Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有权利要求1的前序部分的特征的、用于燃料喷射系统(特别是共轨喷射系统)的高压泵。
背景技术
例如由专利申请文件DE102010027745A1得知上述类型的高压泵。其包括缸头和泵组件。缸头具有缸孔,泵组件的泵活塞在所述缸孔中被引导。泵活塞在此在缸孔中限定一泵工作室。此外,高压泵包括集成在缸头中的进口阀,通过所述进口阀可将燃料引导到泵工作室中。进口阀是可控制的并且可以以这种方式替代设置在上游的计量单元。通过进口阀可以实现通过合适地控制进口阀完全填充和部分填充泵工作室。去除计量单元导致在制造高压泵时显著地降低成本。
发明内容
从上述的现有技术出发,本发明的任务在于,提出一种开始时所述类型的高压泵,所述高压泵可简单并且成本低廉地制造并且此外能源需要小。
为了解决该任务,建议具有权利要求1的特征的高压泵。在从属权利要求中得知本发明的有利的改进方案。
所建议的用于燃料喷射系统(特别是共轨喷射系统)的高压泵包括具有孔的壳体部件,泵活塞可往复运动地接收在所述孔中,所述泵活塞通过挺杆组件支撑在凸轮或者偏心轮上并且在轴向上限定泵工作室,所述泵工作室可通过高压泵集成的抽吸阀填充燃料。根据本发明,在壳体部件中构造流入孔用于给抽吸阀供应燃料,所述流入孔连接到另一壳体部件的使泵内室和挺杆室连接的孔上。用于平衡液压量的使泵内室和挺杆室连接的孔的布置基本上是已知的。这样的孔特别是在单活塞泵中设置。在根据本发明的高压泵中,该孔不仅仅用于量平衡,而且此外用于给进口阀供应燃料。为此,第一壳体部件的流入孔连接到在另一壳体部件中的孔上。在另一壳体部件中已经存在的孔使构造附加的流入孔没有必要,所述附加的流入孔为了使抽吸阀与低压区域连接被引导穿过高压泵的另一壳体部件。因此,本发明的优点首先在于省去另一壳体部件的附加的流入孔。那么由此使高压泵的制造简单化并且降低制造成本。
根据本发明的一个优选的实施形式,具有用于往复运动地接收泵活塞的孔的壳体部件在法兰面上法兰连接到(angeflanscht)另一壳体部件上并且该用于给抽吸阀供应燃料的流入孔连通到该法兰面中。流入孔的口区域在这种情况下面对另一壳体部件,从而可以简单地实现连接到在另一壳体部件中存在的孔上。
优选地,通过构造在另一壳体部件中的支孔将流入孔连接到使泵内室和挺杆室连接的孔上。流入孔在法兰面中的口区域必须相应地仅仅与支孔重叠,以便产生连接。支孔优选短地和/或直地导向和/或连通到另一壳体部件的与第一壳体部件的法兰面对置的止挡面上。可以简单并且成本低廉地制造这样的孔。
作为改进的措施建议,使泵内室和挺杆室连接的孔在流入孔和/或支孔的接口的下游具有相对于流入孔和/或支孔减小的自由流动横截面。下游是指燃料从泵内室朝向挺杆室的流动方向。在流入孔和/或支孔的接口的下游减小自由流动横截面引起在减小的横截面的上游的压力形成,所述压力形成附加地支持用燃料填充泵工作室。减小流动横截面可以例如在孔到挺杆室中的口区域中构造。
根据本发明的一个优选的实施形式,使泵内室和挺杆室连接的孔构造成把手形的。该孔相应地由于其形状也可以称为柄孔。该孔此外优选零距离地引导到止挡面上并且然后通过优选短的弯曲部连通到挺杆室中,第一壳体部件的法兰面贴靠在所述止挡面上。支孔优选从止挡面延伸到所述弯曲部。以这种方式可以将支孔保持为短的。
优选地,抽吸阀是可电磁控制的并且具有电磁线圈以及与电磁线圈共同作用的衔铁。
抽吸阀的可控性使设置在上游的计量单元是非必要的,从而通过省去计量单元进一步地降低成本。一方面降低制造成本,另一方面降低运行成本,因为通过省去计量单元降低能源需要。
抽吸阀优选包括阀体,所述阀体插入到壳体部件的孔中,泵活塞也被接收在所述孔中。以这种方式实现紧凑构造的布置。替代地或者补充地建议,抽吸阀的阀体在轴向上限定泵工作室。抽吸阀相应直接地打开到泵工作室中,从而可以直接通过该抽吸阀给泵工作室填充燃料。
此外优选地,该阀体具有轴向孔,阀挺杆轴向可运动地接收在所述轴向孔中。因此,在抽吸阀的轴向安装位置上,阀挺杆的运动方向与泵活塞的运动方向一致。优选地,阀挺杆和泵活塞共轴地布置。以这种方式,确保均匀并且快速地用燃料填充泵工作室。
除了轴向孔,阀体此外具有流入孔,所述流入孔基本上径向地延伸并且连通到轴向孔中。为了将阀体的流入孔连接到导向抽吸阀的流入孔,建议阀体被环形室包围,该导向抽吸阀的流入孔连通到所述环形室中。通过所述环形室,可以给所有构造在阀体中的流入孔供应燃料(不依赖于阀体的角位置)。
为了降低高压泵的制造成本和/或运行成本,可以分别单独地或者组合使用所建议的措施。

具体实施方式
在纵向剖视图中示出的高压泵包括壳体部件12,泵内室9构造在所述壳体部件中。泵内室9在本实施方式中接收具有凸轮5的驱动轴21,泵活塞3通过挺杆组件4支撑在所述凸轮上。挺杆组件4包括套管形的挺杆体22,滚轮鞋23被接收在所述挺杆体中用于可旋转地支承滚轮24。挺杆组件4通过弹簧座圈25与泵活塞3连接,其中,弹簧座圈25被弹簧26的弹簧力朝向凸轮5加载。弹簧26的弹簧力保持弹簧座圈25进而泵活塞3与挺杆组件4接触。
示出的高压泵构造成单活塞泵并且为了在泵内室9和构造在套管形的挺杆体22之内的挺杆室10之间的量平衡具有把手形的孔11,所述孔使泵内室9和挺杆室10连接。

此外,所示的高压泵的抽吸阀7可以电磁地控制,从而此外可以省去用于量控制的、设置在抽吸阀7上游的计量单元。由此,可以进一步地降低制造成本以及运行成本。为了电磁地控制,抽吸阀7具有电磁线圈15,所述电磁线圈与在本实施方式中构造成插入式衔铁(Tauchanker)的衔铁16共同作用。衔铁16与阀挺杆19连接,所述阀挺杆可轴向运动地被接收在抽吸阀7的阀体17的轴向孔18中。如果电磁线圈15通电,衔铁16将阀挺杆19压离其所在位置并且抽吸阀7打开。在闭合方向上,阀挺杆19被弹簧27的弹簧力加载,所述弹簧为此一方面支撑在阀体17上并且另一方面支撑在衔铁16上。如果结束给电磁线圈15通电,弹簧27将阀挺杆19压回到其所在位置并且抽吸阀7闭合。弹簧27在此被在高压泵输送运行中在泵工作室6中存在的压力条件支持。
Claims (9)
1.一种用于燃料喷射系统、特别是共轨喷射系统的高压泵,其包括一具有孔(2)的壳体部件(1),一泵活塞(3)可往复运动地被接收在所述孔中,所述泵活塞通过一挺杆组件(4)支撑在一凸轮(5)或者偏心轮上并且在轴向上限定一泵工作室(6),所述泵工作室能够通过一集成在所述高压泵中的抽吸阀(7)填充燃料,其特征在于,在所述壳体部件(1)中构造一流入孔(8)用于给所述抽吸阀(7)供应燃料,所述流入孔连接到另一壳体部件(12)的使泵内室(9)和挺杆室(10)连接的孔(11)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高压泵,其特征在于,所述壳体部件(1)通过一法兰面(13)法兰连接到所述另一壳体部件(12)上并且所述流入孔(8)连通到所述法兰面(13)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高压泵,其特征在于,所述流入孔(8)通过一构造在所述另一壳体部件(12)中的支孔(14)连接到使所述泵内室(9)和所述挺杆室(10)连接的所述孔(11)上。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的高压泵,其特征在于,使所述泵内室(9)和所述挺杆室(10)连接的所述孔(11)在所述流入孔(8)和/或所述支孔(14)的接口的下游具有相对于所述流入孔(8)和/或所述支孔(14)减小的自由流动横截面。
5.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的高压泵,其特征在于,使所述泵内室(9)和所述挺杆室(10)连接的所述孔(11)构造成把手形。
6.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的高压泵,其特征在于,所述抽吸阀(7)是可电磁控制的并且具有一电磁线圈(15)以及一与所述电磁线圈(15)共同作用的衔铁(16)。
7.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的高压泵,其特征在于,所述抽吸阀(7)包括一阀体(17),所述阀体插入到所述壳体部件(1)的所述孔(2)中和/或在轴向上限定所述泵工作室(6)。
8.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的高压泵,其特征在于,所述阀体(17)具有一轴向孔(18),一阀挺杆(19)轴向可运动地被接收在所述轴向孔中。
9.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的高压泵,其特征在于,所述阀体(17)被一环形室(20)包围,所述流入孔(8)连通到所述环形室中。
