Abstract
本发明涉及一种煎服的中药配方，主治鸦片烟毒症状和戒除毒瘾。它的配方为法半夏、益智仁、酸枣仁、罂栗壳、杜仲、柏子仁、木瓜、牛膝、金毛狗脊、明党参、玉竹参、西枸杞、云苓、炙黄芪、炮姜炭、桔红、鹤虱、施覆花、党参、炙甘草、自然铜。从而能使鸦片毒瘾发作时的流泪、流涎、烦燥不安、周身冷疼、腹痛、头痛、夜奋昼疲等症得到控制，同时补气生血、强筋壮骨、增补元气、精神旺盛而达到扶正祛毒、标本同治、脱瘾戒毒。
Description
本发明涉及一种煎服的中药配方，主治鸦片烟毒症状和戒除毒瘾。
众所周知，鸦片毒品主要指海洛因、可卡因、吗啡、大麻、阿片等吗啡类及吗啡类衍生物，它的毒性是破坏人体肾上腺素的酶、并使神经系统的敏感性降低，而人体组织内只有肝脏具有一定的解毒功能，一部分毒品溶解在血液中，并被骨髓所吸收，另一部分以原形从肾脏排出。这种毒性能麻醉大脑皮质，使人欣快而有幻觉的神精性麻醉剂，固而极易产生嗜好和成瘾，造成慢性中毒。
目前，常见的戒毒药品是盐酸钠曲酮注射剂，主治急性吗啡中毒，但对成瘾者无济于事；我国卫生部提供的1号、2号和3号戒毒药只是递减神精性麻醉剂含量的药品，4号戒毒药是安慰性药品；我国民间也曾流传一些中药方，其本身也含适量鸦片粉或吗啡，也只属神经性麻醉剂，不能达到戒毒目的。对于广西科学技术出版社1990年3月第11版刊登的《台湾香港名医秘方》中的“戒烟方”，我们进行了临床实验，发现该药方属有毒性配方。
鉴此，本发明的目的是提供一种戒鸦片烟毒中药。能以养肝宁心、增强新陈代谢强行排除血液和骨髓中的毒品及麻醉镇痛而达到消除鸦片烟中毒病症和戒除毒瘾。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：它的配方为：
法半夏27～54克、益智仁27～54克、酸枣仁27～54克、
罂栗壳7克、杜仲7克、柏子仁21克、木瓜21克、
牛膝27～54克、金毛狗脊21克、明党参7克、
玉竹参7克、西枸杞7克、云苓7克、炙黄芪7克、
炮姜炭27克～54克、桔红7克、鹤虱7克、
施覆花27～54克、党参7克、炙甘草27～54克、
自然铜7克。
由于采用上述中药配方，能使鸦片毒瘾发作时的流泪、流涎、烦燥不安、周身冷疼、腹痛、头痛、夜奋昼疲等症得到控制，同时补气生血、强筋壮骨、增补元气、精神旺盛而达到扶正祛毒、标本同治、脱瘾戒毒，恢复正常人的生活。
下面通过实施例对本发明进一步说明。
本实施例的中药配方为：
法半夏27克、益智仁27克、酸枣仁27克、罂栗壳7克、
杜仲7克、柏子仁21克、木瓜21克、牛膝27克、
金毛狗脊21克、明党参7克、玉竹参7克、西枸杞7克、
云芩7克、炙黄芪7克、炮姜炭27克、桔红7克、
鹤虱7克、施覆花27克、党参7克、炙甘草27克、
自然铜7克。
服法：冷水煎服、日一剂，或用黄酒为丸药。
本配方组成成分的作用如下：
法半夏、桔红、云苓、炙甘草的二陈汤，利气、调中兼
去湿治痰饮。据研究表明：法半夏有抑制呕吐中枢而止呕吐
作用，重用法半夏(份量大)配重用施覆花达到降气化痰，加
强止呕作用；
入益智仁温脾肾、摄涎唾；再加明党参止涎沫作用，治
流泪、流涕、流涎之症；取酸枣仁具有镇静、催眠、抑制中
枢神经系统作用，达到养肝宁心、安神、敛汗、除烦作用；
又配西枸杞、炙甘草加强枣仁的药效，解除虚烦、缓解紧张、
痉挛；再配云苓饮心气浮越，共凑安魂定魄之功；鹤虱味辛、
苦、咸，性温有小毒而杀诸虫，与炙黄芪、炙甘草相配有升
提中焦之气、托疮毒、驱散解除鸦片烟毒；明党参、炙黄芪、
玉竹参、西枸杞具有补气健脾、滋养肝肾、益阴润燥，以增
强身体抵抗力；入罂栗壳固肾纳气、扶正祛毒且有止涩作用；
与酸枣仁、桕子仁、炮姜炭相配治冷淋漓之症；杜仲、牛膝、
明党参补肝肾、强筋骨、治萎靡、疲倦乏力；木瓜、金毛狗
脊与自然铜可解除周身关节疼痛，再与炮姜炭、党参、炙甘
草合配，达到甘温益气、回阳通脉、治冷汗湿衣、头汗及四
肢逆冷、脉微欲绝之症。
上述中药配方经中国人民解放军第五十九医院对吸毒患者50例临床治疗观察验证，对吸毒患者疗效显著，尤其配合多功能生理电治疗仪(已申请国家专利，专利号：91109484.9)，疗效更佳。详细的临床诊断报告和证明，以后补交，下面仅列举其中二例：
一例：某男18岁，症状：每日下午四时发烟瘾、起鸡皮疙瘩，手足冷，伴有睡眠差，体力差、乏倦，脊背痛、腹痛等。经服四剂上述配方的汤药，定时发瘾消失，戒断症状全部消失，体力明显提高，睡眠质量提高。
二例：某女20岁，吸毒两年，每日下午发烟瘾，症状表现为：呵欠、限泪、烦燥、失眠、腹痛，月经停止等，经服五剂上述配方的汤药(每天一剂)，戒断症状全部消失，月经也少量来潮。
Claims (2)
1．一种戒鸦片烟毒中药。其特征是该药物以下述配比的原料制成：它的配方为法半夏27～54克、益智仁27～54克、酸枣仁27～54克、罂栗壳7克、杜仲7克、柏子仁21克、木瓜21克、牛膝27～54克、金毛狗脊21克、明党参7克、玉竹参7克、西枸杞7克、云芩7克、炙黄芪7克、炮姜炭27～54克、桔红7克、鹤虱7克、施覆花27～54克、党参7克、炙甘草27～54克、自然铜7克。
2．按权利要求1所述的戒鸦片烟毒中药，其特征是上述原料用量为：法半夏27克、益智仁27克、酸枣仁27克、罂栗壳7克、杜仲7克、柏子仁21克、木瓜21克、牛膝27克、金毛狗脊21克、明党参7克、玉竹参7克、西枸杞7克、云芩7克、炙黄芪7克、炮姜炭27克、桔红7克、鹤虱7克、施覆花27克、党参7克、炙甘草27克、自然铜7克。
