本发明涉及防火产品领域,具体是一种安全无污染的防火涂料。
背景技术
防火涂料是用于可燃性基材表面,能降低被涂材料表面的可燃性、阻滞火灾的迅速蔓延,用以提高被涂材料耐火极限的一种特种涂料。防火涂料本身具有难燃性或不燃性,使被保护基材不直接与空气接触,延迟物体着火和减少燃烧的速度,提高材料的耐火能力,减缓火焰蔓延传播速度,或在一定时间内能阻止燃烧。
溶剂型防火材料会在配制和施工中大量使用有机溶剂,对环境和操作人员均存在很大危害。水性防火涂料相对来说环保绿色,符合环境友好型涂料的发展方向,但水性防火涂料存在粘结强度低、耐水性差的缺点,时间长了以后容易脱落。
目前,公知的很多日常用品包括家具、地板、壁纸等,其在为生活带来实用、美观、时尚的同时,亦存在着很多的隐患;燃烧时产生大量的有害气体,不仅对人们的身体健康安全带来不利,同时也破坏了周边的生态环境。虽然阻燃剂被广泛的用于生活的各个方面,但对物品进行阻燃处理时,仍存在新的技术问题。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的安全无污染的防火涂料,耐水性强,与材料结合紧密,粘结强度高,不会遇水脱落;为水性涂料,仅使用少量溶剂,不会释放有毒有害气体,安全无污染。阻燃剂的配方合理、成本低廉,阻燃效果好。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全无污染的防火涂料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸树脂25份、聚磷酸按20份、硼酸锌4份、二氧化硅5份、钦白粉5份、氢氧化镁5份、二氧化钦5份、硼砂5份、氮化硅纤维10份、水10份、丙酮5份、膨胀石墨20份、玻璃纤维6份、二季戊四醇5份、阻燃剂5份;阻燃剂的组成为:二氧化锑13%~14%、硫酸胺0.2%~0.3%、氢氧化镁10%~20%、柠檬酸10%~20%,其余为硅藻土。
