克重条盒纸原纸。本发明将漂白阔叶木化机浆浆板和漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆浆板原料混合后碎解,再进行磨浆,调节磨后浆料浓度,再加入助剂,混合均匀后在造纸机上抄成纸张,得到了低定量条盒纸,本发明能够在保证纸张挺度和强度的基础上,改进条盒纸原纸的生产工艺,生产出高挺度低定量的条盒纸原纸。

技术领域
本发明属于造纸技术领域,具体涉及一种低克重条盒纸原纸及其生产方法和应用。
背景技术
包装作为商品的组成部分,在激烈的市场竞争中具有促进消费的作用,同时也造成了资源浪费,导致产品的成本上升,竞争力下降。在包装设计方面,推行“轻、薄、小”的理念,不但使消费者可以轻松打开简单的包装,还可以减少废弃物的污染。低定量白卡纸是小型高档商品及高附加值产品的重要外包装材料,在香烟、化妆品、医药、高档礼品等的包装中,每年需求量达数百万吨。目前,用于烟包的白卡纸(条盒纸)多是定量为220~230g/m2的单面涂布白卡纸。按照国内目前的白卡纸生产工艺,降低白卡纸的定量则不能满足条盒纸高挺度的质量要求。
申请号201210584457.2专利发明提供了一种低定量的白卡纸及其生产工艺,包括原纸与涂布层,所述原纸由依次叠加的面层、芯层和底层组成,芯层采用BCTMP浆、漂白化学浆、损纸构成,所述BCTMP浆中添加有纤维改性酶。该方法可以获得良好的纤维强度,增强成纸间结合强度,但是需要面层、芯层和底层三层复合,所需浆料多,制作相对复杂,成本相对较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种低克重条盒纸原纸及其生产方法和应用,生产出高挺度低定量的条盒纸原纸,且能够应用于制备低定量白卡纸。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
包括以下步骤:
(1)将漂白阔叶木化机浆浆板和漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆浆板混合后碎解,得到浆料A;
(2)将浆料A进行脱水并磨浆,得到浆料B;
(3)调节浆料B的浓度为0.5~1.0%,得到浆料C;再加入浆料C质量分数2.25~6.15%的助剂,混合均匀得到浆料D;
(4)利用浆料D依次进行上网成形、脱水、压榨和干燥,得到低克重条盒纸原纸。
进一步地,步骤(1)中漂白阔叶木化机浆浆板和漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆浆板按质量比为5:5~8:2混合。
进一步地,步骤(2)中脱水到浆料浓度为6%~15%,磨浆浓度为6%~15%。
进一步地,步骤(2)中浆料B的打浆度为40°SR~45°SR。
进一步地,步骤(3)中助剂包括加入量分别占漂白阔叶木化机浆浆板和漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆浆板绝干总质量0.6~2.0%的增湿强剂、1.0~3.0%的阳离子淀粉、0.5~0.9%的助挺剂以及0.15~0.25%的施胶剂。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益的技术效果:
本发明将漂白阔叶木化机浆浆板和漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆浆板原料混合后碎解,再进行磨浆,调节磨后浆料浓度,再加入助剂,混合均匀后在造纸机上抄成纸张,得到了低定量条盒纸,本发明能够在保证纸张挺度和强度的基础上,改进条盒纸原纸的生产工艺,生产出高挺度低定量的条盒纸原纸。
进一步地,本发明采用单层抄造成型,不需要分层抄造,抄造工艺简单,大大减少了时间和成本。
采用本发明方法制造的条盒纸原纸具有低定量、高挺度和较好的机械强度等特点,原纸定量在150.8~152.8g/m2之间,挺度能够大于2.9mN·m,抗张强度大于3.83KN/m,耐破指数大于3.80kPa·m2/g。
本发明原纸经过一次底涂两次面涂的正面涂布工艺,可得定量为191.5g/m2的低定量白卡纸,其抗张强度大于4.69KN/m,挺度大于6.05mN·m,层间结合强度大于138J/m2,耐折度在100次以上,Cobb值在26.4~28.0g/㎡。
具体实施方式
本发明的制备方法是:
1)首先,把原料漂白阔叶木化机浆浆板和漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆浆板按照一定的配比加入水力碎浆机,在漂白阔叶木化机浆浆板和漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆浆板总质量浓度为3~5%下充分碎解,直至纤维分散均匀;其中,原料漂白阔叶木化机浆浆板和漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆浆板之间的配比是工艺的关键,漂白阔叶木化机浆浆板占漂白阔叶木化机浆浆板和漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆板总质量的50~80%;
2)其次,碎解好的浆料经过螺旋挤压脱水到浆料浓度为6%~15%,并输送到高浓贮浆塔备用,高浓贮浆塔是为了保证生产的连续性和产品的稳定性;
3)然后,把高浓贮浆塔的浆料用螺旋输送到中浓磨浆机进行混合磨浆,调节磨浆浓度为6%~15%(质量分数),磨浆后的打浆度为40°SR~45°SR,磨后的浆料送入磨后贮浆池;其中,磨浆浓度优选为10%(质量分数)。
4)调节浆料浓度为0.5~1.0%,加入增湿强剂PAE 0.6~2.0%、阳离子淀粉1.0~3.0%、助挺剂0.5~0.9%、施胶剂AKD 0.15~0.25%,混合均匀;其中,各化学药品的加入量均是相对于起始绝干纤维浆料的质量分数,其中起始绝干纤维浆料是指漂白阔叶木化机浆浆板和漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆浆板的绝干总质量;助挺剂来自青州金昊化工有限公司,固含量为40%。
5)最后,在造纸机上上网成形、脱水、压榨和干燥,得到低克重条盒纸原纸。纸页成型是单层抄造成型,不需要分层抄造,抄纸工艺简单。
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
实施例1:
1)首先,把漂白阔叶木化机浆浆板和漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆浆板按照7:3的配比加入水力碎浆机充分碎解;
2)其次,碎解好的浆料经过螺旋挤压脱水并输送到高浓贮浆塔备用,高浓贮浆塔是为了保证生产的连续性和产品的稳定性;
3)然后,把高浓贮浆塔的浆料用螺旋输送到中浓磨浆机进行磨浆,磨浆浓度10%(质量分数),磨浆后的打浆度为40°SR,磨后的浆料送入磨后贮浆池;
4)调节浆料浓度为0.8%,加入相对起始绝干纤维浆料质量0.8%的增湿强剂PAE、1.5%的阳离子淀粉、0.8%的助挺剂和0.25%的施胶剂AKD,混合均匀;
5)最后,在造纸机上上网成形、脱水、压榨和干燥,干燥曲线采用70-110-70℃,成纸干度93%左右,得到低克重条盒纸原纸。
用上述方法生产的纸张具有较高的挺度和较好的机械强度,定量151.6g/m2的原纸挺度大于2.75mN·m,抗张强度大于3.63KN/m,耐破指数大于3.30kPa·m2/g。
得到的低克重条盒纸经过一次底涂两次面涂的正面涂布工艺,再干燥、卷纸、按需要打包、成品入库,可得定量为193.5g/m2的低定量白卡纸,其抗张强度大于4.15KN/m,挺度大于5.43mN·m,层间结合强度大于112J/m2,耐折度在100次以上,Cobb值小于28.0g/㎡。
涂布时:
(1)底涂涂料:定量分散剂加入适量水→搅拌→碳酸钙(研磨成粉末,加入后搅拌)→二级瓷土(研磨成粉末,加入后搅拌)→润滑剂→抗水剂→胶乳→尿素→品蓝→CMC→增白剂(先用热水溶解)→AC-05消泡剂→调节pH搅拌备用。
(2)面涂涂料:一定量分散剂加入适量水→搅拌→碳酸钙(研磨成粉末,加入后搅拌)→一级瓷土(研磨成粉末,加入后搅拌)→抗水剂→胶乳→尿素→品蓝→CMC→增白剂(先用热水溶解)→AC-05消泡剂→调节pH搅拌后备用。
(3)涂布量:涂布量约40-50g/m2。
实施例2:
1)首先,把漂白阔叶木化机浆浆板、漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆浆板按照7:3的配比加入水力碎浆机充分碎解;
2)其次,碎解好的浆料经过螺旋挤压脱水并输送到高浓贮浆塔备用,高浓贮浆塔是为了保证生产的连续性和产品的稳定性;
3)然后,把高浓贮浆塔的浆料用螺旋输送到中浓磨浆机进行磨浆,磨浆浓度6%(质量分数),磨浆后的打浆度为42°SR,磨后的浆料送入磨后贮浆池;
4)调节浆料浓度为0.5%,加入相对起始绝干纤维浆料质量0.6%的增湿强剂PAE、3%的阳离子淀粉、0.5%的助挺剂和0.15%的施胶剂AKD,混合均匀;
5)最后,在造纸机上上网成形、脱水、压榨和干燥,干燥曲线采用70-110-70℃,成纸干度94%左右,得到低克重条盒纸原纸,对原纸依次进行涂布、再干燥、卷纸、按需要打包、成品入库。
用上述方法生产的纸张具有较高的挺度和较好的机械强度,定量150.8g/m2的原纸挺度大于2.90mN·m,抗张强度大于3.83KN/m,耐破指数大于3.80kPa·m2/g。经过一次底涂两次面涂的正面涂布工艺,可得定量为191.5g/m2的低定量白卡纸,其抗张强度大于4.69KN/m,挺度大于6.05mN·m,层间结合强度大于138J/m2,耐折度在100次以上,Cobb值小于27.0g/㎡。

1)首先,把漂白阔叶木化机浆浆板、漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆浆板按照7:3的配比加入水力碎浆机充分碎解;
2)其次,碎解好的浆料经过螺旋挤压脱水并输送到高浓贮浆塔备用,高浓贮浆塔是为了保证生产的连续性和产品的稳定性;
3)然后,把高浓贮浆塔的浆料用螺旋输送到中浓磨浆机进行磨浆,磨浆浓度15%(质量分数),磨浆后的打浆度为45°SR,磨后的浆料送入磨后贮浆池;
4)调节浆料浓度为1.0%,加入相对起始绝干纤维浆料质量1.5%的增湿强剂PAE、2.0%的阳离子淀粉、0.9%的助挺剂、0.2%的施胶剂AKD,混合均匀;
5)最后,在造纸机上上网成形、脱水、压榨和干燥,干燥曲线采用70-110-70℃,成纸干度92%左右,得到低克重条盒纸原纸,对原纸依次进行涂布、再干燥、卷纸、按需要打包、成品入库。
用上述方法生产的纸张具有较高的挺度和较好的机械强度,定量151.0g/m2的原纸挺度大于2.79mN·m,抗张强度大于3.80KN/m,耐破指数大于3.67kPa·m2/g。经过一次底涂两次面涂的正面涂布工艺,可得定量为192.0g/m2的低定量白卡纸,其抗张强度大于4.50KN/m,挺度大于5.30mN·m,层间结合强度大于145J/m2,耐折度在100次以上,Cobb值小于28.0g/㎡。
实施例4:
1)首先,把漂白阔叶木化机浆浆板、漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆浆板按照7:3的配比加入水力碎浆机充分碎解;

3)然后,把高浓贮浆塔的浆料用螺旋输送到中浓磨浆机进行磨浆,磨浆浓度8%(质量分数),磨浆后的打浆度为45°SR,磨后的浆料送入磨后贮浆池;
4)调节浆料浓度为0.9%,加入相对起始绝干纤维浆料质量2%的增湿强剂PAE、1%的阳离子淀粉、0.7%的助挺剂、0.2%的施胶剂AKD,混合均匀;
5)最后,在造纸机上上网成形、脱水、压榨和干燥,干燥曲线采用70-110-70℃,成纸干度93.5%左右,得到低克重条盒纸原纸,对原纸依次进行涂布、再干燥、卷纸、按需要打包、成品入库。
用上述方法生产的纸张具有较高的挺度和较好的机械强度,定量152.0g/m2的原纸挺度大于2.56mN·m,抗张强度大于3.82KN/m,耐破指数大于3.71kPa·m2/g。经过一次底涂两次面涂的正面涂布工艺,可得定量为193.0g/m2的低定量白卡纸,其抗张强度大于4.52KN/m,挺度大于4.90mN·m,层间结合强度大于130J/m2,耐折度在100次以上,Cobb值小于26.4g/㎡。
实施例5:
1)首先,把漂白阔叶木化机浆浆板、漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆浆板按照分别按照5:5、6:4、7:3和8:2的配比加入水力碎浆机充分碎解;
2)其次,碎解好的浆料经过螺旋挤压脱水并输送到高浓贮浆塔备用,高浓贮浆塔是为了保证生产的连续性和产品的稳定性;
3)然后,把高浓贮浆塔的浆料用螺旋输送到中浓磨浆机进行磨浆,磨浆浓度12%(质量分数),磨浆后的打浆度为43°SR,磨后的浆料送入磨后贮浆池;
4)调节浆料浓度为0.6%,加入相对起始绝干纤维浆料质量1.2%的增湿强剂PAE、2.5%的阳离子淀粉、0.6%的助挺剂、0.18%的施胶剂AKD,混合均匀;
5)最后,在造纸机上上网成形、脱水、压榨和干燥,干燥曲线采用70-110-70℃,成纸干度93.2%左右,得到低克重条盒纸原纸。
对所得的原纸进行测试,结果如下表1所示。

由表1可知,漂白阔叶木化机浆浆板和漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆板的质量配比为7:3,即漂白阔叶木化机浆浆板占漂白阔叶木化机浆浆板和漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆板总质量的70%时,可获得较佳纸张强度和挺度。
采用本发明方法制造的条盒纸原纸具有低定量、高挺度和较好的机械强度等特点,原纸定量在150.8~152.8g/m2之间,挺度在2.21~2.9mN·m,抗张强度在3.63~3.83KN/m,耐破指数在3.3~3.80kPa·m2/g。
Claims (4)
1.一种低克重条盒纸原纸的生产方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)按5:5~8:2的质量比,将漂白阔叶木化机浆浆板和漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆浆板混合后碎解,得到浆料A;
(2)将浆料A进行脱水并磨浆,脱水到浆料浓度为6%~15%,磨浆浓度为 6%~15%,得到浆料B,浆料B的打浆度为40ºSR~45ºSR;
(3)调节浆料B的浓度为0.5~1.0%,得到浆料C;再加入浆料C质量分数2.25~6.15%的助剂,混合均匀得到浆料D;
所述的助剂包括加入量分别占漂白阔叶木化机浆浆板和漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆浆板绝干总质量0.6~2.0%的增湿强剂、1.0~3.0%的阳离子淀粉、0.5~0.9%的助挺剂以及0.15~0.25%的施胶剂,增湿强剂为PAE,施胶剂为AKD;
(4)利用浆料D依次进行上网成形、脱水、压榨和干燥,得到定量在150.8~152.8g/m2的低克重条盒纸原纸;
其中上网成形采用单层抄造成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低克重条盒纸原纸的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中低克重条盒纸原纸的干度在92~94%。
3.采用如权利要求1所述生产方法得到的低克重条盒纸原纸。
4.如权利要求3所述低克重条盒纸原纸在制备低定量白卡纸中的应用。
