现在的不锈钢复合板用泡沫塑料填充,存在怕火和强度低,在火焰中其泡沫塑料燃烧,产生气体将包裹的不锈钢板破坏。铝玻板复合树枝板,用铝玻板,不燃树枝板做成;水玻璃是耐高温阻燃剂,使树枝千度不燃;不燃树枝板为弱碱性使虫蚁不食,真菌不生长;不燃树枝板有许多空心孔,具有很好的保温隔音性能;水玻璃使树枝板硬化,树枝板燥干后质坚胜木,坚硬耐用;铝玻板不会生锈;这些,使铝玻板复合树枝板寿命超百年。树枝板的碳分子和水玻璃的硅分子,在火焰中发生化学反应生成碳化硅。碳化硅是耐千几度高温的坚硬物质,所以火灾发生时,铝玻板复合树枝板的刚性变化不大,能阻止火灾扩展。综上所述,铝玻板复合树枝板是搭建厂房、简易房的最好建筑材料。

树枝容易燃烧;现在的不锈钢复合板,用泡沫塑料填充,它存在怕火和强度不够的缺点,在火焰中其泡沫塑料燃烧,产生的气体会将包裹的不锈钢板破坏;市场未见铝玻板复合树枝板。
本技术提出的虫蚁不食保温隔音千度不燃的铝玻板复合树枝板,简称铝玻板复合树枝板,能帮助克服上述存在的缺点。
铝玻板复合树枝板,其有益效果是,千度不燃,虫蚁不食,真菌不生长,保温隔音,坚硬耐用,寿命超百年。
虫蚁不食保温隔音千度不燃的铝玻板复合树枝板,其解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是,用铝玻板,不燃树枝板,水玻璃和耐高温粘合剂组成;其工艺是:耐高温粘合剂制作,用水玻璃和淀粉加热制成;铝玻板盆制作,使一块或多块耐高温玻璃网布通过铝熔浆,除去多余的铝熔浆,获得铝熔浆包裹玻璃网布板,得到铝玻板(1);可将铝玻板点焊成浅盆,浅盆的三边可高出另一边,并且向盆内成九十度角弯曲,送窑炉烧制,令浅盆各边熔粘,冷却后获得铝玻板盆(1);铝玻板空心体制作,可再用铝玻板点焊成空心体,空心体扁平,三侧面密封;送窑炉烧制,令空心体各边熔粘,冷却后获得铝玻板空心体(1);不燃树枝厚板(2)可涂耐高温粘合剂后,放进铝玻板盆内,取合适的铝玻板,从铝玻板盆的低边推进铝玻板盆,将不燃树枝厚板覆盖包裹紧密,获得铝玻板复合树枝板(3),或者,不燃树枝厚板(2)可用耐高温粘合剂涂后,由扁平的空心体侧面推进铝玻板空心体,取合适的铝玻板封密侧面,获得铝玻板复合树枝板(3);从而令虫蚁不食保温隔音千度不燃的铝玻板复合树枝板得以运行。如图1

不燃树枝板制作,将树枝整理成直枝后压成细碎条,用水玻璃浸透细碎树枝条,除去多余的水玻璃后干燥,获得不燃树枝;用耐高温粘合剂将不燃树枝,粘合整理成不燃树枝板后干燥;可用耐高温粘合剂涂不燃树枝板,各层不燃树枝板可纵横相间错开排放粘成不燃树枝厚板。
水玻璃是耐高温阻燃剂,使树枝千度不燃;水玻璃使燥干后的树枝板质坚胜木;水玻璃为弱碱性物质,它使树枝板含碱性,令虫蚁不能食、真菌不能生长,令铝玻板复合树枝板寿命超百年;将铝玻板做成浅盆或空心体,是为了使铝玻板能紧紧地将不燃树枝厚板锁住,产生铝玻板紧紧包裹不燃树枝厚板的作用,使铝玻板复合树枝板的效果更好;将树枝整理戍直枝后压成细碎条,一方面使水玻璃更快浸透树枝,另一方面是使不燃树枝厚板有更多的空心孔,增加不燃树枝厚板的保温隔音性能;各层不燃树枝板纵横相间错开排放,能提高铝玻板复合树枝板的抗弯曲性能;铝玻板复合树枝板,以树枝为主,树枝板厚度可超十几公分,而铝玻板厚度不超二毫米,只起到作为树枝板的防水作用;铝只是作为粘结玻璃网布使用,其用量不多,所以铝玻板,实际上是玻璃网布板;不燃树枝厚板的碳分子和水玻璃的硅分子,在火焰中发生化学反应生成碳化硅。碳化硅是耐千几度高温的坚硬物质,所以火灾发生时,铝玻板复合树枝板的刚性变化不大,能阻止火灾扩展。
综上所述,铝玻板复合树枝板是搭建厂房、简易房的最好建筑材料。
