现在的不锈钢复合板用泡沫塑料填充,存在怕火和强度低,在火焰中其泡沫塑料燃烧,产生气体将包裹的不锈钢板破坏。钢玻板复合谷壳板,用钢玻板,不燃谷壳板做成;水玻璃是耐高温阻燃剂,使谷壳千度不燃;不燃谷壳板为弱碱性使虫蚁不食,真菌不生长;不燃谷壳板有许多空心孔,具有很好的保温隔音性能;水玻璃使谷壳板硬化,谷壳板燥干后质坚似木,坚硬耐用;钢玻板不会生锈;这些,使钢玻板复合谷壳板寿命超百年。谷壳板的碳分子和水玻璃的硅分子,在火焰中发生化学反应生成碳化硅。碳化硅是耐千几度高温的坚硬物质,所以火灾发生时,钢玻板复合谷壳板的刚性变化不大,能阻止火灾扩展。综上所述,钢玻板复合谷壳板是搭建厂房简易房的最好建筑材料。

稻谷壳或麦壳容易燃烧;现在的不锈钢复合板,用泡沫塑料填充,它存在怕火和强度不够的缺点,在火焰中其泡沫塑料燃烧,产生的气体会将包裹的不锈钢板破坏;市场未见钢玻板复合谷壳板。
本技术提出的虫蚁不食保温隔音千度不燃的钢玻板复合谷壳板,简称钢玻板复合谷壳板,能帮助克服上述存在的缺点。
钢玻板复合谷壳板,其有益效果是,千度不燃,虫蚁不食,真菌不生长,保温隔音,坚硬耐用,寿命超百年。
虫蚁不食保温隔音千度不燃的钢玻板复合谷壳板,其解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是,用钢玻板,不燃谷壳板,水玻璃和耐高温粘合剂组成;其工艺是:耐高温粘合剂制作,用水玻璃和淀粉加热制成;钢玻板盆制作,使一块或多块耐高温玻璃网布通过钢铁熔浆,除去多余的钢铁熔浆,获得钢铁熔浆包裹玻璃网布板,得到钢玻板(1);可将钢玻板点焊成浅盆,浅盆的三边可高出另一边,并且向盆内成九十度角弯曲,送窑炉烧制,令浅盆各边熔粘,冷却后获得钢玻板盆(1);钢瓷板空心体制作,可再用钢玻板点焊成空心体,空心体扁平,三侧面密封;送窑炉烧制,令空心体各边熔粘,冷却后获得钢玻板空心体(1);不燃谷壳厚板(2)可涂耐高温粘合剂后,放进钢玻板盆内,取合适的钢玻板,从钢玻板盆的低边推进钢玻板盆,将不燃谷壳厚板覆盖包裹紧密,获得钢玻板复合谷壳板(3),或者,不燃谷壳厚板(2)可用耐高温粘合剂涂后,由扁平的空心体侧面推进钢玻板空心体,取合适的钢玻板封密侧面,获得钢玻板复合谷壳板(3);从而令虫蚁不食保温隔音千度不燃的钢玻板复合谷壳板得以运行。如图1
现结合原理介绍钢玻板复合谷壳板:
不燃谷壳板制作,将稻谷壳或麦壳用水玻璃浸透,除去多余的水玻璃后干燥,获得不燃谷壳;用耐高温粘合剂将不燃谷壳,粘合整理成不燃谷壳板后干燥,不燃谷壳板可适当加压,可用耐高温粘合剂将不燃谷壳板粘成厚板。
水玻璃是耐高温阻燃剂,使谷壳千度不燃;水玻璃使燥干后的谷壳板质坚似木;水玻璃为弱碱性物质,它使谷壳板含碱性,令虫蚁不能食、真菌不能生长,令钢玻板复合谷壳板寿命超百年;将钢玻板做成浅盆或空心体,是为了使钢玻板能紧紧地将不燃谷壳厚板锁住,产生钢玻板紧紧包裹不燃谷壳厚板的作用,使钢玻板复合谷壳板的效果更好;对不燃谷壳板适当加压,能使谷壳板密实,提高谷壳板的抗弯曲能力;谷壳厚板有很多空心孔,保温隔音性能良好;钢玻板复合谷壳板,以谷壳为主,谷壳板厚度可超十几公分,而钢玻板厚度不超二毫米,只起到作为谷壳板的防水作用;钢铁只是作为粘结玻璃网布使用,其用量不多,所以钢玻板,实际上是玻璃网布板;不燃谷壳厚板的碳分子和水玻璃的硅分子,在火焰中发生化学反应生成碳化硅。碳化硅是耐千几度高温的坚硬物质,所以火灾发生时,钢玻板复合谷壳板的刚性变化不大,能阻止火灾扩展。
综上所述,钢玻板复合谷壳板是搭建厂房、简易房的最好建筑材料。
