Abstract
本发明为使形成氟橡胶层的多元醇硫化系氟橡胶组合物不借助粘接剂地直接硫化粘接于进行了低压等离子体处理的聚酰胺系树脂成形品而成的树脂橡胶复合物。聚酰胺系树脂成形品的低压等离子体处理在He气体、Ar气体、N2气体等非活性气体的存在下在10~1000Pa的压力条件下进行。此处,作为氟橡胶组合物的成分,烷氧基硅烷化合物是任意成分,其存在或不存在均不影响粘接性。

技术领域
本发明涉及树脂橡胶复合物。更详细而言,涉及使聚酰胺系树脂成形品与氟橡胶直接粘接而不借助粘接剂的树脂橡胶复合物。
背景技术
作为将聚酰胺系树脂成形品与氟橡胶进行复合一体化的方法,通常可以使用利用粘接剂进行粘接的方法。然而,使用粘接剂的粘接方法不仅工序复杂、工序管理变得繁杂、成本高,还可观察到必须大量使用有机溶剂等环境负担物质这一问题。
专利文献1中记载有一种树脂橡胶层叠体,其是将实施了等离子体处理、电晕放电处理或紫外线照射处理的聚酰胺树脂与添加有烷氧基硅烷化合物的橡胶组合物不借助粘接剂地层叠从而使其贴合而成的。

然而,可见作为要添加烷氧基硅烷化合物的橡胶的氟橡胶的示例,但未示出其实施例。
作为不使用粘接剂而将包含聚酰胺系树脂成形品与其它成形材料的部件进行一体复合化的方法,专利文献2中记载了如下方法:在制造复合物之前对它们中的至少一者的接触面实施常压等离子体(Openair-Plasma),接着将另一个部件进行一体成形的方法。
此处,作为其它成形材料,可例示出进行了硫化的聚合物混合物、例如氟聚合物混合物,但它们是注射成形部件、挤出物、压缩部件等成形部件或单层片、多层片、纤维结构物等半制品,并未记载其是未硫化橡胶混合物。
另外,专利文献3中记载了一种具备内侧树脂层和层叠于其外周的外侧橡胶层的燃料软管,其中,通过挤出成形来形成聚酰胺系树脂、氟树脂等内侧树脂层后,在对外侧橡胶层进行挤出成形之前,在减压下对内侧树脂层的外周面进行微波等离子体处理,但对于外层橡胶层而言,作为挤出成形橡胶仅例示出了氟橡胶。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
本发明的目的在于,提供使聚酰胺系树脂成形品与氟橡胶有效地直接粘接而不借助粘接剂而成的树脂橡胶复合物。
用于解决问题的手段
所述本发明的目的是通过使形成氟橡胶层的多元醇硫化系氟橡胶组合物不借助粘接剂而直接硫化粘接于进行了低压等离子体处理的聚酰胺系树脂成形品而成的树脂橡胶复合物实现的。
发明效果
本发明所述的树脂橡胶复合物在如下方面具有特征。
(1)聚酰胺系树脂成形品的等离子体处理通过低压等离子体处理法进行、利用大气压等离子体处理法对其进行处理时,无法确保期望的树脂-橡胶间粘接性。
(2)如后述比较例5所示那样,专利文献3的第[0030]段使用与聚酰胺树脂一并例示出的聚苯硫醚来代替聚酰胺系树脂时,完全无法获得树脂-氟橡胶间的粘接性。
(3)作为要硫化粘接于聚酰胺系树脂成形品表面的氟橡胶,可以使用多元醇硫化系氟橡胶,在使用其他具有交联性基团的氟橡胶即过氧化物交联系氟橡胶时,如后述比较例1和2所示那样,在粘接性试验中,仅可观察到一定程度的粘接强度,但橡胶残留率均为0%。
(4)在专利文献1中被视作氟橡胶组合物的必须成分的烷氧基硅烷化合物在本发明中是任意成分,无论其存在或者不存在均不影响粘接性。
具体实施方式
作为要进行低压等离子体处理的聚酰胺系树脂,作为代表性聚酰胺(PA)的种类和单体,可列举出如下物质。

除此之外,还可以使用PA613、3T、PA810、PA812、PA1010、PA1012、PA1212、PAPACM12等。这些聚酰胺系树脂可以单独使用,或者组合使用,进而还可以在不损害其目的的范围内与其它树脂、例如聚丙烯等进行共混使用。另外,也可以使用添加有用于确保树脂物性的玻璃纤维等填充剂而成的树脂。
另外,这些聚酰胺系树脂的成形品为能够与氟橡胶硫化粘接而层叠化、复合化的形状、例如具有平面、曲面、凹凸面等的板状体、棒状体、中空体等,作为具体用途,也可以制成软管、防振橡胶、空气弹簧、以及燃料引导系统、冷却流体引导系统、油引导系统等元件等来使用。
这些聚酰胺系树脂成形品的外表面可应用低压等离子体处理法。低压等离子体处理如下进行:在具备2片平行平板电极的玻璃制真空容器内,作为气氛,将He气体、Ne气体、Ar气体、Kr气体、Xe气体或者N2气体等非活性气体单独或混合使用,优选将He气体、Ar气体、N2气体单独或混合使用,使用压力约10~1000Pa、频率40kHz或13.56MHz等的高频电源或频率433MHz~2.45GHz的微波电源,在输出功率约10~1000W、时间约0.1~60分钟的条件下进行。
本发明中,作为氟橡胶,可以使用多元醇硫化系氟橡胶。利用多元醇硫化体系进行硫化的氟橡胶是高度氟化的弹性体状的共聚物,可以使用例如偏二氟乙烯与其它含氟烯烃的共聚物。具体而言,可列举出偏二氟乙烯与六氟丙烯、五氟丙烯、三氟乙烯、三氟氯乙烯、四氟乙烯、氟乙烯、全氟丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸全氟烷基酯、全氟(甲基乙烯基醚)、全氟(乙基乙烯基醚)、全氟(丙基乙烯基醚)等中的1种或2种以上的共聚物,优选使用偏二氟乙烯-六氟丙烯2元共聚物以及偏二氟乙烯-四氟乙烯-六氟丙烯3元共聚物。
实际上,可以直接使用市售品、例如デュポン公司制品バイトンE45(偏二氟乙烯-六氟丙烯2元共聚物)、バイトンA-200(门尼粘度为20;偏二氟乙烯-六氟丙烯2元共聚物、F含量为66%)、ソルベイソレクシス公司制品テクノフロンN60HS(门尼粘度为28;偏二氟乙烯-六氟丙烯2元共聚物、F含量66%)、ダイニオン公司制品FC-2120(门尼粘度为23)、FC-2122(门尼粘度为25)、FC-2123(门尼粘度为25)、FC-2170(门尼粘度为31)、FC-2174(门尼粘度为40)、FC-2176(门尼粘度为30)、FC-2177(门尼粘度为33)、FC-3009(门尼粘度为30)、FE-5620Q(门尼粘度为23)、FE-5621(门尼粘度为23)、FE-5641Q(门尼粘度为40)<以上,偏二氟乙烯-六氟丙烯2元共聚物、F含量为65.9%>、FLS-2530(门尼粘度为38)<偏二氟乙烯-六氟丙烯2元共聚物、F含量为69.0%>、FE-5840Q(门尼粘度为37)<偏二氟乙烯-六氟丙烯-四氟乙烯3元共聚物、F含量为70.1%>等中的至少一种。
另外,作为可用作该氟橡胶的硫化剂的聚羟基芳香族化合物,可列举出2,2-双(4-羟基苯基)丙烷[双酚A]、2,2-双(4-羟基苯基)全氟丙烷[双酚AF]、氢醌、邻苯二酚、间苯二酚、4,4´-二羟基联苯、4,4´-二羟基二苯基甲烷、4,4´-二羟基二苯砜、2,2-双(4-羟基苯基)丁烷等,优选使用双酚A、双酚AF、氢醌等。另外,这些也可以为碱金属盐或碱土金属盐的形式。这些硫化剂相对于氟橡胶100重量份可以以约0.5~10重量份、优选约0.5~6重量份的比例使用。使用比例比其少时,交联密度不足,另一方面,比其多时,可观察到交联密度变得过高、丧失橡胶状弹性的倾向。
进行多元醇硫化系氟橡胶的硫化时,优选使用受酸剂,作为受酸剂,可以相对于氟橡胶100重量份以约1~20重量份、优选以约3~6重量份的比例使用2价金属的氧化物或氢氧化物、例如镁、钙、钡、铅、锌等的氧化物或氢氧化物或者水滑石类似化合物等。
另外,作为硫化促进剂,也可以相对于氟橡胶100重量份以约10重量份以下、优选以约0.1~5重量份的比例使用季鎓盐(季铵盐、季鏻盐)、N-烷基取代酰胺化合物、含活性氢的芳香族化合物-季鏻盐等摩尔分子化合物、2价金属胺络合物化合物等。
在以上各成分作为必须成分的氟橡胶组合物中,根据需要可添加以炭黑作为代表的增强剂、防老剂、增塑剂、加工助剂、硫化助剂等来使用,这些各成分可使用密闭式混炼机和开放式辊(open roll)等来混炼。
该组合物中还可以相对于多元醇硫化系氟橡胶100重量份以约5重量份以下、优选以约0.05~1重量份的比例添加前述专利文献1中记载那样的烷氧基硅烷来使用。
作为烷氧基硅烷化合物,可例示出四甲氧基硅烷、四乙氧基硅烷、甲基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-巯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-环氧丙氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-(2-氨基乙基)-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-(2-氨基乙基)-氨基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、γ-苯胺基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-酰脲基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、N-β-(N-乙烯基苄基氨基乙基)-γ-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷等,其中,可适合地使用作为官能团包含氨基的物质、例如γ-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-(2-氨基乙基)-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-(2-氨基乙基)-氨基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、γ-苯胺基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-酰脲基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、N-β-(N-乙烯基苄基氨基乙基)-γ-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷等。
多元醇交联系氟橡胶对聚酰胺系树脂成形品的硫化粘接可通过使未硫化的氟橡胶组合物混炼物接合于聚酰胺系树脂成形品,并在约150~200℃、约0.5~60分钟左右的条件下用注射成形、压缩成形、传递成形等硫化成形方法成形来进行。
实施例
接着,针对实施例说明本发明。
实施例1
作为聚酰胺系树脂,使用PA66树脂(东丽制品アミランCM3001-G30),使用注射成形机将其成形为25×60×2mm的平板状。在具备Al制平行平板的玻璃制真空容器内,在压力约60Pa的氦气气氛下,在频率40kHz、输出功率200W、10分钟的条件下对所得PA66树脂平板进行低压等离子体处理。
接着,使下述配方的未硫化氟橡胶组合物的混炼物接合于低压等离子体处理PA66树脂平板,以180℃进行6分钟的加压硫化,得到聚酰胺系树脂-氟橡胶复合物。

针对所得聚酰胺系树脂-氟橡胶复合物,按照与ISO 813对应的JIS K6256(2006),进行基于90°剥离试验的粘接强度和橡胶残留面积率的测定时,粘接强度为5.8(N/mm)、橡胶残留面积率为100%。
实施例2
实施例1中,使用未配混γ-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷的物质作为氟橡胶组合物。所得聚酰胺系树脂-氟橡胶复合物的粘接强度为5.9(N/mm)、橡胶残留面积率为100%。
实施例3
实施例1中,作为聚酰胺树脂,使用PA46树脂(DSM公司制品スタニールTW241F6)来代替PA66树脂。所得聚酰胺系树脂-氟橡胶复合物的粘接强度为5.7(N/mm)、橡胶残留面积率为100%。
实施例4
实施例2中,作为聚酰胺树脂,使用PA46树脂(スタニールTW241F6)来代替PA66树脂。所得聚酰胺系树脂-氟橡胶复合物的粘接强度为5.7(N/mm)、橡胶残留面积率为100%。

实施例2中,作为树脂,使用聚苯硫醚树脂(东曹制品サスティールPPS GS-30)来代替PA66树脂。所得聚苯硫醚树脂-氟橡胶复合物的粘接强度为0(N/mm)、橡胶残留面积率为0%。

比较例1中,作为氟橡胶组合物,使用未配混γ-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷的组合物。所得聚酰胺系树脂-氟橡胶复合物的粘接强度为2.6(N/mm)、橡胶残留面积率为0%。
产业利用性
本发明所述的聚酰胺系树脂-氟橡胶复合物可有效地用作罐封(drum seal)、变速器用的侧盖用密封件等汽车部件、防震橡胶、树脂橡胶层叠软管等。

2.权利要求1所述的树脂橡胶复合物,其中,作为非活性气体,单独或混合使用氦气、氩气或氮气。
