Abstract
本发明公开一种高雾度镀铝膜的生产方法,其包括:步骤1:制备改性PC膜:所述各原料所占质量百分数为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯20~60%、PC39.5~79.5%和二甲基硅油0.5%充分混合,各原料所占质量百分数之和为100%;然后在高速离心机中进行离心后,使其进行聚合反应;然后将聚合反应后的材料通过双螺杆挤出机挤出成型,然后冷却并干燥,得到改性PC膜;步骤2:将制得的改性PC膜18‑35重量份与54‑80重量份的PET进行充分混合,并通过双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,冷却后即可得到PET基膜;步骤3:在步骤2制得的PET基膜的上表面进行电晕;步骤4:在电晕后的PET基膜的表面通过真空镀铝机进行真空镀铝,形成镀铝层;步骤5:在镀铝层上设置聚酰亚胺膜层,形成高雾度镀铝膜。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及薄膜生产技术领域,特别涉及一种高雾度镀铝膜的生产方法。
背景技术
传统的软塑包装上一般使用厚度为6~20μm的铝箔,铝箔具有银白色光泽,直接在铝箔上印刷透明油墨,可以有特有金属光泽。铝箔有良好的遮光性、阻气性、阻湿性,有良好的导热性、电磁屏蔽性。其中最为突是铝箔的阻隔性能,在铝箔厚度足够的前提下,可以完全阻隔气体和水分,因而在软塑包装基材膜中,铝箔是不可或缺的材料,被广泛应用在药品包装、食品包装,特别是需要高温蒸煮及保存时间相对较长的药物、化妆品等高档产品的软包装中。但是铝箔有一个致命的缺陷——弯曲后,铝箔很容易产生裂纹,影响铝箔的阻隔性,同时铝箔价格较贵。
为了解决上述成本问题,目前市场上常常使用真空镀铝膜来替代铝箔,真空镀铝聚酯薄膜是以聚酯薄膜为原料,经真空镀铝精制而成,广泛应用于各种包装场合。
发明内容
因此,针对上述的问题,本发明提出一种高雾度镀铝膜的生产方法,对现有工艺进行改进,使其对生产出高雾度成品具有更好的控制力,从而解决现有技术之不足。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的方案是,一种高雾度镀铝膜的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:制备改性PC膜:将各原料所占质量百分数为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯20~60%、PC39.5~79.5%和二甲基硅油0.5%充分混合,各原料所占质量百分数之和为100%;然后在高速离心机中进行离心后,使其进行聚合反应;然后将聚合反应后的材料通过双螺杆挤出机挤出成型,然后冷却并干燥,得到改性PC膜;
步骤2:将制得的改性PC膜18-35重量份与54-80重量份的PET进行充分混合,并通过双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,冷却后即可得到PET基膜;
步骤3:在步骤2制得的PET基膜的上表面进行电晕:通过电晕机对PET基膜的上表面进行电晕处理,提高了PET基膜表面的达因系数,增强了PET基膜表面的附着力,有利于镀铝层附着;
步骤4:在电晕后的PET基膜的表面通过真空镀铝机进行真空镀铝,形成镀铝层;
步骤5:在镀铝层上设置聚酰亚胺膜层(聚酰亚胺膜即polyimide film,简称PIfilm),形成高雾度镀铝膜。优选的,聚酰亚胺膜层的厚度范围为0.005-0.019mm。聚酰亚胺膜层的设置,不仅有效提高了雾度,而且还提高整个薄膜的阻隔性。通过设置聚酰亚胺膜层的厚度来控制雾度的大小,简单易操作。
另外,步骤5中的聚酰亚胺膜层的外表面优选为凹凸不平的表面,可进一步提高光线的散射,形成良好的外观效果。
其中,步骤1中的上述原料所占质量百分数优选为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯40~50%、PC49.5~59.5%、二甲基硅油0.5%。
其中,步骤4中的真空镀铝的条件为:真空度控制在4.0×10-4Pa以内,调节真空镀铝机的橡胶辊的弯度,防止镀空线产生,蒸发舟温度控制在1350~1450℃(优选是1400℃),防止溅射点产生,镀铝层厚度为375~390埃,镀铝层均匀性控制在±5%,并且使镀铝层牢度不小于3.0N/15mm。同时,步骤4中在真空镀铝之前彻底清洗真空镀铝机:将真空镀铝机的蒸发系统、卷绕系统进行彻底清洗,去除表面的铝粉和杂质。
本发明改进了现有的镀铝膜的配方,首先通过制备改性PC(增加聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯以提高韧性和强度),然后将改性PC与PE融合,实现高强度高抗击能力的PET基膜,然后创新性的引入聚酰亚胺膜,可满足某些场合的高雾度需求;同时,聚酰亚胺膜的外表面还可设置为凹凸不平的表面,可进一步提高光线的散射,形成良好的外观效果。
具体实施方式
现结合具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
本发明提供一种高雾度镀铝膜的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:制备改性PC膜:将各原料所占质量百分数为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯20~60%、PC39.5~79.5%和二甲基硅油0.5%充分混合,各原料所占质量百分数之和为100%;然后在高速离心机中进行离心后,使其进行聚合反应;然后将聚合反应后的材料通过双螺杆挤出机挤出成型,然后冷却并干燥,得到改性PC膜上述原料所占质量百分数优选为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯40~50%、PC49.5~59.5%、二甲基硅油0.5%;
步骤2:将制得的改性PC膜18-35重量份与54-80重量份的PET进行充分混合,并通过双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,冷却后即可得到PET基膜;本发明通过制备改性PC(增加聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯以提高韧性和强度),然后将改性PC与PE融合,实现高强度高抗击能力的PET基膜;
步骤3:在步骤2制得的PET基膜的上表面进行电晕:通过电晕机对PET基膜的上表面进行电晕处理,提高了PET基膜表面的达因系数,增强了PET基膜表面的附着力,有利于镀铝层附着;
步骤4:在电晕后的PET基膜的表面通过真空镀铝机进行真空镀铝,形成镀铝层;真空镀铝的条件为:真空度控制在4.0×10-4Pa以内,调节真空镀铝机的橡胶辊的弯度,防止镀空线产生,蒸发舟温度控制在1350~1450℃(优选是1400℃),防止溅射点产生,镀铝层厚度为375~390埃,镀铝层均匀性控制在±5%,并且使镀铝层牢度不小于3.0N/15mm。同时,步骤4中在真空镀铝之前彻底清洗真空镀铝机:将真空镀铝机的蒸发系统、卷绕系统进行彻底清洗,去除表面的铝粉和杂质;

本发明在PET基膜的基础上创新性的引入聚酰亚胺膜,可满足某些场合的高雾度需求。

Claims (7)
1.高雾度镀铝膜的生产方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤1:制备改性PC膜:将各原料所占质量百分数为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯20~60%、PC39.5~79.5%和二甲基硅油0.5%充分混合,各原料所占质量百分数之和为100%;然后在高速离心机中进行离心后,使其进行聚合反应;然后将聚合反应后的材料通过双螺杆挤出机挤出成型,然后冷却并干燥,得到改性PC膜;
步骤2:将制得的改性PC膜18-35重量份与54-80重量份的PET进行充分混合,并通过双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,冷却后即可得到PET基膜;
步骤3:在步骤2制得的PET基膜的上表面进行电晕:通过电晕机对PET基膜的上表面进行电晕处理,提高PET基膜表面的达因系数;
步骤4:在电晕后的PET基膜的表面通过真空镀铝机进行真空镀铝,形成镀铝层;
步骤5:在镀铝层上设置聚酰亚胺膜层,形成高雾度镀铝膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高雾度镀铝膜的生产方法,其特征在于:聚酰亚胺膜层的厚度范围为0.005-0.019mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高雾度镀铝膜的生产方法,其特征在于:聚酰亚胺膜层的外表面为凹凸不平的表面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高雾度镀铝膜的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤1中的上述原料所占质量百分数为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯40~50%、PC49.5~59.5%、二甲基硅油0.5%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高雾度镀铝膜的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤4中的真空镀铝的条件为:真空度控制在4.0×10-4Pa以内,蒸发舟温度控制在1350~1450℃。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高雾度镀铝膜的生产方法,其特征在于:蒸发舟温度控制在1400℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高雾度镀铝膜的生产方法,其特征在于:镀铝层厚度为375~390埃。
