Abstract
本发明公开了一种高强度无纺布,包括相互复合的短纤维层和长纤维层,所述短纤维层包括10~20%的聚酯短纤维和80~90%的其他短纤维,所述长纤维层为化学长纤维织成的网状结构,所述短纤维层和长纤维层通过热融直接复合,上述百分比都为质量百分比。本发明高强度无纺布,复合化学长纤维织成的网状结构的高强度长纤维层,在满足无纺布原有的优异性能的前提下有效提高了无纺布的强度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布领域,特别是涉及一种高强度无纺布。
背景技术
无纺布又称不织布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成,是新一代环保材料,具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点。如多采用聚丙烯(pp材质)粒料为原料,经高温熔融、喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取连续一步法生产而成。
现在无纺布可用于各种领域,但是其比纺织布的强度低,对于一些强度要求高的领域就不再适用,因此需要一种高强度无纺布。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种高强度无纺布,强度高。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种高强度无纺布,包括相互复合的短纤维层和长纤维层,所述短纤维层包括10~20%的聚酯短纤维和80~90%的其他短纤维,所述长纤维层为化学长纤维织成的网状结构,所述短纤维层和长纤维层通过热融直接复合,上述百分比都为质量百分比。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述化学长纤维为玻璃纤维、聚乙烯纤维或聚丙烯纤维。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述其他短纤维包括粘胶纤维、棉纤维、大豆纤维和竹纤维的一种或多种的混合。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述短纤维层的克重为100-250g/㎡。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明高强度无纺布,复合化学长纤维织成的网状结构的高强度长纤维层,在满足无纺布原有的优异性能的前提下有效提高了无纺布的强度。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
一种高强度无纺布,包括相互复合的短纤维层和长纤维层,所述短纤维层包括10~20%的聚酯短纤维和80~90%的其他短纤维,所述长纤维层为化学长纤维织成的网状结构,所述短纤维层和长纤维层通过热融直接复合,上述百分比都为质量百分比。
实施例一
首先将50%的粘胶纤维、35%的棉纤维和5%的聚酯短纤维混合均匀,然后进行开松、铺网形成第一层纤维网,再将剩下的10%聚酯短纤维经开松、梳理、铺网形成第二层纤维网,最后将所述第一层纤维网和第二层纤维网经针刺形成短纤维层,克重为150g/㎡;接着将玻璃纤维织成网状结构,形成长纤维层;最后将短纤维层的第二层纤维网的表面和长纤维层的表面重叠,在经过加热加压,加热温度为130℃,短纤维层中的聚酯短纤维熔融,将两层复合在一起。
实施例二
首先将40%的粘胶纤维、45%的棉纤维和10%的聚酯短纤维混合均匀,然后进行开松、铺网形成第一层纤维网,再将剩下的10%聚酯短纤维经开松、梳理、铺网形成第二层纤维网,最后将所述第一层纤维网和第二层纤维网经针刺形成短纤维层,克重为180g/㎡;接着将玻璃纤维织成网状结构,形成长纤维层;最后将短纤维层的第二层纤维网的表面和长纤维层的表面重叠,在经过加热加压,加热温度为150℃,短纤维层中的聚酯短纤维熔融,将两层复合在一起。
本发明高强度无纺布,复合化学长纤维织成的网状结构的高强度长纤维层,在满足无纺布原有的优异性能的前提下有效提高了无纺布的强度。

Claims (4)
1.一种高强度无纺布,其特征在于,包括相互复合的短纤维层和长纤维层,所述短纤维层包括10~20%的聚酯短纤维和80~90%的其他短纤维,所述长纤维层为化学长纤维织成的网状结构,所述短纤维层和长纤维层通过热融直接复合,上述百分比都为质量百分比。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度无纺布,其特征在于,所述化学长纤维为玻璃纤维、聚乙烯纤维或聚丙烯纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高强度无纺布,其特征在于,所述其他短纤维包括粘胶纤维、棉纤维、大豆纤维和竹纤维的一种或多种的混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高强度无纺布,其特征在于,所述短纤维层的克重为100-250g/㎡。
