本发明涉及农药领域,尤其是涉及一种种衣剂,特别是一种含有咯菌腈、苯醚甲环唑和吡虫啉的悬浮种衣剂。
背景技术

苯醚甲环唑是一种广谱高效的杀菌剂,主要抑制抑制病菌细胞麦角甾醇的生物合成,从而破坏细胞膜结构与功能,主要用于果树、蔬菜、小麦、马铃薯、豆类、瓜类等作物,对蔬菜和瓜果等多种真菌性病害具有很好的保护和治疗作用。

本发明的目的在于提供一种含有咯菌腈、苯醚甲环唑和吡虫啉的悬浮种衣剂,用该种衣剂对种子进行包衣处理,具有杀虫杀菌的效果,能提高种子的发芽率,保证苗期作物不受病虫害的危害,且能减少药剂用量,虫病兼治,降低成本,并且无环境污染。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。
依据本发明提出的一种含有咯菌腈、苯醚甲环唑和吡虫啉的悬浮种衣剂,其中,包括咯菌腈、苯醚甲环唑、吡虫啉、消泡剂、成膜剂、增稠剂、稳定剂、分散剂、乳化剂、防腐剂和水。

将以上成分混合后研磨6h,平均粒径小于5um。
实施例3:43%的咯菌腈·苯醚甲环唑·吡虫啉悬浮种衣剂
各组分含量为:咯菌腈30%,苯醚甲环唑8%,吡虫啉5%,消泡剂1%,成膜剂5%,增稠剂3%,稳定剂3%,分散剂2%,乳化剂4%,防腐剂2%,水37%。
将以上成分混合后研磨6h,平均粒径小于5um。
实施例4:39%的咯菌腈·苯醚甲环唑·吡虫啉悬浮种衣剂
各组分含量为:咯菌腈25%,苯醚甲环唑5%,吡虫啉9%,消泡剂1%,成膜剂5%,增稠剂2%,稳定剂3%,分散剂4%,乳化剂5%,防腐剂3%,水38%。
将以上成分混合后研磨6h,平均粒径小于5um。
对上述实施例所得产品进行室内发芽率和发芽势检测及田间药效调查,步骤如下:
(1)首先,对种子进行拌种,精选饱满的种子,各个处理按照药种比为1:60,称好后放入培养皿中,盖上盖子,充分摇动,使种子包衣均匀,晾干。
(2)室内发芽率和发芽势调查,每次处理选取100粒饱满的种子,在室内进行实验。
(3)田间药效调查,选取小麦为实验对象,考察防虫效果。
结果如下:

从表1可以看出,本发明的种衣剂对种子包衣后,对其发芽率和发芽势无不良影响。

上述实验结果表明,本发明的悬浮种衣剂对病害的防治非常有效,实施例2-4的效果更加显著。

Claims (5)
1.一种含有咯菌腈、苯醚甲环唑和吡虫啉的悬浮种衣剂,其特征在于其包括咯菌腈、苯醚甲环唑、吡虫啉、消泡剂、成膜剂、增稠剂、稳定剂、分散剂、乳化剂、防腐剂和水。
2.如权利要求1所述的悬浮种衣剂,其特征在于各成分的重量含量为:咯菌腈15-30%,苯醚甲环唑5-10%,吡虫啉1-9%,消泡剂1-2%,成膜剂5-10%,增稠剂2-4%,稳定剂3-6%,分散剂2-8%,乳化剂4-7%,防腐剂2-4%,其余为水。
3.如权利要求1所述的悬浮种衣剂,其特征在于各成分的重量含量为:咯菌腈25%,苯醚甲环唑5%,吡虫啉9%,消泡剂1%,成膜剂5%,增稠剂2%,稳定剂3%,分散剂4%,乳化剂5%,防腐剂3%,水38%。
4.如权利要求1所述的悬浮种衣剂,其特征在于所述消泡剂为聚氧丙烯甘油醚。
5.如权利要求1所述的悬浮种衣剂,其特征在于所述成膜剂为丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸丁酯-苯乙烯共聚物。
