Abstract
本发明提供一种纯天然水溶性人体润滑剂,由如下质量百分比的组分组成:胶凝剂:1%~10%,乳化剂:1%~10%,增稠剂:0.5%~2%,纯蜂蜜:0.1%~1%,植物提取润滑液:0.5%~10%,调理剂:0.5%~2%,余量为灭菌去离子水。本发明的润滑剂具有优异的润滑性能,稳定性好,安全环保;其中的植物提取润滑液采用“机械筛分过滤—微滤—反渗透浓缩提纯”的三级过滤工艺制备,保留了最具实用价值的活性组分;采用抽真空与加热相结合的方式提升了产品性能;具有杀菌、消炎、抑制炎症扩散、引流分泌物、促进局部新陈代谢、收敛创口、防止病变及肿瘤的发生等多重功效。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械润滑剂技术领域,具体地说,是关于一种纯天然水溶性人体润滑剂及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
在医疗器械(内窥镜、阴道镜、宫颈钳、医用导管等诊断器械)进入腔道的过程中,往往需要在医疗器械表面涂布适量的润滑剂,以减少器械对人体组织的损伤,目前大部分医院妇科门诊、住院部还在使用轻质液体石蜡油、凡士林等作为润滑剂,液态石蜡油和凡士林不仅难以清洗,还对体腔等组织产生一定的刺激性,且容易滋生霉菌。以往医疗用的人体润滑剂大多为油性的润滑剂,由于油性润滑剂的极性较小,所以对大多数高分子材料存在着相溶的化学特性对高分子材料制成的各种医疗器械、用品和用具产生腐蚀性破坏作用。此外,油溶性的润滑剂由不稳定的反应物质产生,其稳定度差,使用了润滑剂的医疗器械需要每天或者更为频繁的使用涂覆溶液,从而增加了使用成本。
水溶性润滑剂约80%的成分是水,所用的原料也都是水溶性高分子原料,辅助以少量的防腐剂,易于清洗,易于降解,绿色环保,其自身稳定性较好且对各种医疗器械均无腐蚀,使用水溶性润滑剂润滑后的体腔器械在导入时不但能保证起到优异的润滑作用,而且对人体无刺激和毒副作用。因此水溶性润滑剂是润滑剂的新的发展方向。
中国专利CN 1225291公布了一种水溶性润滑剂的生产方法,其主要原料及配比为:甘油:10~20%、丙二醇:0~5%、芦荟粉:1~1.2%、羟乙基纤维素:0.8~1.7%、防腐剂:0.3~1.5%,其余为水。此方法制备的人体润滑剂虽然水溶性比较好,但是从配方中就可以看出,主要成分是大量的甘油和丙二醇等石油工业的下游裂解产品,长期使用会对某些塑料或者乳胶类的器材有严重的损害作用。
中国专利CN 103203042A公布了一种水溶性医用润滑剂的制备方法,其主要原料及配比为:医用甘油:0.3%~1.5%、聚乙二醇-300:3%~12%、聚乙二醇-1450:4%~10%、卡波姆:0.5%~1.5%、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯:0.001%~0.05%、氢氧化钠:0.1%~0.5%、余量为去离子水。此方法不失为一种比较好的制备水溶性凝胶润滑剂的方法,但是从配方中也可以看出所用原料主要是通过高分子合成的水溶性聚合物,使用的凝胶基质为卡波姆,而卡波姆在碱性条件下才能够成为凝胶状,因此需要加入氢氧化钠或者氢氧化钾调整润滑剂至碱性,但氢氧化钠或者氢氧化钾会增加医疗器械对黏膜的刺激性。
美国专利US 5688747公布了一种以有机硅作为润滑成分制备的用于导管等医疗器械表面处理的水基润滑剂的制备方法,其主要缺点在于有机硅类稳定性差,在环境中易积聚从而对生态环境造成破坏。
因此,研发一种水溶性人体润滑剂,具有优异的润滑性能,不仅对人体刺激性小,而且稳定性好,安全环保就具有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种纯天然水溶性人体润滑剂,以克服现有技术中的缺陷,具有润滑性能优异,对人体刺激性小,且稳定性好,安全环保的特点,同时还具有消毒杀菌的功效。
本发明的第二个目的在于提供所述的纯天然水溶性人体润滑剂的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种纯天然水溶性人体润滑剂,由如下质量百分比的组分组成:
胶凝剂:1%~10%;
乳化剂:1%~10%;
增稠剂:0.5%~2%;
纯蜂蜜:0.1%~1%;
植物提取润滑液:0.5%~10%;
调理剂:0.5%~2%;
余量为灭菌去离子水。
所述胶凝剂选自鹿耳菜胶、果胶和黄鳍胶中的至少一种。
所述乳化剂选自葡萄糖苷、黄芪胶和蔗糖脂肪酸单酯中的至少一种。
所述增稠剂选自黄原胶和羟丙基甲基纤维素中的一种。
所述植物提取润滑液选自芦荟提取液、秋葵提取液和山药提取液中的至少一种。
所述调理剂选自蜂毒、维生素E和水杨酸中的至少一种。
所述植物提取润滑液的制备包括如下步骤:
1)、将植物原料洗净,风干,粉碎得粗粉,加入粗粉2倍质量的无菌水浸泡24h,然后用滤筛过滤,得到初提取液;
2)、采用微孔滤膜对步骤1)的初提取液进行过滤,得到植物提取液;
3)、采用反渗透法对步骤2)的植物提取液进行提纯,得到植物提取润滑液。

1)、盛有灭菌去离子水的真空凝胶反应釜抽真空,控制真空度为0.1MPa,在不断搅拌下依次加入配方量的胶凝剂和乳化剂,控制温度为60℃~80℃,转速为500r/min,搅拌至完全溶解;
2)、称取配方量的植物提取润滑液、增稠剂、纯蜂蜜和调理剂依次加入真空凝胶反应釜中,保温反应,并控制真空度为0.1MPa,充分搅拌至完全混合均匀,得到本发明的纯天然水溶性人体润滑剂;
3)、检测步骤2)制备的纯天然水溶性人体润滑剂的黏度、微生物限量和pH值,合格后采用钴60γ进行辐射灭菌,封装,入库。
所述的纯天然水溶性人体润滑剂的黏度为15~25Pa.s,pH值为5.5~6.5。
所述的纯天然水溶性人体润滑剂在医疗器械润滑中的应用。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1)本发明的纯天然水溶性人体润滑剂配方纯天然,无化学添加,具有优异的润滑性能,且无刺激性,稳定性好,安全环保;
2)本发明的纯天然水溶性人体润滑剂采用抽真空与加热相结合的方式保证了润滑剂制备过程中产生的气泡的顺利逸出,使得产品包裹结合更为紧密,提升了产品的性能。
3)植物提取润滑液采用“机械筛分过滤—微滤—反渗透浓缩提纯”的三级过滤工艺制备,保留了最具实用价值的活性组分,纯天然水溶性人体润滑剂还具有杀菌、消炎、抑制炎症扩散、引流分泌物、促进局部新陈代谢、收敛创口及防止病变和肿瘤的发生等多重功效。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例,对本发明做进一步说明。应理解,以下实施例仅用于说明本发明而非用于限制本发明的范围。
本发明中的所有原料均为市售,其中:反渗透膜为HYDRAcap60节能型超滤复合膜。
测试方法及标准:
产品的黏度、微生物限量和pH值的检测依据《中国药典》(2010年)中对凝胶制剂相关要求及检测方法进行检测。
产品稳定性的检测依据《中国药典》(2010年)中附录XIXC“原料药与药物制剂稳定性试验指导原则”中第三法“长期试验”法进行检测。
纯天然水溶性人体润滑剂配方:
经过大量试验,优选出纯天然水溶性人体润滑剂配方,具体如表1所示。

植物提取润滑液的制备:
1)、植物原料经无菌水清洗干净,风干,高速粉碎机粉碎,得粗粉,向粗粉中加入质量为粗粉质量2倍的无菌水,浸泡24h,然后用300目的滤筛过滤,得到初提取液;
2)、采用孔径为0.8μm的微孔滤膜过滤步骤1)的初提取液,滤除机械微粒,得到植物提取液;
3)采用反渗透法提纯步骤2)的植物提取液,选择性除去水、花色苷等杂质,得到植物提取润滑液。
实施例1-7:纯天然水溶性人体润滑剂的制备
纯天然水溶性人体润滑剂的具体制备步骤如下:
1)、盛有灭菌去离子水的真空凝胶反应釜抽真空,在不断搅拌下依次加入配方量的胶凝剂和乳化剂,控制真空度为0.1MPa,控制温度为60℃~80℃,转速为500r/min,搅拌3h,使得胶凝剂和乳化剂完全溶解;
2)、称取配方量的植物提取润滑液、增稠剂、纯蜂蜜和调理剂依次加入真空凝胶反应釜中,加料过程中保持抽真空的状态,降低转速至300r/min,控制温度在60℃~80℃保温反应5h,充分搅拌至完全混合均匀,搅拌过程中控制反应釜中的真空度为0.1MPa,得到本发明的纯天然水溶性人体润滑剂产品。
3)、检测产品的黏度、pH值和微生物限量,合格后采用钴60γ进行辐射灭菌,封装,入库。
纯天然水溶性人体润滑剂制备工艺参数如表2所示:

实施例8:刺激性及润滑性测试
分别使用本发明实施例1-7制备的纯天然水溶性人体润滑剂以及常规人体润滑剂涂进行对比测试,检测涂抹润滑剂的导液管对体腔黏膜的刺激性以及导液管的渗透力和牵引力,刺激性评分及力的大小(单位N)如表3和表4所示:

从表3和表4的结果可看出,涂抹本发明的纯天然水溶性人体润滑剂的导液管的刺激性评分以及渗透力和牵引力均显著低于对照组。本发明的纯天然水溶性人体润滑剂的刺激性为常规润滑剂刺激性的67.25~70%,渗透力约为常规润滑剂渗透力的66%,牵引力约为常规润滑剂的牵引力的46%,说明本发明的纯天然水溶性人体润滑剂产品使用安全,刺激性小,润滑性能优异。
实施例9:稳定性测试
分别对实施例1-7制备的纯天然水溶性人体润滑剂进行稳定性试验,检测各实施例制备的产品在第0月、第3月、第6月、第9月、第12月、第18月、第24月、第36月的稳定性,测试结果显示,各实施例制备的产品均为无色透明且均一的凝胶体,无分层,说明本发明的纯天然水溶性人体润滑剂稳定性好,保质期长达36个月以上。
以上对本发明的具体实施例进行了详细描述,但其只作为范例,本发明并不限制于以上描述的具体实施例。对于本领域技术人员而言,任何对该发明进行的等同修改和替代也都在本发明的范畴之中。因此,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围下所作的均等变换和修改,都应涵盖在本发明的范围内。
Claims (3)
1.一种纯天然水溶性人体润滑剂,其特征在于,由如下质量百分比的组分组成:
胶凝剂:1%~5%;
乳化剂:1%~7%;
增稠剂:0.5%~2%;
纯蜂蜜:0.1%~1%;
植物提取润滑液:0.5%~5%;
调理剂:1%~2%;
余量为灭菌去离子水;
所述植物提取润滑液选自芦荟提取液、秋葵提取液和山药提取液中的至少一种;
所述调理剂选自蜂毒、维生素E和水杨酸中的至少一种;
所述胶凝剂选自鹿耳菜胶、果胶和黄鳍胶中的至少一种;
所述乳化剂选自葡萄糖苷、黄芪胶和蔗糖脂肪酸单酯中的至少一种;
所述增稠剂选自黄原胶和羟丙基甲基纤维素中的一种;
所述的纯天然水溶性人体润滑剂的制备方法,包括如下工艺步骤:
1)、盛有灭菌去离子水的真空凝胶反应釜抽真空,控制真空度为0.1MPa,在不断搅拌下依次加入配方量的胶凝剂和乳化剂,控制温度为60℃~80℃,转速为500r/min,搅拌至完全溶解;
2)、称取配方量的植物提取润滑液、增稠剂、纯蜂蜜和调理剂依次加入真空凝胶反应釜中,保温反应,并控制真空度为0.1MPa,充分搅拌至完全混合均匀,得到纯天然水溶性人体润滑剂;
3)、检测步骤2)制备的纯天然水溶性人体润滑剂的黏度、微生物限量和pH值,合格后采用钴60γ进行辐射灭菌,封装,入库;
所述的纯天然水溶性人体润滑剂的黏度为15~25Pa.s,pH值为5.5~6.5。
2.如权利要求1所述的纯天然水溶性人体润滑剂,其特征在于,所述植物提取润滑液的制备包括如下步骤:
1)、将植物原料洗净,风干,粉碎得粗粉,加入粗粉2倍质量的无菌水浸泡24h,然后用滤筛过滤,得到初提取液;
2)、采用微孔滤膜对步骤1)的初提取液进行过滤,得到植物提取液;
3)、采用反渗透法对步骤2)的植物提取液进行提纯,得到植物提取润滑液。
3.如权利要求1-2中任一项所述的纯天然水溶性人体润滑剂在医疗器械润滑中的应用,所述医疗器械为需要进入腔道的诊断器械。
