Abstract
本发明公开了一种脊柱固定系统,包括第一连接棒,所述第一连接棒内部设置短尾单轴螺钉,且短尾单轴螺钉一侧设置多轴复位螺钉;所述多轴复位螺钉连接固定轴,且固定轴内部设置横连接;所述第一连接棒连接单轴复位螺钉,且单轴复位螺钉一侧设置长尾单轴螺钉;所述长尾单轴螺钉连接骶骨螺钉,且固定轴连接第二连接棒;所述第二连接棒表面设置下脊柱钩,且下脊柱钩连接上脊柱钩;所述第二连接棒末端设置锁定板。该种脊柱固定系统设有多种定位螺钉,能够满足各个部位的固定要求,采用逆向螺纹设计,防止滑丝,增加锁紧机构的可靠性,能够提供更大的植骨空间,采用埋头空心设计减少对软组织和关节面的激惹,使得手术操作更为简单方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及脊柱固定系统,具体是一种脊柱固定系统,属于医学应用技术领域。
背景技术
脊椎作为人体的中轴,是身体的支柱,是支撑生命的大梁,具有负重、减震、传递信息、保护和运动等功能,脊椎上端借枕骨承托头颅;在胸部与肋骨结成胸廓,保护胸腔内脏器;上肢借助肋骨、锁骨和胸骨以及肌肉与脊椎相连,下肢借骨盆与脊柱相连,下段脊椎及骨盆与其前面相连的腹壁肌肉共同构成腹腔及盆腔,容纳并保护其中的内脏器官,脊柱固定系统是一种用于人体脊柱的创伤、胸腰椎段退变、肿瘤以及侧弯等病症,脊柱内固定系统在人体内以钉棒形式组成符合力学原理的框架结构,帮助维持人体的正常功能和生理机能,该种系统在操作时难度较大,对于系统内部的零部件要求很高,当前使用的脊柱固定系统螺钉结构结为单一,不能够很好的与不同人体组织进行固定,锁紧过程较为吃力,螺丝设计不够省力,调节能力不足,连接板对于弯曲结构连接不稳定等缺陷。因此,针对上述问题提出一种脊柱固定系统。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在问题,本发明提供一种脊柱固定系统,采用逆向螺纹设计,防止滑丝,增加锁紧机构的可靠性,能够提供更大的植骨空间,采用埋头空心设计减少对软组织和关节面的激惹,使得手术操作更为简单方便,可以有效的解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种脊柱固定系统,包括第一连接棒,所述第一连接棒内部设置短尾单轴螺钉,且短尾单轴螺钉一侧设置多轴复位螺钉;所述多轴复位螺钉连接固定轴,且固定轴内部设置横连接;所述第一连接棒连接单轴复位螺钉,且单轴复位螺钉一侧设置长尾单轴螺钉;所述长尾单轴螺钉连接骶骨螺钉,且固定轴连接第二连接棒;所述第二连接棒表面设置下脊柱钩,且下脊柱钩连接上脊柱钩;所述第二连接棒末端设置锁定板。
进一步的,所述短尾单轴螺钉、所述多轴复位螺钉、所述单轴复位螺钉、所述长尾单轴螺钉和所述骶骨螺钉表面的螺纹从头部至尾部螺距均从大变小。
进一步的,所述短尾单轴螺钉、所述多轴复位螺钉、所述单轴复位螺钉、所述长尾单轴螺钉和所述骶骨螺钉均采用逆向全螺纹结构,且为埋头空心设计。
进一步的,所述第一连接棒的直径大于所述第二连接棒,且第一连接棒、第二连接棒为可自由弯曲伸缩结构。
进一步的,所述横连接呈梯形,且横连接通过固定轴连接两个第一连接棒。
本发明的有益效果是:该种脊柱固定系统设有多种定位螺钉,能够满足各个部位的固定要求,采用逆向螺纹设计,防止滑丝,增加锁紧机构的可靠性,并且钉头体积小,能够提供更大的植骨空间,采用埋头空心设计减少对软组织和关节面的激惹,各个连接处均采用万向结构以适应各种安装环境,且连接棒间距长度也可自由调节,使得手术操作更为简单方便,采用钛合金锁定板,拥有良好的生物相容性,能够促进骨痂的形成,抗疲劳强度高,重量轻,低弹性模量,横连接能够自由转动伸缩,且呈梯形,使螺钉非直线排列的情况下易于安装,螺钉在固定过程中操作简单,无须特殊工具,在钉棒锁紧过程中自动完成膨胀加压。

下面将结合本发明实施例对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例:一种脊柱固定系统,包括第一连接棒2,其特征在于:所述第一连接棒2内部设置短尾单轴螺钉1,且短尾单轴螺钉1一侧设置多轴复位螺钉3;所述多轴复位螺钉3连接固定轴4,且固定轴4内部设置横连接5;所述第一连接棒2连接单轴复位螺钉6,且单轴复位螺钉6一侧设置长尾单轴螺钉7;所述长尾单轴螺钉7连接骶骨螺钉8,且固定轴4连接第二连接棒11;所述第二连接棒11表面设置下脊柱钩9,且下脊柱钩9连接上脊柱钩10;所述第二连接棒11末端设置锁定板12。
所述短尾单轴螺钉1、所述多轴复位螺钉3、所述单轴复位螺钉6、所述长尾单轴螺钉7和所述骶骨螺钉8表面的螺纹从头部至尾部螺距均从大变小;所述短尾单轴螺钉1、所述多轴复位螺钉3、所述单轴复位螺钉6、所述长尾单轴螺钉7和所述骶骨螺钉8均采用逆向全螺纹结构,且为埋头空心设计;所述第一连接棒2的直径大于所述第二连接棒11,且第一连接棒2、第二连接棒11为可自由弯曲伸缩结构;所述横连接5呈梯形,且横连接5通过固定轴4连接两个第一连接棒2。
本发明在使用时,根据病人脊柱需要修复区域的长度宽度,调节两个第一连接棒2之间的距离,拉动横连接5确定好距离后将横连接5与固定轴4固定,分别一侧旋入短尾单轴螺钉1、多轴复位螺钉3、单轴复位螺钉6、骶骨螺钉8、长尾单轴螺钉7,旋入过程可以自由调整螺钉的角度,旋入时注意用力,并且尽量准确快速的旋上,固定好后第一连接棒2通过固定轴4连接第二连接棒11,上脊柱钩10和下脊柱钩9分别固定柱脊柱的两侧,锁定板12与脊柱内部紧密固定。

1. 一种脊柱固定系统,包括第一连接棒(2),其特征在于:所述第一连接棒(2)内部设置短尾单轴螺钉(1),且短尾单轴螺钉(1)一侧设置多轴复位螺钉(3);所述多轴复位螺钉(3)连接固定轴(4),且固定轴(4)内部设置横连接(5);所述第一连接棒(2)连接单轴复位螺钉(6),且单轴复位螺钉(6)一侧设置长尾单轴螺钉(7);所述长尾单轴螺钉(7)连接骶骨螺钉(8),且固定轴(4)连接第二连接棒(11);所述第二连接棒(11)表面设置下脊柱钩(9),且下脊柱钩(9)连接上脊柱钩(10);所述第二连接棒(11)末端设置锁定板(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种脊柱固定系统,其特征在于:所述短尾单轴螺钉(1)、所述多轴复位螺钉(3)、所述单轴复位螺钉(6)、所述长尾单轴螺钉(7)和所述骶骨螺钉(8)表面的螺纹从头部至尾部螺距均从大变小。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种脊柱固定系统,其特征在于:所述短尾单轴螺钉(1)、所述多轴复位螺钉(3)、所述单轴复位螺钉(6)、所述长尾单轴螺钉(7)和所述骶骨螺钉(8)均采用逆向全螺纹结构,且为埋头空心设计。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种脊柱固定系统,其特征在于:所述第一连接棒(2)的直径大于所述第二连接棒(11),且第一连接棒(2)、第二连接棒(11)为可自由弯曲伸缩结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种脊柱固定系统,其特征在于:所述横连接(5)呈梯形,且横连接(5)通过固定轴(4)连接两个第一连接棒(2)。
