技术领域
本发明涉及人造革生产的技术领域,尤其是涉及一种多重绒感羊巴的表面涂层剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
人造革是一种外观、手感似皮革并可代替其使用的塑料制品,由于具有强度高、加工容易和成本低廉的特点,人造革作为真皮的替代品的得到了广泛应用。
但人造革与真皮还是存在较大差别,其中的一个主要区别点在于,真皮背面是纤维状的绒毛,而人造革的背面是基布。由于植绒产品和羊巴革产品在其中的一面上也具有绒毛,因此在人造革产品中,植绒产品和羊巴革产品是最接近真皮的产品。
为了让人造革的表面产生绒毛,可以采用静电植绒法或者表面处理法。静电植绒法采用专门的静电植绒机在人造革“植入”绒毛粉;表面处理法对人造革的表面或背面处理,经高温发泡后产生类似绒毛的小颗粒。由于静电植绒法需要上胶水和使用绒毛粉,且针对不同绒毛要用不同胶水,配比较为复杂,而且产品风格效果单一,无法调整软硬和不同手感;表面处理法中,由于一些羊巴处理剂的局限性,使得绒毛感不强,绒毛层次和表面手感不足。
为此,如何提供对人造革表面进行羊巴处理的涂层剂,使其表面耐刮,具有良好的手感,是本领域的技术人员需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种多重绒感羊巴的表面涂层剂及其制备方法,使用该表面涂层剂对人造革及其他基材产品进行处理,可以增加羊巴人造革以及其他基材产品的绒毛感、充实感和表面手感,提升羊巴产品的表面耐刮性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种多重绒感羊巴的表面涂层剂,其特征在于,按重量份数,包括以下组分:树脂50-100份,发泡粉0.5-5份,高分子微球1-30份,有机填料0-10份,助剂0.1-10份,溶剂0-100份。
本申请的表面涂层剂,含有发泡粉和高分子微球,将其涂布在人造革物料表面,经过高温发泡得到发泡颗粒,与高分子微球的颗粒共同形成多重绒毛仿植绒效果的表面层。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述树脂,按重量份数,包括以下组分:溶剂30-80份,聚碳酸酯PCD多元醇5-30份,聚已内酯多元醇0-30份,聚有机硅多元醇2-20份,二元醇1-20份,二异氰酸酯5-30份,羧基二元醇0-20份,三乙胺0-15份。
所使用的树脂为可成膜树脂,可用溶剂型或水性型PU树脂,也可用无溶剂型的增塑PVC树脂。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述发泡粉又称羊巴粉,本发明采用的是阿克苏诺贝尔羊巴粉,型号为中小微球920DU40,可膨胀发泡为中小泡的微球,或低温细微球461DU40,可发泡为低温细的微球。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述高分子微球为聚氨酯微球或聚丙烯酸酯微球的至少一种。
高分子微球使用的聚氨酯微球或聚丙烯酸酯微球可提供耐刮性和耐水解性能,除了带来绒毛效果,本身光滑球状表面更提供爽滑手感和耐刮性能。
聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯还具有耐高温性,有机硅改性聚氨酯树脂带来长久的滑爽手感。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述有机填料为PP或PE微粉。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述助剂包括发泡稳定剂、流平剂或增稠剂的至少一种。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述溶剂为DMF、EAC、BAC或水。
本发明还提供了上述多重绒感羊巴的表面涂层剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)合成树脂:按重量份数,取所述溶剂、聚碳酸酯PCD多元醇、聚已内酯多元醇、聚有机硅多元醇、二元醇、二异氰酸酯、羧基二元醇和三乙胺,合成树脂,并调整至合适粘度;
(2)研磨填料:按重量份数,取树脂、溶剂和高分子微球,以砂磨机研磨至细度20μm以下,以200目筛网过滤,得研磨料;
(3)调制:按重量份数,取研磨料、溶剂、发泡剂、有机填料和助剂,搅拌均匀,以200目筛网过滤,即得。
将制备的到的表面涂层剂,涂布于基材的表面,经加温烘干和发泡,得到仿植绒效果的小颗粒。涂布方式可采用刮刀刀涂、印刷轮轮涂和喷涂的方式,基材可选用人造革、纸张、织物和塑料片材等。
发泡工艺科采用烘干发泡分段或连续发泡,后加工工艺有发泡后研磨,改色印刷和后表面处理以改善手感等。
基于上述的技术方案,本发明取得的技术效果为:
(1)本发明提供的多重绒感羊巴的表面涂层剂,对人造革及其他基材产品进行处理,可以增加羊巴人造革以及其他基材产品的绒毛感、充实感和表面手感,提升羊巴产品的表面耐刮性。该表面涂层剂,由于不使用胶水,可节省材料成本,简化了植绒加工工艺,提高了植绒效率。
(2)本发明提供的表面涂层剂,对人造革及其他基材产品进行处理时,可以单独发泡,组分含有的高分子微球和含有机硅成分的树脂,可提供爽滑、耐刮和多重绒毛的效果;也可以发泡后增加研磨,获得真皮的反绒、磨砂的效果。
(3)本发明提供的表面涂层剂,不受胶水制约,可开发不同软硬、不同表面手感的植绒效果,在处理工序中,仅需加温,烘干和发泡同时进行,适合连续生产工艺。

为了便于理解本发明,下面将结合具体的实施例对本发明进行更全面的描述,实施例给出了本发明的较佳实施方式。但是,本发明可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施方式。相反地,提供这些实施方式的目的是使对本发明的公开内容理解的更加透彻全面。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施方式的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。
实施例1
一种多重绒感羊巴的表面涂层剂,按重量份数,包括以下组分:树脂50-100份,发泡粉0.5-5份,高分子微球1-30份,有机填料0-10份,助剂0.1-10份,溶剂0-100份。
该树脂按重量份数,包括以下组分:溶剂30-80份,聚碳酸酯PCD多元醇5-30份,聚已内酯多元醇0-30份,聚有机硅多元醇2-20份,二元醇1-20份,二异氰酸酯5-30份,羧基二元醇0-20份,三乙胺0-15份。
所使用的树脂为可成膜树脂,可用溶剂型或水性型PU树脂,也可用无溶剂型的增塑PVC树脂。
发泡粉为羊巴粉——阿克苏诺贝尔羊巴粉。阿克苏诺贝尔羊巴粉的使用型号为920DU40,可膨胀发泡为中小泡的微球,和型号为461DU40,可发泡为低温细的微球。
高分子微球为聚氨酯微球或聚丙烯酸酯微球的至少一种,可提供耐刮性和耐水解性能,除了带来绒毛效果,本身光滑球状表面更提供爽滑手感和耐刮性能。
助剂包括发泡稳定剂、流平剂或增稠剂的至少一种。
上述多重绒感羊巴的表面涂层剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)合成树脂:按重量份数,取所述溶剂、聚碳酸酯PCD多元醇、聚已内酯多元醇、聚有机硅多元醇、二元醇、二异氰酸酯、羧基二元醇和三乙胺,合成树脂,并调整至合适粘度;
(2)研磨填料:按重量份数,取树脂、溶剂和高分子微球,以砂磨机研磨至细度20μm以下,以200目筛网过滤,得研磨料;
(3)调制:按重量份数,取研磨料、溶剂、发泡剂、有机填料和助剂,搅拌均匀,以200目筛网过滤,即得。
将制备的到的表面涂层剂,涂布于基材的表面,经加温烘干和发泡,得到仿植绒效果的小颗粒。涂布方式可采用刮刀刀涂、印刷轮轮涂和喷涂的方式,基材可选用人造革、纸张、织物和塑料片材等。
本实施例提供的表面涂层剂,含有发泡粉和高分子微球,将其涂布在基材表面,经过高温发泡得到发泡颗粒,与高分子微球的颗粒共同形成多重绒毛仿植绒效果的表面层。
实施例2
一种多重绒感羊巴的表面涂层剂,由以下步骤制备得到,
(1)合成树脂:分别取DMF 100g,PCD2000 100g,有机硅二元醇50g,1,4-BDO 36g,HMDI 123g,EAC 600g,进行树脂合成,调整粘度为VIS为3000-5000mPa.s,NV:28-32%,得树脂。
(2)研磨填料:取树脂100g,EAC50g,有机填料PP微粉2g,以砂磨机研磨至细度20μm,以200目筛网过滤,得研磨料。
(3)配合调制:取树脂100g,研磨料50g,BAC 50g,发泡剂50g,稳泡剂2g,高分子微球5g,搅拌均匀,以200目筛网过滤,包装。
本产品为耐黄变型的表面涂层剂,可用于人造革,塑料等表面处理,可提供爽滑、耐刮和多重绒毛的效果。
实施例3
一种多重绒感羊巴的表面涂层剂,由以下步骤制备得到,
(1)合成树脂:分别取DMF 100g,PCD2000 100g,有机硅二元醇50g,1,4-BDO 36g,MDI 118g,EAC 600g,进行树脂合成,调整粘度为VIS为3000-5000mPa.s,NV:28-32%,得树脂;
(2)研磨填料:取树脂100g,EAC50g,有机填料PP微粉2g,以砂磨机研磨至细度20μm,以200目筛网过滤,得研磨料。
(3)配合调制:取树脂100g,研磨料50g,BAC 50g,发泡剂50g,稳泡剂2g,高分子微球5g,搅拌均匀,以200目筛网过滤,包装。
本产品为聚碳MDI组合的表面涂层剂,其耐高温,耐刮性好,可用于人造革,塑料等表面处理,可提供爽滑、耐刮和多重绒毛的效果。
实施例4
一种多重绒感羊巴的表面涂层剂,由以下步骤制备得到,
(1)合成树脂:分别取DMF 100g,PCD2000 50g,PCL2000 50g,有机硅二元醇50g,1,4-BDO 36g,MDI 118g,EAC 600g,进行树脂合成,调整粘度为VIS为3000-5000mPa.s,NV:28-32%,得树脂;
(2)研磨填料:取树脂100g,EAC50g,高分子微球5g,以砂磨机研磨至细度20μm,以200目筛网过滤,得研磨料。
(3)配合调制:取树脂100g,研磨料50g,BAC 50g,发泡剂50g,稳泡剂2g,有机填料PE微粉3g,搅拌均匀,以200目筛网过滤,包装。
本产品为聚碳酸酯和聚已内酯混合的普通型的表面涂层剂,相对成本较低,可用于人造革,塑料等表面处理,可提供爽滑、耐刮和多重绒毛的效果。
本产品使用了聚已内酯多元醇和聚碳多元醇(聚碳酸酯)以获得耐水解,耐刮和耐高温效果。
实施例5
一种多重绒感羊巴的表面涂层剂,由以下步骤制备得到,
(1)合成树脂:分别取DMF 100g,PCD2000 50g,PCL2000 50g,有机硅二元醇50g,DMPA 3.6g,MDI 123g,TEA 3.0g,水600g,进行树脂合成,调整粘度为VIS为3000-5000mPa.s,NV:26-30%,得树脂;
(2)研磨填料:取树脂100g,水50g,高分子微球5g,以砂磨机研磨至细度20μm,以200目筛网过滤,得研磨料。
(3)配合调制:取树脂100g,研磨料50g,水50g,发泡剂50g,稳泡剂2g,有机填料PE微粉3g,搅拌均匀,以200目筛网过滤,包装。
本产品为聚碳酸酯和聚已内酯混合的水性型产品,为环保型产品,可用于纺织物、皮革、人造革、纸张和塑料等基材的表面处理,可提供爽滑、耐刮和多重绒毛的效果。
在上述实施例2-实施例5的表面涂层剂中,以微球发泡剂发泡和高分子微球共同产生多重绒毛效果,以此代替绒毛,并省去静电植绒工艺。高分子微球获得爽滑手感和微绒毛感,并有效增强产品耐刮性能。另外,在合成树脂中,使用有机硅多元醇反应,可增加表面持久的爽滑效果。

Claims (9)
1.一种多重绒感羊巴的表面涂层剂,其特征在于,按重量份数,包括以下组分:树脂50-100份,发泡粉0.5-5份,高分子微球1-30份,有机填料0-10份,助剂0.1-10份,溶剂0-100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的表面涂层剂,其特征在于,所述树脂,按重量份数,包括以下组分:溶剂30-80份,聚碳酸酯PCD多元醇5-30份,聚已内酯多元醇0-30份,聚有机硅多元醇2-20份,二元醇1-20份,二异氰酸酯5-30份,羧基二元醇0-20份,三乙胺0-15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的表面涂层剂,其特征在于,所述发泡粉又称羊巴粉,采用了阿克苏诺贝尔羊巴粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的表面涂层剂,其特征在于,所述高分子微球为聚氨酯微球或聚丙烯酸酯微球的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的表面涂层剂,其特征在于,所述有机填料为PP或PE微粉。
6.根据权利要求1所述的表面涂层剂,其特征在于,所述助剂包括发泡稳定剂、流平剂或增稠剂的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1或2任一所述的表面涂层剂,其特征在于,所述溶剂为DMF、EAC、BAC或水。
8.一种如权利要求2所述的表面涂层剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)合成树脂:按重量份数,取所述溶剂、聚碳酸酯PCD多元醇、聚已内酯多元醇、聚有机硅多元醇、二元醇、二异氰酸酯、羧基二元醇和三乙胺,合成树脂,并调整至合适粘度;
(2)研磨填料:按重量份数,取树脂、溶剂和高分子微球,以砂磨机研磨至细度20μm以下,以200目筛网过滤,得研磨料;
(3)调制:按重量份数,取研磨料、溶剂、发泡剂、有机填料和助剂,搅拌均匀,以200目筛网过滤,即得。
9.一种基材表面处理的应用,其特征在于,采用权利要求1-6任一所述的表面涂层剂,将其涂布于基材的表面,经加温烘干和发泡,得到仿植绒效果的小颗粒;所述基材为人造革、纸张、织物或塑料片材。
