本发明公开了一种防治肉鸡呼吸道疾病的复合药剂及制备方法,该复合药剂是由以下重量份的组分组成:微生态制剂0.02~0.04份、维生素A0.02~0.04份和中药添加剂99.96~99.98份;该微生态制剂包含以下微生物:乳酸菌,芽孢杆菌,枯草杆菌;该中药添加剂包含以下原料药:连翘,猪胆汁,广木香,石苇,淡竹叶,五倍子,秦皮,甘草,女贞子,白术,仙茅,扁豆,茜草,玄明粉,瞿麦,灯芯草,北豆根等。能够有效的降低鸡群呼吸道疾病发生的概率,增强鸡只抗病力和提高鸡只成活率,保证鸡群正常的生长发育,适用于1~20日龄的肉鸡使用、生产成本低、生产和使用简单、使用效果明显、无不良反应,具有推广应用等优点。

本发明涉及一种防治肉鸡呼吸道疾病的复合药剂及制备方法。
背景技术
鸡呼吸道疾病的种类:a.细菌引起的呼吸道病。慢性呼吸道病(败血性支原体病)、曲霉菌病;b.病毒引起的呼吸道病。如新城疫(N D)、传染性支气管炎(IB)、传染性喉气管炎(ILT)、流感(AI);c.寄生虫引起的呼吸道病。如隐孢子虫病、住白细胞原虫病、气管吸虫病。鸡呼吸道疾病的流行特点1.随着养鸡业的快速发展,鸡呼吸道病的种类越来越多。目前鸡呼吸道病呈现旧病继续发生,新病不断出现的特点,如新城疫、传染性支气管炎、传染性喉气管炎、败血支原体病、大肠杆菌病、传染性鼻炎等,老病常年不断发生与流行。与此同时,不少新病先后发生,如鸡流感、腺胃型传染性支气管炎等。在这些新出现的疫病中,目前要特别重视鸡流感疫病的防控工作,防止该病的发生与流行是当务之急。2.出现病原变异、免疫抑制、非典型疾病的病例增多。近年来,各鸡场都在使用各种疫苗免疫,但是目前很多普通疫苗在防控某些呼吸道疾病方面越来越难,导致免疫后的鸡群不一定都会产生坚强的保护力。当遇到外界环境有野毒污染时就会使鸡群发病。3.某些细菌性疾病和寄生虫病的危害日趋严重。随着规模化养鸡场的增多及其规模的不断扩大,环境污染也越来越严重。细菌性疾病和寄生虫病明显增多,其中不少病原广泛存在于养鸡环境中,可通过多种途径传播,这些病原微生物已成为养鸡场的常在病原。更为主要的原因是养鸡户盲目大剂量滥用抗菌药物,使一些常见细菌产生较强的耐药性,一旦发病后,诸多药物都难以奏效。4.混合感染和继发感染的病例增多。在生产实践中,随着疫病增多、养殖密度加大,加上环境消毒不严、预防措施不力等因素,单一病原在鸡病临床上已少见,而很多病例是由2种以上病原,对同一鸡体产生致病作用,并发感染、继发感染和混合感染的病例上升。
目前由于鸡呼吸病的复杂性,故并没有特效药物用来治疗,鸡呼吸道疾病采用西药治疗时,疗程长,西药成分容易残留在鸡体内,食用后会影响人类的健康。
而中药本着固本扶正的原则对于上述复杂的病症,具有很好治疗作用和应用前景,本发明提供一种微生态制剂、维生素A和中药添加剂复合的治疗鸡呼吸道病的药剂,有效地治疗鸡呼吸病,增加了成活率。
发明内容
为了解决以上问题,本发明提供了一种能治疗和预防鸡呼吸道疾病的复合药剂,该复合药剂治疗效果明显,毒副作用小、见效快。
一种防治肉鸡呼吸道疾病的复合药剂,是由以下重量份的组分组成:
微生态制剂0.02~0.04份、维生素A0.02~0.04份和中药添加剂99.92~99.96份;
该微生态制剂包括乳酸菌、芽孢杆菌和枯草杆菌,所述乳酸菌、芽孢杆菌和枯草杆菌的数量比(cfu)为:30~50:20~35:25~35,其中该微生态制剂含活菌数为1012~8×1012cfu/g。
该中药添加剂包含以下重量份的原料药:连翘40~50份,猪胆汁5~15份,广木香5~10份,石苇30~40份,淡竹叶30~45份,五倍子5~10份,秦皮10~20份,甘草30~60份,女贞子20~30份,白术20~25份,仙茅5~8份,扁豆25~35份,茜草30~40份,玄明粉20~25份,瞿麦15~25份,灯芯草30~45份,北豆根25~35份,刺五加5~15份。
所述防治肉鸡呼吸道疾病的复合药剂的制备方法,将中药添加剂的各组分干燥、混合后粉碎,过60~100目筛,即得中药添加剂;然后加入微生态制剂的各组分和维生素A,即得防治肉鸡呼吸道疾病的复合药剂,所述复合药剂的剂型为粉剂。
肉鸡使用方法:在肉鸡生长1-20日,以质量百分数1~2%的比例拌料饲喂,即每100kg饲料添加1~2kg本发明复合药剂,为防止饲料及环境对活菌活性的不利影响,按比例当天配制,自由采食当天喂完。
所述乳酸菌、芽孢杆菌(Bacillus)、枯草杆菌和维生素A均通过商业途径购买所得,为粉制剂。
优选的,一种防治肉鸡呼吸道疾病的复合药剂,是由以下重量份的组分组成:
微生态制剂0.03份、维生素A0.03份和中药添加剂99.94份;
所述乳酸菌、芽孢杆菌和枯草杆菌的数量比(cfu)为:40:30:30,其中该微生态制剂含活菌数为5×1012cfu/g。
该中药添加剂包含以下重量份的原料药:连翘45~50份,猪胆汁5~8份,广木香5~8份,石苇35~38份,淡竹叶40~45份,五倍子5~8份,秦皮10~15份,甘草45~55份,女贞子25~30份,白术20~25份,仙茅5~6份,扁豆30~35份,茜草32~38份,玄明粉22~23份,瞿麦20~25份,灯芯草35~45份,北豆根30~35份,刺五加5~10份。
进一步优选的,所述中药添加剂包含以下重量份的原料药:连翘45份,猪胆汁8份,广木香6份,石苇35份,淡竹叶42份,五倍子6份,秦皮15份,甘草50份,女贞子28份,白术22份,仙茅5份,扁豆30份,茜草35份,玄明粉22份,瞿麦20份,灯芯草40份,北豆根30份,刺五加6份。
乳酸菌在本发明所起作用如下:
(1)促进蛋白质、单糖及钙、镁等营养物质的吸收,产生维生素B族等大量有益物质。
(2)增加肠道有益菌群,改善胃肠道功能,恢复肠道内菌群平衡,形成抗菌生物屏障,维护机体健康。
(3)抑制腐败菌的繁殖,消解腐败菌产生的毒素,清除肠道垃圾。
(4)免疫调节作用,增强免疫力和抵抗力。
芽孢杆菌在本发明所起作用如下:
(1)有机质分解力强:增殖的同时,会释出高活性的分解酵素,将难分解的大分子物质分解成可利用的小分子物质。
(2)产生丰富的代谢生成物:合成多种有机酸、酶、生理活性等物质,及其它多种容易被利用的养份。
(3)抑菌、灭害力强:具有占据空间优势,抑制有害菌、病原菌等有害微生物的的生长繁殖。芽孢杆菌能产生多种消化酶,帮助动物对营养物质的消化吸收。(4)芽孢杆菌具有较强的蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性,同时还具有降解饲料中复杂碳水化合物的酶,如果胶酶、葡聚糖酶、纤维素酶等,这些酶能够破坏植物饲料细胞的细胞壁,促使细胞的营养物质释放出来,并能消除饲料中的抗营养因子,减少抗营养因子对动物消化利用的障碍。
枯草杆菌在本发明所起作用如下:
(1)枯草杆菌菌体生长过程中产生的枯草菌素、多粘菌素、制霉菌素、短杆菌肽等活性物质,这些活性物质对致病菌或内源性感染的条件致病菌有明显的抑制作用。
(2)枯草杆菌迅速消耗环境中的游离氧,造成肠道低氧,促进有益厌氧菌生长,并产生乳酸等有机酸类,降低肠道PH值,间接抑制其它致病菌生长。
(3)刺激动物免疫器官的生长发育,激活T、B淋巴细胞,提高免疫球蛋白和抗体水平,增强细胞免疫和体液免疫功能,提高群体免疫力。
(4)枯草杆菌菌体自身合成α-淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶、纤维素酶等酶类,在消化道中与动物体内的消化酶类一同发挥作用。
(5)能合成维生素B1、B2、B6、烟酸等多种B族维生素,提高动物体内干扰素和巨噬细胞的活性。
本发明的中药原料药的药性如下:
连翘,性味:苦、凉。归经:入心、肝、胆经。功能主治:清热,解毒,散结,消肿。治温热,丹毒,斑疹,痈疡肿毒,瘰疬,小便淋闭。
猪胆汁,性味:苦、寒、咸。功效主治:益肺,补脾,润燥。治消渴、便秘、黄疸、百日咳、哮喘、泄泻、痢疾、目赤、喉痹、盯耳、痈肿。
广木香,药性:辛苦、温。归胃、脾、肝、大肠经。药效:败毒抗癌,行气止痛、医疮消肿、具有抗菌作用。对呼吸系统的作用。动物实验表明:云木香水提取液、醇提取液、挥发油及总生物碱能对抗组胺与乙酰胆碱对气管和支气管的致痉作用,可用于支气管哮喘.其作用特点与罂粟碱相似,即直接作用于支气管平滑肌使之扩张.该作用与迷走中枢抑制有关。水提液、醇提液、挥发油、去内酯挥发油与总生物碱静脉注射对麻醉犬呼吸有一定的抑制作用,可减慢频率、降低幅度.其中以挥发油的作用较强,但挥发油所含内酯成分对呼吸无明显影响。
石苇,药性:苦甘,凉,入肺、膀胱二经。功效:利水通淋,清肺泄热、治淋痛,尿血,尿路结石,肾炎,崩漏,痢疾,肺热咳嗽,慢性气管炎,金疮,痈疽。
淡竹叶,性味:味甘、淡,性寒。归经:归心、肺、胃、膀胱经。功效:清热泻火,除烦,利尿。主治:用于热病烦渴,口疮尿赤,热淋涩痛。
五倍子,性味:味酸、涩,性寒。归经:归肺、大肠、肾经。功效:敛肺降火,涩肠止泻,敛汗,止血,收湿敛疮。主治:用于肺虚久咳,肺热痰嗽,久泻久痢,自汗盗汗,消渴,便血痔血,外伤出血,痈肿疮毒,皮肤湿烂。
秦皮,性味:味苦、涩,性寒。归经:归肝、胆、大肠经。功效:清热燥湿,收涩止痢,止带,明目。主治:湿热泻痢,赤白带下,目赤肿痛,目生翳膜。
甘草:性平,味甘,归十二经。补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性有解毒、祛痰、止痛、解痉以至抗癌等药理作用,甘草具有降血脂、抗氧化的作用。
女贞子,性味归经:甘、苦,凉。归肝、肾经。功效:补益肝肾,明目,清虚热。主治:头晕目眩,须发早白,视物昏花,阴虚发热。
白术,性味归经:味苦,甘,性温。归脾、胃经。功能主治:健脾益气,燥湿利水,止汗,安胎。用于脾虚食少,腹胀泄泻,痰饮眩悸,水肿,自汗,胎动不安。土白术健脾,和胃,安胎。用于脾虚食少,泄泻便溏,胎动不安。
仙茅,功能主治:温肾阳壮;祛除寒湿。主阳萎精冷;小便失禁;脘腹冷痛;腰膝酸痛;筋骨软弱;下肢拘挛。
扁豆,性味归经:甘,平。归经:入脾、胃经。有利于暑湿邪气的祛除,健脾止泻之效,同时扁豆还有显著的消退肿瘤的作用。
茜草,凉血活血,祛瘀,通经。用于吐血、衄血、崩漏下血、外伤出血、经闭瘀阻、关节痹痛、跌扑肿痛。凉血止血,活血祛瘀。具有镇咳法痰、抗菌作用。
玄明粉,性味归经:辛咸;寒;无毒。归经:胃;心;肺;大肠经。具有泻热通便;软坚散结;清热解毒;清肺解暑;消积和胃的功效。主要治疗实热积滞;大便不通;目赤肿痛;咽肿口疮;痈疽肿毒。
瞿麦,性味:味苦,性寒。归经:归心、小肠经。功能:有利尿通淋,活血通经的功效。主治:用于热淋,血淋,石淋,小便不通,淋沥涩痛,经闭瘀阴。
灯芯草,性味:味甘、淡,性微寒。归经:归心、肺、小肠经。功效:清心火,利小便。主治:用于心烦失眠,尿少涩痛,口舌生疮。
北豆根,性味:味苦,性寒。归经:归肺、胃、大肠经。功效:清热解毒,祛风止痛。主治:用于咽喉肿痛,热毒泻痢,风湿痹痛。
刺五加,抗菌消炎作用:刺五加对切除肾上腺的小鼠,在夏、秋和冬季可减轻热性发炎性水肿,在春季稍有消炎作用。对切除肾上腺的大鼠,在冬天和春天能阻止甲醛性关节炎症的发展。能减轻生理盐水和15%蛋白溶液引起的炎症。用李司忒氏菌感染的小鼠和兔注射刺五加提取物后,第一个小时是降低了动物对感染的抵抗力,随后明显地提高了对感染的抵抗力,所以认为它有提高机体肠道杆菌的能力。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明中的微生态制剂,三菌株之间无拮抗作用,相互之间协同作用,结合中药制剂,是得本发明在治疗肉鸡呼吸道疾病时具有更强的针对性和有效性,为肉鸡提供营养、提高饲料转化率、促进肉鸡生长、增强免疫力;本发明配方中的组分均为纯天然原料,不含任何化学类药物;含有多种有益肉鸡呼吸器官保健的活性成分,方中玄明粉、猪胆汁具有清热解毒、止咳平喘功效,仙茅、扁豆、五味子具有增强细胞免疫功能,茜草、瞿麦、灯芯草、连翘对具有抗菌抗病毒的作用,甘草喂食后能覆盖在发炎的咽喉粘膜上,促进咽部和支气管粘膜分泌,使痰易于咳出,缓和炎性刺激,呈现祛痰镇咳的作用,北豆根、淡竹叶、秦皮具有治疗咽喉肿痛,热毒泻痢作用,白术、女贞子具有增强免疫器官的发育,广木香、石苇具有行气止痛、医疮消肿、具有抗菌作用,刺五加和维生素A具有抗应激作用,总之本配方配伍合理,相互协同作用起到清热解毒、抗病毒、抗应激,防治气短、咳嗽、气喘等效果;能够有效的降低鸡群呼吸道疾病发生的概率,增强鸡只抗病力和提高鸡只成活率,保证鸡群正常的生长发育,适用于1~20日龄的肉鸡使用、生产成本低、生产和使用简单、使用效果明显、无不良反应,具有推广应用等优点。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种防治肉鸡呼吸道疾病的复合药剂,是由以下重量份的组分组成:
微生态制剂0.03份、维生素A0.03份和中药添加剂99.94份;
该微生态制剂包括乳酸菌、芽孢杆菌和枯草杆菌,所述乳酸菌、芽孢杆菌和枯草杆菌的数量比(cfu)为:40:30:30,其中该微生态制剂含活菌数为5×1012cfu/g。
该中药添加剂包含以下重量份的原料药:连翘45份,猪胆汁8份,广木香6份,石苇35份,淡竹叶42份,五倍子6份,秦皮15份,甘草50份,女贞子28份,白术22份,仙茅5份,扁豆30份,茜草35份,玄明粉22份,瞿麦20份,灯芯草40份,北豆根30份,刺五加6份。
所述防治肉鸡呼吸道疾病的复合药剂的制备方法,将中药添加剂的各组分干燥、混合后粉碎,过60目筛,即得中药添加剂;然后加入微生态制剂的各组分和维生素A,即得防治肉鸡呼吸道疾病的复合药剂。
实施例2
一种防治肉鸡呼吸道疾病的复合药剂,是由以下重量份的组分组成:
微生态制剂0.02份、维生素A0.03份和中药添加剂99.95份;
该微生态制剂包括乳酸菌、芽孢杆菌和枯草杆菌,所述乳酸菌、芽孢杆菌和枯草杆菌的数量比(cfu)为:45:30:25,其中该微生态制剂含活菌数为4×1012cfu/g。
该中药添加剂包含以下重量份的原料药:连翘40份,猪胆汁10份,广木香5份,石苇35份,淡竹叶45份,五倍子5份,秦皮12份,甘草60份,女贞子20份,白术25份,仙茅8份,扁豆25份,茜草40份,玄明粉20份,瞿麦23份,灯芯草32份,北豆根28份,刺五加10份。
所述防治肉鸡呼吸道疾病的复合药剂的制备方法,将中药添加剂的各组分干燥、混合后粉碎,过80目筛,即得中药添加剂;然后加入微生态制剂的各组分和维生素A,即得防治肉鸡呼吸道疾病的复合药剂。
实施例3
一种防治肉鸡呼吸道疾病的复合药剂,是由以下重量份的组分组成:
微生态制剂0.04份、维生素A0.04份和中药添加剂99.92份;
该微生态制剂包括乳酸菌、芽孢杆菌和枯草杆菌,所述乳酸菌、芽孢杆菌和枯草杆菌的数量比(cfu)为:40:35:25,其中该微生态制剂含活菌数为7×1012cfu/g。
该中药添加剂包含以下重量份的原料药:连翘42份,猪胆汁6份,广木香5份,石苇40份,淡竹叶38份,五倍子5份,秦皮12份,甘草55份,女贞子25份,白术22份,仙茅5份,扁豆35份,茜草30份,玄明粉25份,瞿麦22份,灯芯草38份,北豆根35份,刺五加8份。
所述防治肉鸡呼吸道疾病的复合药剂的制备方法,将中药添加剂的各组分干燥、混合后粉碎,过100目筛,即得中药添加剂;然后加入微生态制剂的各组分和维生素A,即得防治肉鸡呼吸道疾病的复合药剂。
毒性试验:
选用SD大鼠,给予不同浓度(18.0、6.0、2.0g生药/kg)的本发明实施例1的复合药剂的煎剂,每天灌胃一次,连续90天,末次给药后24小时各组活杀1/2动物(雌雄各半),其余1/2动物继续观察2周后活杀。试验期间观察动物的外观、一般行为、摄食量、体重变化,给药后90天和停药2周进行血液学(RBC、HB、网织红细胞、PLT、CT、WBC及分类)和血液生化(AST、ALT、ALP、Glu、BUN、Crca、TP、T.BIL、ALB、CHOL)、尿液生化、脏器系数、病理组织学等指标检查。试验结果表明:本发明的复合药剂在高、中、低剂量组动物一般状态良好,外观体征、行为活动、进食量和体重增长均无异常变化;三个剂量组及对照组血液学检查、血液生化学、尿液生化检查均在正常范围,组间无显著差异;各组主要脏器组织病理学检查未见明显异常。上述指标停药2周后也未见改变。本试验用药剂量分别为临床用药剂量的180、60、20倍,根据试验结果本发明的复合药剂在高、中、低三个剂量(18.0、6.0、2.0g生药/kg)连90天给药对大鼠无明显影响,无明确的毒性靶器官和敏感指标,恢复期观察也未见延迟性毒性反应,提示本发明的复合药剂临床应用的剂量安全性较高。
临床试验1:
在聊城某养殖场选取1000只健康的、体重近似的1日龄肉鸡,随机分为两组,每组500只,分为对照组和实验组,实验组喂食本发明实施例1的复合药剂,对照组喂食禽族得乐(麻黄、苦杏仁、石膏、甘草、桔梗等中药原料制成,市售),连续喂养20日后,两组肉鸡生长状况如下表:从表中可以看出,实验组肉鸡在连续喂食本发明提供的饲料后,呼吸道疾病发生的概率比对照组鸡群降低,鸡群生长状态良好,进食活跃。
肉鸡使用方法:在肉鸡生长1-20日,以质量百分数1%的比例拌料饲喂。即每100kg饲料添加1kg本发明复合药剂,饲料添加量为常规添加量,为防止饲料及环境对活菌活性的不利影响,按比例当天配制,自由采食当天喂完。
试验结果如表1所示,试验结果表明:1、呼吸道疾病发病率,试验组明显低于对照组。2、20日龄体重:试验组明显高于对照组。

临床试验2:
治疗实验
自然感染鸡传染性喉气管炎的病鸡300只5~8日龄,分成治疗组A、对照组三组,治疗组按每日每只喂食施例1的复合药剂,每日2次;对照组喂食禽族得乐每日2次,治疗期为5天,再观察9天,之后全部剖检。
临床疗效判断标准:治疗后病鸡精神、食欲恢复正常,流泪、流鼻涕、打喷嚏等症状完全消失,剖检无特征性病理变化,为痊愈,计算治愈率。治疗过程中,因感染死亡,试验结束时虽未死亡但剖检仍可见喉头和气管有出血、渗出的病理变化,计为治疗无效,根据无效数占治疗总数比例计算无效率。

从表2可以看出,自然感染鸡在用本发明复合药剂治疗过程中,流鼻涕、流泪等症状逐渐减轻或消失;精神、采食、饮水逐渐恢复正常或基本正常;食欲明显增强,粪便也转为正常。到用药后的第15天,所有患病鸡只基本全部治愈,治愈率达98.67%,体重也逐渐上升。通过治疗试验证明,本发明复合药剂对鸡传染性支气管炎有很好的疗效。

1.一种防治肉鸡呼吸道疾病的复合药剂,其特征是,是由以下重量份的组分组成:微生态制剂0.02~0.04份、维生素A0.02~0.04份和中药添加剂99.92~99.96份;
该微生态制剂由以下原料组成:乳酸菌、芽孢杆菌和枯草杆菌,所述乳酸菌、芽孢杆菌和枯草杆菌的数量比为:30~50:20~35:25~35,其中该微生态制剂含活菌数为1012~8×1012cfu/g;
该中药添加剂由以下重量份的原料药组成:连翘40~50份,猪胆汁5~15份,广木香5~10份,石苇30~40份,淡竹叶30~45份,五倍子5~10份,秦皮10~20份,甘草30~60份,女贞子20~30份,白术20~25份,仙茅5~8份,扁豆25~35份,茜草30~40份,玄明粉20~25份,瞿麦15~25份,灯芯草30~45份,北豆根25~35份,刺五加5~15份。
2.如权利要求1所述的防治肉鸡呼吸道疾病的复合药剂,其特征是,是由以下重量份的组分组成:微生态制剂0.03份、维生素A0.03份和中药添加剂99.94份;
所述乳酸菌、芽孢杆菌和枯草杆菌的数量比为:40:30:30,其中该微生态制剂含活菌数为5×1012cfu/g;
该中药添加剂由以下重量份的原料药组成:连翘45~50份,猪胆汁5~8份,广木香5~8份,石苇35~38份,淡竹叶40~45份,五倍子5~8份,秦皮10~15份,甘草45~55份,女贞子25~30份,白术20~25份,仙茅5~6份,扁豆30~35份,茜草32~38份,玄明粉22~23份,瞿麦20~25份,灯芯草35~45份,北豆根30~35份,刺五加5~10份。
3.如权利要求2所述的防治肉鸡呼吸道疾病的复合药剂,其特征是,所述中药添加剂由以下重量份的原料药组成:连翘45份,猪胆汁8份,广木香6份,石苇35份,淡竹叶42份,五倍子6份,秦皮15份,甘草50份,女贞子28份,白术22份,仙茅5份,扁豆30份,茜草35份,玄明粉22份,瞿麦20份,灯芯草40份,北豆根30份,刺五加6份。
4.如权利要求1~3任一所述防治肉鸡呼吸道疾病的复合药剂,其特征是,所述复合药剂的剂型为粉剂。
5.权利要求1~4任一所述防治肉鸡呼吸道疾病的复合药剂的制备方法,其特征是:步骤为:将中药添加剂的各组分干燥、混合后粉碎,过 60 ~ 100 目筛,即得中药添加剂;然后加入微生态制剂的各组分和维生素A,即得防治肉鸡呼吸道疾病的复合药剂。
