Abstract
本发明涉及一种注塑机润滑油,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:矿物基础油85‑95份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚15‑25份、六氯环戊二烯3‑5份、乙二硫醇3‑5份、烷基化二苯胺5‑10份、石墨烯10‑15份、改性锆英石粉5‑10份、氨基甲酸甲酯1‑3份与苯并咪唑2‑4份。本发明的润滑油具有良好的抗磨性、抗锈蚀性、热稳定性、抗泡性,密封适应性能好、具有较高清洁度,能满足注塑机液压系统对润滑油的要求。使润滑油本身具有较强附着力以使油不易快速流失,本发明制备方法简单、便于工业化生产、成本低。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑油,尤其涉及一种防锈、抗氧化、极压抗磨性能好的注塑机润滑油。
背景技术
注射成型机,简称注射机或注塑机,是将热塑性塑料或热固性料利用塑料成型模具制成各种形状的塑料制品的主要成型设备。注塑机被广泛应用于国防、机电、汽车、交通运输、建材、包装、农业、文教卫生及人们日常生活各个领域,在塑料工业迅速发展的今天,注塑机不论在数量上或品种上都占有重要地位,其生产总数占整个塑料成型设备的20%--30%,从而成为目前塑料机械中增长最快,生产数量最多的机种之一。目前,我国注塑机制造能力已跃居世界首位,塑料机械主要分布在东南沿海、珠江三角洲一带,其中浙江宁波地区发展势头最猛,现已成为中国最大的注塑机生产基地,年生产量占国内注塑机年总量的1/2以上,占世界注塑机总产量的1/3。
润滑油是一种技术密集型产品,是复杂的碳氢化合物的混合物,而其真正使用性能又是复杂的物理或化学变化过程的综合效应。润滑油的基本性能包括一般理化性能、特殊理化性能和模拟台架试验。每一类润滑油脂都有其共同的一般理化性能,以表明该产品的内在质量。作润滑剂用的油(如石油的蒸馏物或脂肪质);涂在机器轴承或者人体某个部位等运动部分表面的油状液体。有减少摩擦、避免发热、防止机器磨损以及医学用途等作用。一般是分馏石油的产物,也有从动植物油中提炼的。
对于注塑机关节来说,其对润滑油性能的要求是产品具有特别优异的极压抗磨性能、抗水性、良好的泵送性能,同时具备防锈、抗氧化等特点,能在极高的压力下保护设备不磨损。同时还需重点考虑到注塑机关节的结构特点,其本身的较强附着力使油脂不易快速流失。润滑油的主要功效是润滑和密封,当润滑油起密封作用时,其对于防水性能的要求会更高。在润滑油中添加适合的固体粉末来提高防水性能不失为一种不错的方法,比如发明申请CN01115610.4提供一种用于燃气管道阀门的润滑脂,其组成添加了0-30%的云母粉、碳酸钙或磷酸钙,优选添加的是云母粉,这种润滑脂特点是滴点高、阻燃性和绝缘性好,但是其生产成本高,因此并不适于做注塑机关节专用润滑脂;发明申请CN200610113499公开一种抗水润滑脂,添加了二硫化钼、二硫化钨、鳞片石墨、胶体石油墨、微粉石墨、云母粉、滑石粉、氟化钙、碳酸钙、碳酸钡、硫代锑酸锑、铜粉、铝粉、铅粉、硫化二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸钼中的一种以上,这种润滑油主要是用于水下工况的要求,因此不适宜用做注塑机关节润滑脂;发明申请CN200810057199提供一种开式齿轮润滑脂组合物,其添加了石墨、二硫化钼、聚四氟乙烯、二硫化钨、三聚氰胺、碳酸钙、磷酸钙、硫酸钙、硫酸钡、碳酸钡或云母粉,这种油脂因加聚异丁烯,比较粘稠,泵送不适宜,不能用于集中润滑,因此也不适宜用做注塑机关节润滑脂。
发明内容
本发明针对注塑机的润滑油,提供一种性能良好、具有较高清洁度、防锈、抗氧化、极压抗磨性能好的注塑机润滑油。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种注塑机润滑油,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:矿物基础油85-95份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚15-25份、六氯环戊二烯3-5份、乙二硫醇3-5份、烷基化二苯胺5-10份、石墨烯10-15份、改性锆英石粉5-10份、氨基甲酸甲酯1-3份与苯并咪唑2-4份。在本技术方案中,本发明以矿物基础油为基础油,并添加了壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、六氯环戊二烯、乙二硫醇、烷基化二苯胺、氨基甲酸甲酯与苯并咪唑来提高抗磨性、抗锈蚀性、热稳定性、抗泡性,密封适应性能好,满足注塑机润滑油的性能要求,尤其突出的是其添加了纳米级的石墨烯、改性锆英石粉,试验表明纳米级固体粉末的添加不仅增强了润滑油的抗水性能,也令其抗磨性能也有所增强,并且对润滑油的其他性能没有影响。
本发明的润滑油具有良好的抗磨性、抗锈蚀性、热稳定性、抗泡性,密封适应性能好、具有较高清洁度,能满足注塑机液压系统对润滑油的要求。
作为优选,石墨烯的层数为1-20层,粒径为0.5nm-50um,制备方法为氧化还原法、机械剥离法、溶剂剥离法中的一种或者多种混合方法制备。
作为优选,改性纳米锆英石粉的制备方法为:将硬脂酸加入到二氯甲烷中,然后加入十四烷基三甲基氯化铵、十六烷基硫醇与3-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷,制得改性溶液;然后将锆英石粉碎成20-40μm后加入改性溶液中,超声频率60-90KHz下水浴85-95℃加热5-10h,冷却后取出干燥在650-700℃下煅烧2-3h,而后研磨成纳米粉末得到改性纳米锆英石粉。
作为优选,硬脂酸与二氯甲烷的料液比为1g:10mL,硬脂酸与十四烷基三甲基氯化铵、十六烷基硫醇、3-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷的质量比为3:1:2:1,锆英石与改性溶液的料液比为1g:20mL。
作为优选,所述注塑机润滑油的制备方法为:按配方量取石墨烯、改性锆英石粉、氨基甲酸甲酯加入绝缘袋中进行高压脉冲电场处理35-50min;然后取配方量的矿物基础油,加热到65-75℃,加入壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、六氯环戊二烯、乙二硫醇、烷基化二苯胺与苯并咪唑,超声搅拌30-45min,然后加入经过高压脉冲电场处理的剩余原料,高速剪切45-60min,得到注塑机润滑油。
作为优选,高压脉冲电场处理的脉冲时间为1s,脉冲频率为55-75Hz,电场强度为45-55kV/cm。
作为优选,超声频率为100-120KHz,高速剪切速度为6500-7500rpm。
本发明的有益效果是本发明的润滑油具有良好的抗磨性、抗锈蚀性、热稳定性、抗泡性,密封适应性能好、具有较高清洁度,能满足注塑机液压系统对润滑油的要求。使润滑油本身具有较强附着力以使油不易快速流失,本发明制备方法简单、便于工业化生产、成本低。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的具体说明。应当理解,本发明的实施并不局限于下面的实施例,对本发明所做的任何形式上的变通和/或改变都将落入本发明保护范围。
在本发明中,若非特指,所有的份、百分比均为重量单位,所采用的设备和原料等均可从市场购得或是本领域常用的。下述实施例中的方法,如无特别说明,均为本领域的常规方法。
石墨烯的层数为1-20层,粒径为0.5nm-50um,制备方法为氧化还原法、机械剥离法、溶剂剥离法中的一种或者多种混合方法制备。
实施例1
一种注塑机润滑油,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:矿物基础油85份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚15份、六氯环戊二烯3份、乙二硫醇3份、烷基化二苯胺5份、石墨烯10份、改性锆英石粉5份、氨基甲酸甲酯1份与苯并咪唑2份。
改性纳米锆英石粉的制备方法为:将硬脂酸加入到二氯甲烷中,然后加入十四烷基三甲基氯化铵、十六烷基硫醇与3-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷,制得改性溶液;然后将锆英石粉碎成20-40μm后加入改性溶液中,超声频率60KHz下水浴85℃加热5h,冷却后取出干燥在650℃下煅烧2h,而后研磨成纳米粉末得到改性纳米锆英石粉;其中,硬脂酸与二氯甲烷的料液比为1g:10mL,硬脂酸与十四烷基三甲基氯化铵、十六烷基硫醇、3-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷的质量比为3:1:2:1,锆英石与改性溶液的料液比为1g:20mL;
所述注塑机润滑油的制备方法为:按配方量取石墨烯、改性锆英石粉、氨基甲酸甲酯加入绝缘袋中进行高压脉冲电场处理35min,高压脉冲电场处理的脉冲时间为1s,脉冲频率为55Hz,电场强度为45kV/cm;然后取配方量的矿物基础油,加热到65℃,加入壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、六氯环戊二烯、乙二硫醇、烷基化二苯胺与苯并咪唑,超声搅拌30min,超声频率为100KHz,然后加入经过高压脉冲电场处理的剩余原料,高速剪切45min,高速剪切速度为6500rpm,得到注塑机润滑油。
实施例2
一种注塑机润滑油,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:矿物基础油90份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚20份、六氯环戊二烯4份、乙二硫醇4份、烷基化二苯胺7份、石墨烯12份、改性锆英石粉7份、氨基甲酸甲酯2份与苯并咪唑3份。
改性纳米锆英石粉的制备方法为:将硬脂酸加入到二氯甲烷中,然后加入十四烷基三甲基氯化铵、十六烷基硫醇与3-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷,制得改性溶液;然后将锆英石粉碎成20-40μm后加入改性溶液中,超声频率70KHz下水浴90℃加热7h,冷却后取出干燥在680℃下煅烧2.5h,而后研磨成纳米粉末得到改性纳米锆英石粉;其中,硬脂酸与二氯甲烷的料液比为1g:10mL,硬脂酸与十四烷基三甲基氯化铵、十六烷基硫醇、3-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷的质量比为3:1:2:1,锆英石与改性溶液的料液比为1g:20mL;
所述注塑机润滑油的制备方法为:按配方量取石墨烯、改性锆英石粉、氨基甲酸甲酯加入绝缘袋中进行高压脉冲电场处理45min,高压脉冲电场处理的脉冲时间为1s,脉冲频率为65Hz,电场强度为50kV/cm;然后取配方量的矿物基础油,加热到70℃,加入壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、六氯环戊二烯、乙二硫醇、烷基化二苯胺与苯并咪唑,超声搅拌40min,超声频率为110KHz,然后加入经过高压脉冲电场处理的剩余原料,高速剪切55min,高速剪切速度为6800rpm,得到注塑机润滑油。
实施例3
一种注塑机润滑油,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:矿物基础油95份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚25份、六氯环戊二烯5份、乙二硫醇5份、烷基化二苯胺10份、石墨烯15份、改性锆英石粉10份、氨基甲酸甲酯3份与苯并咪唑4份。
改性纳米锆英石粉的制备方法为:将硬脂酸加入到二氯甲烷中,然后加入十四烷基三甲基氯化铵、十六烷基硫醇与3-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷,制得改性溶液;然后将锆英石粉碎成20-40μm后加入改性溶液中,超声频率60-90KHz下水浴95℃加热10h,冷却后取出干燥在700℃下煅烧3h,而后研磨成纳米粉末得到改性纳米锆英石粉;其中,硬脂酸与二氯甲烷的料液比为1g:10mL,硬脂酸与十四烷基三甲基氯化铵、十六烷基硫醇、3-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷的质量比为3:1:2:1,锆英石与改性溶液的料液比为1g:20mL;
所述注塑机润滑油的制备方法为:按配方量取石墨烯、改性锆英石粉、氨基甲酸甲酯加入绝缘袋中进行高压脉冲电场处理50min,高压脉冲电场处理的脉冲时间为1s,脉冲频率为75Hz,电场强度为55kV/cm;然后取配方量的矿物基础油,加热到75℃,加入壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、六氯环戊二烯、乙二硫醇、烷基化二苯胺与苯并咪唑,超声搅拌45min,超声频率为120KHz,然后加入经过高压脉冲电场处理的剩余原料,高速剪切60min,高速剪切速度为7500rpm,得到注塑机润滑油。
对比例1,市场上购买到现有常用的注塑机关节润滑油。
对实施例1-3制备的润滑油与对比例1润滑油进行减摩抗磨性能评价:
实验按照SH/T 0189-92进行,采用厦门天机MS-10J四球摩擦磨损试验机,电机转速1200±50r/min,温度室温,负荷392N,时间60min。
对实施例1-3制备的润滑油与对比例1润滑油进行极压性能评价:
实验按照GB/T 3142-82进行,采用厦门天机MS-10J四球摩擦磨损试验机,电机转速1450±50r/min,温度室温,时间10s,最大无卡咬负荷(PB)越大,表面极压承载性能越好,结果见表1。
润滑油热稳定性测定法SH/T0209;石油和合成液抗乳化性能测定法GB/T7305,结果见表1。

从表1中可以看出,实施例1-3制备的润滑油与对比例1的润滑油润滑油的承载能力PB(N)值得到了明显提高,最大无卡咬负荷PB越大,表面极压承载性能越好;而摩擦系数(μ)减小,抗磨损性能提高。
应当理解的是,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种注塑机润滑油,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:矿物基础油85-95份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚15-25份、六氯环戊二烯3-5份、乙二硫醇3-5份、烷基化二苯胺5-10份、石墨烯10-15份、改性锆英石粉5-10份、氨基甲酸甲酯1-3份与苯并咪唑2-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种注塑机润滑油,其特征在于,石墨烯的层数为1-20层,粒径为0.5nm-50um,制备方法为氧化还原法、机械剥离法、溶剂剥离法中的一种或者多种混合方法制备。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种注塑机润滑油,其特征在于,改性纳米锆英石粉的制备方法为:将硬脂酸加入到二氯甲烷中,然后加入十四烷基三甲基氯化铵、十六烷基硫醇与3-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷,制得改性溶液;然后将锆英石粉碎成20-40μm后加入改性溶液中,超声频率60-90KHz下水浴85-95℃加热5-10h,冷却后取出干燥在650-700℃下煅烧2-3h,而后研磨成纳米粉末得到改性纳米锆英石粉。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种注塑机润滑油,其特征在于,硬脂酸与二氯甲烷的料液比为1g:10mL,硬脂酸与十四烷基三甲基氯化铵、十六烷基硫醇、3-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷的质量比为3:1:2:1,锆英石与改性溶液的料液比为1g:20mL。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种注塑机润滑油,其特征在于,所述注塑机润滑油的制备方法为:按配方量取石墨烯、改性锆英石粉、氨基甲酸甲酯加入绝缘袋中进行高压脉冲电场处理35-50min;然后取配方量的矿物基础油,加热到65-75℃,加入壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、六氯环戊二烯、乙二硫醇、烷基化二苯胺与苯并咪唑,超声搅拌30-45min,然后加入经过高压脉冲电场处理的剩余原料,高速剪切45-60min,得到注塑机润滑油。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种注塑机润滑油,其特征在于,高压脉冲电场处理的脉冲时间为1s,脉冲频率为55-75Hz,电场强度为45-55kV/cm。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种注塑机润滑油,其特征在于,超声频率为100-120KHz,高速剪切速度为6500-7500rpm。
