技术领域
本发明涉及手机通讯配套领域,尤其涉及一种真皮手感手机套。
背景技术
二十世纪九十年代中后期,手机套借着移动电话瘦身的契机开始盛行。其种类也随着手机品牌和功能的增加而呈多样化,按质地分有皮革,硅胶,布料,硬塑,软塑料,绒制,绸制等品别,而按机型分则有直板与翻盖的区别。受到机型的限制,手机套的适用类别也不同。直板机通常能使用全类别的手机套,而滑盖型折叠型则往往只能选择皮套。
在各类手机保护套中,皮套也很受欢迎。相对于样式单一的硅胶套,在职场打拼的商务人士更喜欢使用大方体面的皮套,和崇尚休闲的年轻人不同,拿着款外表颜色单一的手机对他们而言是有失大雅的。和硅胶套相同,手机皮套也分为两种,一种是流行多年的腰挂皮套,适用类型较为普遍;另一种则是可放入口袋的便携式皮套,多用于N97,iphone等高端智能机型。两者虽看似外观不同,但制造工艺还是大同小异。便携式皮套的优点是别致、雅观,不磨损手机、散热性好,但不像硅胶套那样能起防水作用,同时皮套如果过大就难以放进裤兜,携带起来多少有些不便。皮套的质量也是参差不齐。真皮经久耐用,使用寿命较长,当然售价也不菲,价钱一般在几十元至几百元不等。
目前合成革普遍不能完全模仿真皮的手感,尤其是其透气防水性能不佳,影响其在高端手机套市场上的应用。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种真皮手感手机套,所述真皮手感手机套具有包裹手机边缘的下套体,所述下套体至少在两个侧边上具有套住手机的卡爪,和与所述下套体铰接在一起的上套体,所述上套体与所述下套体之间通过边缘部铰接,其特征在于,所述上套体和下套体由防水透气的合成革制成。
优选的,所述边缘部也由合成革制成,在其与上下套体结合的部位具有便于折叠的折痕,所述上套体上具有一方洞,所述方洞上覆盖有透明材料。
所述合成革包括基布和聚氨酯涂饰层,所述涂饰层由以下重量份的原料制成:异氰酸酯8-16份,有机溶剂6-18份,聚醚多元醇8-16份,小分子扩链剂2-4份,催化剂0.02-0.04份,成盐亲水剂2-3份,以及功能助剂2-3份。
所述功能助剂是由以下原料制成:催干剂、蜡感助剂、十甲基环五硅氧烷、气相二氧化硅、聚四氟乙烯蜡粉、1-环丙基-1,3-二氢-2H-苯并咪唑-2-酮。
所述功能助剂各组分重量份组成为:催干剂1-3份、蜡感助剂2-6份、十甲基环五硅氧烷10-12份、气相二氧化硅3-5份、聚四氟乙烯蜡粉2-3份、1-环丙基-1,3-二氢-2H-苯并咪唑-2-酮0.5-0.7份。
进一步,所述异氰酸酯是脂肪族多异氰酸酯、芳香族多异氰酸酯或这些多异氰酸酯的多聚体,优选为1,6-己二异氰酸酯,六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、四亚甲基二异氰酸酯(TMXDI),甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI);
所述的有机溶剂是丙酮、丁酮、乙酸乙酯或四氢呋喃;
所述的聚醚多元醇为聚四氢呋喃二醇;
所述的小分子扩链剂是叔胺型多元醇胺中的三乙醇胺、N-甲基二乙醇胺 或N-异丙基二乙醇胺;
所述的催化剂是二月桂酸二丁基锡、环烷酸钴、辛酸亚锡、环烷酸锌、辛酸铅、 苯二甲酸铅或辛酸锌;
所述成盐亲水剂是1,1-二羟甲基丁酸、1,1-二羟甲基丙酸。
所述催干剂为环烷酸皂。
进一步提供上述合成革的制备方法,在无纺针刺基布上涂覆聚氨酯涂饰剂,将聚氨酯涂饰剂以150g/m2的涂刮量涂刮到基布上,然后送入烘箱中烘干,一次烘干温度是145℃,二次烘干温度是145-155℃, 三次烘干温度是130℃。
进一步,所述聚氨酯的涂饰剂经过如下步骤制得:在装有氮气管、冷凝管、搅拌装置及恒压滴液漏斗的四口瓶中,有机溶剂、催化剂、聚醚多元醇、小分子扩链剂、亲水性成盐剂与异氰酸酯在氮气条件下反应,温度75℃,反应时间4.5h,然后将功能助剂加入其中,在100rpm的转速搅拌下在15分钟,得到聚氨酯涂饰剂。
进一步,其中功能助剂的制备方法如下:在容器中将甲基环五硅氧烷和气相二氧化硅混合搅拌3-5分钟,然后加入催干剂和蜡感助剂,缓慢升温至35-45℃,继续搅拌10-15分钟,之后加入聚四氟乙烯蜡粉和1-环丙基-1,3-二氢-2H-苯并咪唑-2-酮,继续升温至50℃左右,搅拌10-15分钟,然后进行超声分散,频率为28kHz,温度50℃,时间30min,最后对所述功能助剂采用捣锤,压力120kN,连续捣10min。
有益效果:
本发明的真皮手感手机套,因为同时实现了其防水和透气性能,在手感上已经和真皮无异,因此完全可以替代真皮材质的手机套,而在成本上又有真皮所无法比拟的优势,具体效果如下:
1、本发明通过采用了特殊的功能助剂,赋予了聚氨酯合成革良好的防水透气性。发明利用了十甲基环五硅氧烷的特殊分子结构,配合气相二氧化硅、聚四氟乙烯蜡粉、1-环丙基-1,3-二氢-2H-苯并咪唑-2-酮,意外发现其相辅相成,赋予了合成革防水透气性,四者缺一不可,以本发明的比例相配合,赋予合成革与真皮相媲美的防水透气性。
2、本发明的功能助剂并不是简单共混即可赋予合成革良好的防水透气性,而且通过十甲基环五硅氧烷和气相二氧化硅的特殊结构,先是通过分批加入,搅拌,使催干剂、蜡感助剂、聚四氟乙烯蜡粉和1-环丙基-1,3-二氢-2H-苯并咪唑-2-酮部分被十甲基环五硅氧烷和气相二氧化硅的特殊结构所接纳,接着通过超声分散使功能助剂分散均匀,最后经捣锤施加压力,使催干剂、蜡感助剂、聚四氟乙烯蜡粉和1-环丙基-1,3-二氢-2H-苯并咪唑-2-酮进一步进入十甲基环五硅氧烷和气相二氧化硅的内部,从而利于功能助剂在聚氨酯涂饰剂中的分散,并且这种特殊结构会赋予聚氨酯涂饰剂以及合成革防水透气性。

实施例1
采用10份的MDI、12份丙酮、10份聚四氢呋喃二醇、3份三乙醇胺、0.03份二月桂酸二丁基锡以及3份1,1-二羟甲基丙酸制备聚氨酯,然而在聚氨酯水分散体中加入由环烷酸皂1份、蜡感助剂2份、十甲基环五硅氧烷12份、气相二氧化硅5份、聚四氟乙烯蜡粉2份、1-环丙基-1,3-二氢-2H-苯并咪唑-2-酮0.5份制得的功能助剂,分散均匀后涂覆到基布上制备聚氨酯合成革。
实施例2

由以上比较可以看出,催干剂、蜡感助剂、十甲基环五硅氧烷、气相二氧化硅、聚四氟乙烯蜡粉、1-环丙基-1,3-二氢-2H-苯并咪唑-2-酮,这些助剂配合才能发挥良好的防水透气性,对比例1中省略了1-环丙基-1,3-二氢-2H-苯并咪唑-2-酮,透气性大大下降,不符合行业标准的要求。
另外就是催干剂、蜡感助剂、十甲基环五硅氧烷、气相二氧化硅、聚四氟乙烯蜡粉、1-环丙基-1,3-二氢-2H-苯并咪唑-2-酮必须经过本发明的制备方法才能在聚氨酯涂饰剂中均匀分散,并且这种特殊结构会赋予聚氨酯涂饰剂以及合成革防水透气性。

Claims (1)

1.一种真皮手感手机套,所述真皮手感手机套具有包裹手机边缘的下套体,所述下套体至少在两个侧边上具有套住手机的卡爪,和与所述下套体铰接在一起的上套体,所述上套体与所述下套体之间通过边缘部铰接,其特征在于,所述上套体和下套体由防水透气的合成革制成;
所述边缘部也由合成革制成,在其与上下套体结合的部位具有便于折叠的折痕,所述上套体上具有一方洞,所述方洞上覆盖有透明材料;
合成革包括基布和聚氨酯涂饰层,所述涂饰层由以下重量份的原料制成:异氰酸酯8-16份,有机溶剂6-18份,聚醚多元醇8-16份,小分子扩链剂2-4份,催化剂0.02-0.04份,成盐亲水剂2-3份,以及功能助剂2-3份;
所述功能助剂是由以下原料制成:催干剂、蜡感助剂、十甲基环五硅氧烷、气相二氧化硅、聚四氟乙烯蜡粉、1-环丙基-1,3-二氢-2H-苯并咪唑-2-酮;
所述功能助剂各组分重量份组成为:催干剂1-3份、蜡感助剂2-6份、十甲基环五硅氧烷10-12份、气相二氧化硅3-5份、聚四氟乙烯蜡粉2-3份、1-环丙基-1,3-二氢-2H-苯并咪唑-2-酮0.5-0.7份;

其中功能助剂的制备方法如下:在容器中将甲基环五硅氧烷和气相二氧化硅混合搅拌3-5分钟,然后加入催干剂和蜡感助剂,缓慢升温至35-45℃,继续搅拌10-15分钟,之后加入聚四氟乙烯蜡粉和1-环丙基-1,3-二氢-2H-苯并咪唑-2-酮,继续升温至50℃左右,搅拌10-15分钟,然后进行超声分散,频率为28kHz,温度50℃,时间30min,最后对所述功能助剂采用捣锤,压力120kN,连续捣10min。
