Abstract

一种双重隔离式降噪耳罩,涉及技术音频设备领域,所解决的是提高隔噪效果的技术问题。该耳罩包括耳罩壳体,及安装在耳罩壳体内的音频降噪电路板、罩内扬声器,及能置入耳罩壳体内的耳塞;罩内扬声器的音频端口接到音频降噪电路板的音频输出端口;所述耳塞内置有塞内扬声器,所述音频降噪电路板通过无线通信方式连接塞内扬声器。本发明提供的耳罩,能有效的隔离刺耳噪音。

双重隔离式降噪耳罩
技术领域
本发明涉及音频设备技术,特别是涉及一种双重隔离式降噪耳罩的技术。
背景技术
耳罩通常用于隔绝刺耳声音,传统的耳罩通常都是结构简单的罩壳,隔噪效果也较差。有些耳罩还在耳罩壳体内装有罩内扬声器,可以通过罩内扬声器播放外部音频设备的音频信号,但是只有耳罩壳体承担隔噪,隔噪效果较差,从而会影响到收听音质。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种隔噪效果好的双重隔离式降噪耳罩。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所提供的一种双重隔离式降噪耳罩,包括耳罩壳体,及安装在耳罩壳体内的音频降噪电路板、罩内扬声器,罩内扬声器的音频端口接到音频降噪电路板的音频输出端口;
其特征在于:还包括能置入耳罩壳体内的耳塞;所述耳塞内置有塞内扬声器,所述音频降噪电路板通过无线通信方式连接塞内扬声器。
进一步的,所述耳罩壳体的外壁上装有拾音器,所述拾音器的音频端口接到音频降噪电路板的音频输入端口。
进一步的,所述音频降噪电路板通过红外通信方式连接塞内扬声器。
进一步的,所述音频降噪电路板通过射频通信方式连接塞内扬声器。
本发明提供的双重隔离式降噪耳罩,可以通过耳罩壳体及耳塞构成双重降噪防护,具有隔噪效果好的特点,并且还可以单独使用耳罩壳体形成的单层降噪防护,可以根据使用环境变换降噪等级。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图说明对本发明的实施例作进一步详细描述,但本实施例并不用于限制本发明,凡是采用本发明的相似结构及其相似变化,均应列入本发明的保护范围,本发明中的顿号均表示和的关系。
如图1-图2所示,本发明第一实施例所提供的一种双重隔离式降噪耳罩,包括耳罩壳体1,及安装在耳罩壳体1内的音频降噪电路板3、罩内扬声器2,罩内扬声器2的音频端口接到音频降噪电路板3的音频输出端口;
其特征在于:还包括能置入耳罩壳体1内的耳塞4;所述耳塞4内置有塞内扬声器5,所述音频降噪电路板3通过红外通信方式连接塞内扬声器5。
本发明第一实施例中,所述耳罩壳体1的外壁上装有拾音器6,所述拾音器6的音频端口接到音频降噪电路板3的音频输入端口。
本发明第一实施例中,所述音频降噪电路板为现有技术,音频降噪电路板用于处理拾音器输出的音频信号,及向罩内扬声器、塞内扬声器输出音频信号。
本发明第一实施例的使用方式有以下两种:
耳罩壳体与耳塞同时使用:先将耳塞塞入使用者的耳道,再将耳罩壳体罩盖住使用者耳部;此方式下,音频降噪电路板将处理后的音频信号通过红外通信方式输送至塞内扬声器播放,耳罩壳体作为物理隔绝的基础,贴合耳部隔绝外部有害噪音,形成第一层噪音保护,耳塞塞入耳道,形成物理隔绝的第二层保护,能获得成倍的声音隔绝效果;通过调节红外通信信号的收发灵敏度,可以使音频降噪电路板与塞内扬声器只能近距通信,从而使得耳罩壳体摘下后,塞内扬声器无法与音频降噪电路板继续通信,同时也能避免周边环境中的其他红外信号的干扰。
单独使用耳罩壳体(不使用耳塞):将耳罩壳体罩盖住使用者耳部;此方式下,音频降噪电路板将处理后的音频信号输送至罩内扬声器播放,耳罩壳体作为物理隔绝的基础,贴合耳部隔绝外部有害噪音,形成单层噪音保护;
拾音器拾取外部声音后传送给音频降噪电路板,由音频降噪电路板实施降噪处理后输送至塞内扬声器和/或罩内扬声器播放,音频降噪电路板在检测到拾音器送来的音频信号高于预先设定的音频上限阈值时,对拾音器送来的音频信号实施降幅处理或直接阻断该音频信号的输出,从而实现对使用者听力的防护。
本发明第二实施例与第一实施例的区别在于:第二实施例中,音频降噪电路板通过射频通信方式连接塞内扬声器。
本发明第二实施例通过调节射频通信信号的收发灵敏度,可以使音频降噪电路板与塞内扬声器只能近距通信,从而使得耳罩壳体摘下后,塞内扬声器无法与音频降噪电路板继续通信,同时也能避免周边环境中的其他射频信号的干扰。
本发明其它实施例中,也可以音频降噪电路板也可以通过其它无线通信方式连接塞内扬声器。
本发明第一、第二实施例都是通过拾音器来拾取外部声音后传送给音频降噪电路板的,本发明其它实施例中,也可以将拾音器改为音频输入插座,这样可以将其它音频输出设备所输出的音频作为音源。

Claims (4)

1.一种双重隔离式降噪耳罩,包括耳罩壳体,及安装在耳罩壳体内的音频降噪电路板、罩内扬声器,罩内扬声器的音频端口接到音频降噪电路板的音频输出端口;
其特征在于:还包括能置入耳罩壳体内的耳塞;所述耳塞内置有塞内扬声器,所述音频降噪电路板通过无线通信方式连接塞内扬声器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双重隔离式降噪耳罩,其特征在于:所述耳罩壳体的外壁上装有拾音器,所述拾音器的音频端口接到音频降噪电路板的音频输入端口。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的双重隔离式降噪耳罩,其特征在于:所述音频降噪电路板通过红外通信方式连接塞内扬声器。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的双重隔离式降噪耳罩,其特征在于:所述音频降噪电路板通过射频通信方式连接塞内扬声器。
