The inventors found that if the quality of the carbonated spring tablet is too small, the volume produced by tabletting is too small, the use effect is not obvious, and the amount of generated bubbles is small, so that the effect of the carbonated spring health bath can not be achieved, while if the quality of the tablet is too large, the volume of the tableted preparation is too large, although the amount of the generated bubbles is increased, the dissolution time is prolonged, the contact surface of the purifying agent is reduced, so that the purifying function is hindered, and the use and carrying are inconvenient.
According to embodiments of the present invention, the carbonated spring tablet may have a mass of 20 grams. Therefore, not only can enough carbonic acid gas amount be ensured, but also the purification and sterilization effects of the high carbonic acid spring tablet can be fully exerted.
The hardness of the carbonated spring tablet according to embodiments of the present invention is not particularly limited, and according to embodiments of the present invention, the hardness of the carbonated spring tablet may be not less than 18 kg. The inventor finds that the hardness of the carbonated spring tablet is related to the form and the diffusion mode of bubbles generated in water by the tablet, if the hardness of the carbonated spring tablet is too low, the bubbles generated in water are large and uneven, the carbonated spring tablet is easy to be combined together to form larger bubbles, the larger bubbles are quickly moved to the water surface, the capacity of carbonic acid gas dissolved into water is poor, and the tablet is easy to break.
Carbonated spring tablets may be in various shapes according to embodiments of the present invention.
The invention will now be described with reference to specific examples, which are intended to be illustrative only and not to be limiting in any way.
Example 1
Adding 13.4kg of sodium bicarbonate and 0.2kg of anhydrous potassium bicarbonate into 1kg of adhesive PEG4000 (PEG with different molecular weights can also be adopted), stirring and mixing uniformly at 56 ℃, simultaneously adding 0.2kg of superfine calcium sulfite and/or 0.2kg of lavender essential oil and tea tree essential oil in the continuous stirring process, cooling to prepare first particles, then stirring uniformly 4kg of citric acid and 1kg of adhesive PEG4000 at 56 ℃, simultaneously adding 0.1kg of surfactant or pigment, cooling to prepare second particles in the stirring process, taking the first particles and the second particles with equal mass, fully mixing at 56 ℃, cooling, and tabletting and granulating by using a tabletting machine. The obtained carbonated spring tablet is dissolved in tap water, the change condition of the tap water quality is shown in the following table 1, the phenomenon that residual chlorine in the water is obviously reduced is obviously seen, the concentration of bicarbonate ions is higher than 1000mg/L, the health-care effect of the carbonated spring can be achieved, the measurement data of calcium hardness and total hardness are also obviously reduced, and the measurement range is lower than the test range, so that the obtained tablet can moisten the water quality to a certain degree and soften the water quality.

Example 2

The obtained carbonated spring tablet is dissolved in tap water, the change condition of the tap water quality is shown in the following table 2, and it can be seen that after the tablet is added, the tap water residual chlorine is purified, and the bicarbonate radical ions in the water can also reach the health care level.

Adding 13.4kg sodium bicarbonate and 0.2kg anhydrous potassium bicarbonate into 2kg adhesive PEG4000 (or PEG with different molecular weight), stirring and mixing at 56 deg.C, simultaneously adding 4kg citric acid and 0.2kg superfine calcium sulfite and/or 0.2kg Lavender essential oil and tea tree essential oil, adding 0.1kg surfactant or pigment, cooling, and tabletting with tabletting machine. The obtained carbonic acid spring tablet is dissolved in tap water, the change condition of the tap water quality is shown in the following table 3, the effect of purifying residual chlorine of the tablet is obvious, bicarbonate ions in the water are slightly lower than 1000mg/L, and the health care effect of the carbonic acid spring is basically not influenced.

Adding 13.4kg of sodium bicarbonate and 0.2kg of anhydrous potassium bicarbonate into 2kg of adhesive PEG4000 (PEG with different molecular weights can also be adopted), stirring and mixing uniformly at 56 ℃, simultaneously adding 4kg of citric acid and 0.2kg of superfine calcium sulfite and/or 0.2kg of lavender essential oil and tea tree essential oil, adding 0.1kg of surfactant or pigment, cooling, tabletting and granulating by using a tabletting machine, and then coating the pressed tablet particles with food-grade water-soluble compact gelatin or pectin and other materials to ensure that carbon dioxide bubbles released when the particles are dissolved in water are fine and uniform. The obtained carbonic acid spring tablet is dissolved in tap water, the change condition of the tap water quality is shown in the following table 4, the effect of purifying residual chlorine of the tablet is obvious, bicarbonate ions in the water are higher than 1000mg/L, and the health care effect of the carbonic acid spring can be ensured.

0.005 to 0.5 parts by weight of other components,
wherein,
the functional additive is at least one selected from a purifying agent and an essential oil.
2. The carbonated spring tablet of claim 1, wherein the bicarbonate salt is at least one selected from the group consisting of sodium bicarbonate and potassium bicarbonate.
3. The carbonated spring tablet of claim 1, wherein the organic acid is at least one selected from the group consisting of malic acid, tartaric acid, succinic acid, citric acid, and citric acid.
4. The carbonated spring tablet of claim 1, wherein the binder is at least one selected from the group consisting of polyethylene glycol, pectin, and gelatin.
5. The carbonated spring tablet of claim 1, wherein the functional additive comprises a cleansing agent and an essential oil.
6. The carbonated spring tablet of claim 5, wherein the functional additive comprises 0.005 to 0.5 parts by weight of the cleansing agent and 0.01 to 0.5 parts by weight of the essential oil.
7. The carbonated spring tablet of claim 6, wherein the scavenger is at least one selected from the group consisting of calcium sulfite fine powder, natural vitamin C, tea polyphenols, vitamin E, bioflavonoids, carotenes, xanthones, antioxidant enzymes, and grape seed extract.
8. The carbonated spring tablet of claim 6, wherein the essential oil is at least one selected from the group consisting of aromatherapy essential oils, floral essential oils, citrus essential oils, herbal essential oils, camphor essential oils, woody essential oils, earthy essential oils, spice essential oils, and resin essential oils.
9. The carbonated spring tablet of claim 8, wherein the floral essential oil is at least one selected from the group consisting of rose essential oil, jasmine essential oil, lavender essential oil, geranium essential oil, chamomile essential oil, ylang-ylang essential oil, and orange blossom essential oil.
10. The carbonated spring tablet of claim 8, wherein the citrus essential oil is at least one selected from the group consisting of bergamot essential oil, grapefruit essential oil, lemon essential oil, and orange essential oil.
11. The carbonated spring tablet of claim 8, wherein the herbal essential oil is at least one selected from the group consisting of peppermint essential oil, rosemary essential oil, marjoram essential oil, and sage essential oil.
12. The carbonated spring tablet of claim 8, wherein the camphor-based essential oil is at least one selected from the group consisting of eucalyptus essential oil, cajeput essential oil, and tea tree essential oil.
13. The carbonated spring tablet of claim 8, wherein the wood-based essential oil is at least one selected from the group consisting of patchouli essential oil and vetiver essential oil.
14. The carbonated spring tablet of claim 8, wherein the woody essential oil is at least one selected from sandalwood essential oil, American ginseng essential oil, pine essential oil, juniper essential oil, and cypress essential oil.
15. The carbonated spring tablet of claim 8, wherein the pungent essential oil is at least one selected from ginger essential oil, black pepper essential oil, and cardamom essential oil.
16. The carbonated spring tablet of claim 8, wherein the resinous essential oil is at least one selected from the group consisting of mastic essential oil, myrrh essential oil, elemi essential oil, and white pine essential oil.
17. The carbonated spring tablet of claim 1, wherein the additional ingredient is at least one selected from the group consisting of a pigment and a surfactant.
18. Carbonated spring tablets according to claim 1, characterized in that the mass of the carbonated spring tablets is 10 to 50 grams, preferably 20 grams.
19. The carbonated spring tablet of claim 1, wherein the hardness of the carbonated spring tablet is not less than 18 kg.
20. A method of making the carbonated spring tablet of any of claims 1-19, comprising:
mixing bicarbonate, organic acid, a binder, a functional additive and other components according to a predetermined mass ratio so as to obtain a mixture;
subjecting said mixture to a tabletting process so as to obtain said carbonated spring tablets,
wherein,
the functional additive is at least one selected from a purifying agent and essential oil,
the predetermined mass ratio is (1-10): (0.1-3.5): (0.01-2): (0.005-1): (0.005-0.5).
