不锈钢复合板用泡沫塑料填充,在火焰中泡沫塑料燃烧,产生气体将包裹的不锈钢板破坏。虫蚁不食保温隔音千度不燃的铝罐板复合蔗渣板,用铝罐板,不燃蔗渣板做成;水玻璃使蔗渣千度不燃;蔗渣板为弱碱性使虫蚁不食,真菌不生长;蔗渣板有许多空心孔,保温隔音性能很好;水玻璃使蔗渣板硬化,蔗渣板燥干后质坚似木,坚硬耐用;铝罐板用摺边机将饮料铝罐身铝片摺边制作,成本低近似零,并延长寿命:这些,使铝罐板复合蔗渣板寿命超百年。蔗渣板的碳分子和水玻璃的硅分子,在火焰中反应生成耐千几度高温的碳化硅,所以火灾发生时,铝罐板复合不燃蔗渣板的刚性变化不大,能阻止火灾扩展。综上所述,铝罐板复合蔗渣板是搭建厂房简易房的最好建筑材料。
Description
蔗渣容易燃烧;现在的不锈钢复合板,用泡沫塑料填充,它存在怕火和强度不够的缺点,在火焰中其泡沫塑料燃烧,产生的气体会将包裹的不锈钢板破坏;市场未见铝罐板复合蔗渣板。
本技术提出的虫蚁不食保温隔音千度不燃的铝罐板复合蔗渣板,简称铝罐板复合蔗渣板,能帮助克服上述存在的缺点。
铝罐板复合蔗渣板,其有益效果是,扩大废旧饮料铝罐应用,成本低至近似零;千度不燃,虫蚁不食,真菌不生长,保温隔音,坚硬耐用,寿命超百年。
虫蚁不食保温隔音千度不燃的铝罐板复合蔗渣板,其解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是,用铝罐板,不燃蔗渣板,水玻璃和耐高温粘合剂组成;其工艺是:耐高温粘合制制作,用水玻璃和淀粉加热制成;铝罐板制作,废旧饮料铝罐除底面盖,再将罐身开成铝片,用摺边机将多块铝片串联摺边,摺成长条铝片;又用摺边机将多条的长条铝片并联摺边,摺成多块铝片串并联的铝宽片,得铝罐板(1);铝罐板盆制作,可将铝罐板用摺边机摺成浅盆,获得铝罐板盆(2);不燃蔗渣厚板(3)可涂耐高温粘合剂后,放进铝罐板盆内;取合适的铝罐板,将不燃蔗渣厚板覆盖包裹;再用摺边机在铝罐板盆和铝罐板的连接处摺边,使铝罐板盆和铝罐板将不燃蔗渣厚板紧紧包裹,获得铝罐板复合蔗渣板(4);从而令虫蚁不食保温隔音千度不燃的铝罐板复合蔗渣板得以运行。如图1
现结合原理介绍铝罐板复合蔗渣板:
铝罐板用饮料铝罐制作,是令成本低至近似零,并能大大延长铝罐板寿命:一个饮料铝罐能获得长21CM,宽11CM的铝片,每个饮料铝罐约一角钱,约五十个饮料铝罐能获得一平方米串并联的铝宽片;铝罐底面盖重量比罐身重,其售价比罐身贵成倍,所以串并联铝宽片成本近似零;饮料铝罐身的油漆质量优越,防酸碱性能高,大大延长铝罐板本身的寿命。制作的铝罐板盆铝罐板,油漆应在外。
不燃蔗渣板制作,将蔗渣用水玻璃浸透,除去多余的水玻璃后干燥,获得不燃蔗渣;用耐高温粘合剂将不燃蔗渣,粘合整理成不燃蔗渣板后干燥,不燃蔗渣板可适当加压,可用耐高温粘合剂将不燃蔗渣板粘成厚板。
水玻璃是耐高温阻燃剂,使蔗渣千度不燃;水玻璃使燥干后的蔗渣板质坚似木;水玻璃为弱碱性物质,它使蔗渣板含碱性,令虫蚁不能食、真菌不能生长,令铝罐板复合蔗渣板寿命超百年;对不燃蔗渣板适当加压,能使蔗渣板密实,提高蔗渣板的抗弯曲能力;蔗渣厚板有很多空心孔,保温隔音性能良好;铝罐板复合蔗渣板,以蔗渣为主,蔗渣板厚度可超十几公分,而铝罐板只起到作为蔗渣板的防水作用;不燃蔗渣厚板的碳分子和水玻璃的硅分子,在火焰中发生化学反应生成碳化硅。碳化硅是耐千几度高温的坚硬物质,所以火灾发生时,铝罐板复合蔗渣板的刚性变化不大,能阻止火灾扩展。
综上所述,铝罐板复合蔗渣板是搭建厂房、简易房的最好建筑材料。
